Fat Nadler ...... 'I'm not going to take any sh--':
House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler had a blunt message as he privately addressed Democrats the day before his panel assumes a starring role in the impeachment inquiry.
“I’m not going to take any shit,” Nadler said in a closed-door prep session Tuesday morning — a rare cuss word from the lawyerly Manhattan Democrat that prompted some lawmakers to sit up in their chairs, according to multiple people in the room.
Nadler’s warning shot referred to likely GOP antics to try to undermine the first impeachment hearing in the Judiciary Committee on Wednesday. But it wasn’t lost on Democrats that Nadler’s message could also apply to those in his own party who have closely scrutinized his role in the House's impeachment probe.

19-Year-Old Tamar Fenigstein Struck & Killed By Jerusalem Light Rail In Front Of Horrified Friends
A 19-year old girl was R”L killed overnight Tuesday by the Jerusalem light rail on Rechov Yaffo, near the Central Bus Station, Maariv reported. MDA paramedics found the girl without a pulse under the train and were forced to pronounce her dead at the scene. Her death is the first (and hopefully the last) fatality associated with Jerusalem’s light rail.
The girl was later identified as Tamar Fenigstein A”H, a Sherut Leumi volunteer from Petach Tikva. Her father is the director of the mechina yeshivah in Givat Shmuel and president of the Pninas Ganim shul in Petach Tikvah.
Wall Street Journal Makes Correction
A correction in The Wall Street Journal:
“The name of Disneyland’s Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique was misspelled as Bippity Boppity Boutique in a Life & Arts article on Wednesday about the ‘Frozen’ movies.”
Whew, glad they cleared that up.
Rep. Devin Nunes Sues CNN “MOTHER OF FAKE NEWS” For $435M
Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., sued CNN for defamation on Tuesday, accusing the cable network of publishing a “demonstrably false hit piece” about him amid his high-profile opposition to the Trump impeachment inquiry.
The 47-page lawsuit, filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, accuses the liberal network of publishing “numerous egregiously false and defamatory” statements about Nunes on Nov. 22, 2019 when journalist Vicky Ward reported claims that Nunes met with Ukranian prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, in Vienna in 2018 to dig “up dirt” on Hunter and Joe Biden.
Nunes, who has been leading GOP opposition to the House Democratic impeachment inquiry in the House Intelligence Committee, says he “did not go to Vienna or anywhere else in Austria in 2018” and “has never met” Shokin.
“CNN is the mother of fake news. It is the least trusted name. CNN is eroding the fabric of America, proselytizing, sowing distrust and disharmony. It must be held accountable,” the lawsuit, obtained by Fox News, states.
Nunes is seeking at least $435,350,000 in compensatory and punitive damages.
CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Black US comedian Haddish sings ‘Hava Nagila and Says She Is Learning Torah
In case you missed it: Black and Jewish US comedian Tiffany Haddish is having a bat mitzvah ceremony soon.
She has released a Netflix stand-up special inspired by the occasion as well.
So, naturally, on a special Sunday night edition of Jimmy Fallon’s “The Tonight Show,” Haddish broke into singing “Hava Nagila,” backed up by The Roots, Fallon’s famous house band.
She discussed discovering her Jewish heritage with Fallon before the charismatic performance.
One of the biggest entertainment stories out of 2017 was the “where did she come from?” appearance of Tiffany Haddish in the raunchy comedy “Girls Trip.” Starring opposite Jada Pinkett Smith, Regina Hall and Queen Latifah, Haddish stole the show from her better known co-stars as the outrageous, loose canon friend.

Six "Berland" Hoodlums Arrested for Fraud
Police have arrested six men during the night who follow the cult headed by Rabbi Eliezer Berland. The suspects in detention are suspected of crimes based on a a recent Channel13 News report that was released weeks ago.
Police in recent weeks have been working to gather evidence that which was released in the report pertaining to Berland and his Shuvu Banim cult.
