Kupat Ha'ir Causing Massive Chillul Hashem With Its Claim That Donating 3,000 Shekel Will protect from Virus

I actually wanted to write about Kupat Ha'ir a long time ago....
But now that it is in the open with the secular press writing about this, it's time to talk ..

This organization directly associated with Rav Chaim Kanievsky, touts false promises to the gullible naive sheep that read their lying promises in their massive ads campaigns,

I am not sure what if any role Harav Kanievsky has in the day to day operations ..

But anyone reading the news now knows that this promise of "not getting sick if you donate 3,000 shekel' is a lie ...
Look at the  statististics, Bnei-Brak has one in ten residents infected, the second largest amount in Israel !
Bnei Brak had to be on a lockdown for the second time .

A charity oRGANIZATION looking after poor families is good news -
a charity making fake promises to the religiously AFFILIATED is not good news.

Giving Charity at a time like this is noble and necessary.... However, you should donate an amount you feel comfortable with and to anyone you feel needs it ....Donating to a family member in need is a bigger mitzvah than to donate to kupat ha'ir

Why Is Israel is the safest place to be? Its Attitude is... to Preserve Life.

As you read the entire article you will see clearly why Israel is the safest place to be ...
But at the very end you will read the real and most important reason ...

"The country’s most important principle is to preserve life, rather than to protect of the rights of the individual as is the case in Western countries."

Never again will I allow some
"yeshivanik, Satmarnik, Villiamsburnick, Monroenick, Lakevoodnick, Monseynick, Boro-Parknick, Flatbushnick, 5 Clownsnick" ...
"know it all" to get on my site and bad mouth the Zionists ...
If you have nothing good to say, shut the hell up .... if you want to shoot your filthy "meraglim" mouth off ... shoot it off on the other "shmutz Le'aretz" sites ...

Israel is ranked the number one country for safety during the COVID-19 crisis by both Forbes and the research group Deep Knowledge and this is largely due to the country’s wide experience with crises and wars.

Israel also scored high when it comes to treatment efficiency with the country ranking place eight after Taiwan but before Japan.

Whatch: Florida Homeowner Shoots three armed robbers after they break into his home in broad daylight

A homeowner in Florida opened fire on three armed robbers who tried to break into his apartment, leaving one injured and two on the run.
Footage from a Ring spotlight camera showed the frightening altercation that happened at Park Place Apartments at 5:51pm on Tuesday.
Three armed suspects in black hoodies were seen walking from the complex's sidewalk to the victim's front door.
After checking that the coast is clear, one man began to throw his body against the front door until it flew open from the force.
The three men rushed into the home, but frantically came running out seconds later after the homeowner fired at least five gunshots.
The men desperately fled the scene, including one suspect who jumped over the balcony onto the ground.

Mendy Stern claims Hayim Salomon Nursing Home said Mom was ‘fine’ hours before likely coronavirus death

A man says he frantically tried to call his likely-coronavirus-stricken mother’s Brooklyn nursing home to get an update on her condition over the weekend — only to learn she’d died a day earlier when someone finally picked up the phone.
When Mend Stern called the Haym Salomon Home for Nursing and Rehabilitation Friday afternoon to check in on his his 74-year-old mother, Esther Ellen Stern, he says a nurse told him she was “fine.”
But later that night, the concerned son couldn’t reach the nurse for an update about her condition — and again couldn’t get anyone on the phone Saturday morning.
His worst nightmare came true when he finally reached a staffer at the Gravesend facility later that day — his mother had died, likely of COVID-19, in an ambulance on the way to Maimonides Medical Center on Friday night, he said.

The entire federal prison camp in Otisville N.Y. is being sent home due to an outbreak of COVID-19. There are around 100 Jewish prisons there.
Inmates have been sent home for for 30 days, after which their release will be reviewed. It is likely this will last at least 60 days.
Their furlough from prison will be used as time served.
Among those being released are Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney and former NYS Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos.
At least 14 inmates and seven staff members at the complex have tested positive for the virus.

Evidence of Ghosts Immersing in Ritual Mikvahs Reported in Israel

A study conducted by a rabbi resulted in his chilling conclusion that while the ritual baths in Israel have been locked shut according to Health Ministry restrictions, this has not prevented spirits from the other world using the baths.
Though the sections of the bathhouses used for use by individuals are indeed closed, the sections for immersing vessels for domestic use remain open. These are generally outdoors and are closed off with a metal lid. Several credible witnesses reported strange after-hour noises at the shuttered bathhouses. Some even saw the special garments used to bury Jewish dead that had been left behind, indicating they barely missed meeting the spirit-owners who left in a hurry and were forced to leave their clothes behind. A few even seen the water disturbed as if some unseen body was moving through it.
Harei Haredim, a Hebrew-language ultra-Orthodox news service, reported last Wednesday that Rabbi Israel Dendrovich, head of the Be’er ha’Avot Yeshiva, was called in to investigate the phenomenon. Rabbi Denrovich concluded that the ghostly bathers were consistent with many reports in the Jewish tradition of similar incidents.

