Clinton wanted Oslo to establish a Palestinian state.
Bush II wanted The Road Map to establish a Palestinian state.
Olmert begged Abbas twice to accept the maps that the US had drawn up and declare a state.
And Obama had more maps he said would end the conflict and establish a Palestinian state.
Where is that state?
Saying you want to establish one is just empty talk, a "hareni muchan u'mezuman" that gets said but no one really thinks will happen.
