Lag Baomer Burning of the Smartphones

An unusual event took place last night in Toldos Avraham Yitzchak, Meah Shearim. During the lighting of the bonfire the Rebbe held a "burning of the Smartphone campaign". 

Last night as the crowd expectantly awaited the lighting of the bonfire an announcement was made in the name of the Rebbe requesting all chassidim who live in the diaspora and own Smartphones to throw them into the bonfire. 

The gabbai also told the chassidim in advance of the ceremony that when Reb Herschel Kahn, of RCCS asked the Rebbe what can we do about the terrible childhood illnesses that are becoming increasingly more common- the Rebbe answered, "Every burnt machine [Smartphone] is worth another burning illness". 

Many of the visitors were touched by the Rebbe's response and on the spot gave over their phones to the Rebbe. The Rebbe did not touch the phones, and so his gabbai threw them into the fire. The Rebbe instructed everyone to say in unison," And you shall remove evil from your midst, Blessed is he who sanctifies His name in public." 

So now, we are all waiting with bated breath when the holy rebbe will instruct his followers to throw the pedophiles  and molesters into the fire!

The Talmud in Sukkah 45b records the following pronouncement by the great mystic Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai:

Rescue forces were dispatched on Wednesday night to the Ashdod home of Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto, the head of the Shuvu Yisrael sect who is currently in jail for corruption, after his wife Rabbanit Devorah Pinto was found unconscious and in serious condition...

The on-call medics who arrived at the home gave her initial medical treatment and evacuated her to Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon, where the doctors began stabilizing her condition.

According to sources in the rabbi's sect, it is possible that the rabbanit once again overdosed on medications in a second attempt at suicide.

Two months ago she was hospitalized under similar circumstances. Pinto's followers said in response at the time that the prosecutor is continuing to "torture" their leader's family, while claiming his innocence and saying the family is going through a rough period.

They also alleged that the prosecutor and police "knew well that the rabbanit suffers from difficult problems, in addition to the cancer that the rabbi is suffering from, and in extraordinary injustice they are continuing the settling of accounts and the ongoing lack of justice with infuriating bullying and brutality and ignoring the special family situation."

The criticism of the police and prosecutor come despite the fact that Pinto was let out of jail for Passover in April on a loophole, getting out for his brother's wedding which was evidently intentionally scheduled late enough in the day before Passover that he was allowed to remain at home for the holiday - even though he was not eligible for time off.

Pinto is currently serving a year in Nitzan Prison's medical center, after the Supreme Court three months ago rejected his petition to have the year in jail turned into a half-year of community service due to his medical condition.

Weiss, wearing the Palestinian scarf, and dressed like a Chassidic Jew, was helped by an  Arab Student group, that goes to campuses..and disrupts students in Hillel centers giving speeches to students interested in Israel!

During the disruption, event attendees were held hostage for nearly an hour by aggressive protesters and eventually had to be safely escorted out by police.  The Fuhrer and some lady Arabs dressed in hijabs were seen giggling.... 

According to witnesses and university officials, protesters shouted threatening and violent profanities and attempted to push their way inside the room. 

Chants of “Long live the intifada,” were heard loudly.

The week before, during Anti-Zionism Week 2016, Fuhrer Weiss, invited to speak by the Muslim Student Union (MSU) and Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), spewed classic anti-Semitic tropes accusing Jews of mendacity, criminality and controlling the government. 

UC Irvine has played host to a number of anti-Semitic events over the past decade including the disruption of a speech by Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren where multiple student protesters were arrested and prosecuted.

The founder of the Satmar dynasty, R" Yoel Teitelbaum z"l, had written long ago, in his book, titled, Va"yoel Moshe, that anyone, including Gedoilei Yisroel,  that don't agree with his insane anti-Zionist philosophy is an "Apikoras and a Meen"...

Because only his idea of Torah Philosophy is Torah any one who disagrees, "doesn't believe in Torah Me'Sinai!" 

So it comes as no surprise that Satmar savages chose the Bonei Olom Dinner where Rav Sholom Ber Sorotzkin, Roshe Yeshiva Ateres Shlomo, was the keynote speaker, to embarrass him with "pashkevelim" !

Rav Srotzkin Shlitah sees  absolutely nothing wrong with frum boys joining the IDF, and in fact does not allow any Kollel guys in his Kollel, to embarrass or throw stones on frum soldiers...

Well that idea is the proverbial bone stuck in their throats!

Bnei Brak Vaad HaYeshivos "We will not throw out any Yeshiva Bochur from any yeshiva"

The Gedoilim of Bnai Brak are freaking out, because the "shvache" (weak learners or boys refuse to learn) bochrim are joining the IDF in droves ... so to combat the desertion of bochrim leaving the Yeshiva, they decided to institute a "not to throw out any boys" policy!

After the big commotion two weeks ago about the "bar hopping" bochur, who was arrested  for failing to to register for the draft, while hanging out in Eilat during bein hazmanim" and was at the same time, a big follower of the fanatical R' Shmuel Auerbach, who advocated not even registering for the draft, many people felt that the boy belonged in the army!


So, though, the motive of the Bnei Brak Rabbonim is that the boys stay in Yeshiva and not join the IDF, I think that this "no throwing anyone out of Yeshivah" is actually a great idea that the American Yeshivas should adopt as well. 
Instead of throwing out boys that don't  fit into the Yeshivishe mold..... who then start hanging out and getting into trouble, Yeshivas should have programs that would interest those boys, instituting programs like music, carpentry, electricity, plumbing etc..
We may be saving their lives ....