US Probing If Virus came from Chinese laboratory

US intelligence officials are investigating the theory that the novel coronavirus originated in a laboratory in Wuhan and was accidentally released to the public, CNN reported Thursday, citing multiple sources involved, though it stressed that the notion was far from substantiated.
The report added that other sources had told CNN that US intelligence hasn’t been able to corroborate the theory but is trying to “discern whether someone was infected in the lab through an accident or poor handling of materials and may have then infected others.”
Earlier this week, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Mark Milley, said American intelligence had examined the possibility that the new coronavirus originated in a Chinese laboratory, but that it seemed to be of “natural” origin.

Israel Starts Removing Restrictions But in Stages

The Health Ministry recommended a number of measures that can be implemented immediately in anticipation of the end of the coronavirus crisis, Channel 12 News reported.

In the first phase, which will begin next week, 30% employees will return to work. The Health Ministrywill recommend a rule that anyone who can work from home will continue working from home.
In the first phase, those aged 70 and over or 65 with background illnesses will be required to stay home. Individual treatments in special education will be possible. Sports will be allowed only for individuals or a nuclear family, probably even beyond the 100-meter range currently allowed.

The second stage will begin two weeks later, in early May: employment will be restored to 50%, on regular shifts. There is a possibility of keeping children in a home setting - connecting up to two families. At this stage, there will be the option of picking up deliveries from restaurants and businesses, prayers of up to 10 people in open space, supervised family visits - and sports activities for up to two people.

In the third stage - in mid-May - stores will be opened. Malls will not be reopened. Hairdressing and cosmetics businesses will be allowed to open - in full protection with one person and without waiting. Children may be watched in groups of up to five children.

Forbes Magazine: Israel the safest country from coronavirus

A study published in Forbes Magazine presents a comprehensive analysis examining the steps taken in various countries around the world as part of the fight against the spread of the Corona virus.

In the study, 60 countries are ranked according to different factors, including safety, risk level, treatment efficacy, and government support for people affected by the economic impact of the virus.

According to Forbes, Israel is the safest country in the world against the virus. In second place are Germany, South Korea and Australia. China is in fifth place.

In the risk index, Italy was ranked as the most dangerous, followed by the US, UK, Spain and France.

The study rated Israel's quarantine measures as highly effective in slowing the spread of the coronavirus.

Israel received a lower score on the level financial support it provides its citizens during the quarantine. The Israeli government received a high rating for its efficiency in dealing with the crisis.

Health Minister Yaacov Litzman expressed satisfaction with the data,
"We have reached the goal of setting ourselves at least 10,000 tests per day. This is a great opportunity to praise the medical staff working around the clock in simple conditions for Israeli citizens. We will continue with this trend with all our might."

"I am deeply honored and appreciative of you, dear citizens of Israel, who struggle with pride and courage during a very difficult time, the vast majority of you obey the instructions and keep the Ministry of Health's directives aimed at preventing the spread of morbidity and saving lives.

This sign was spotted in Williamsburg that advertised that the "Satmar Mikvah is open for everyone Erev Shviee Shel Pesach ...
for $5.00 a dip...."

What they didn't write is that by going to a mikvah that's open for everyone ... you can contract the virus ....
but I guess since they transmit the virus for free it wasn't necessary to write something that's obvious....

Thomas Friedman Meshiginer Anti-semitic Reporter from the New York Times Wants AOC As UN Ambassador

Is it time for the United States to name an anti-Israel envoy to the United Nations?
A senior New York Times columnist believes that in a future Biden administration, that answer has to be "yes."
Former Vice President Joe Biden became the likely Democratic candidate to challenge US President Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential elections in November after political rival Senator Bernie Sanders ended his presidential bid on Wednesday in an acknowledgment that Biden is too far ahead for him to have any reasonable hope of catching up.
In an opinion piece titled "What America Needs Next: A Biden National Unity Cabinet," columnist Thomas Friedman argued that if Biden becomes president, he should name Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a staunch critic of Israel,  as his UN ambassador.
Ocasio-Cortez has often accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of enacting "unjust and inhumane policies" with respect to the Palestinians and has also backed the actions of the anti-Israel boycott, divestment and sanctions movement.
Friedman, however, offered no explanation as to why he believed Ocasio-Cortez was qualified for the senior position.

Hind Khoudary The Face of Evil and Wickedness

An employee of Amnesty International has been denounced for getting a Gaza peace activist arrested by Hamas authorities for holding a virtual meeting with Israeli counterparts.
Journalist Rami Aman of the Gaza Youth Committee held the conference with the Israelis via the Zoom app, which has become popular as a means of maintaining social ties during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Facebook page for the meeting called it “an opportunity to speak with Gazans who not only do not hate us but are working tirelessly to open channel of communication between Gazans and Israelis.”
Hind Khoudary, who at the time of the incident identified herself on social media as an international research consultant for Amnesty, denounced Aman in a Facebook post – now inaccessible – and tagged three Hamas officials. Aman was arrested on Thursday and has not been heard from since.
In response, Human Rights Watch official Peter Bouckaert, who is himself often hostile to Israel, told Khoudary, “You should be ashamed of yourself.”
“It is disgusting that a so-called ‘journalist’ got an activist for dialogue arrested by Hamas,” he later said. “Conflicts are resolved through dialogue and understanding, not hatred.”
