Nurse tricks woman into thinking she’s terminal — then kills her over $1.5M insurance policy

A nurse tricked a woman into thinking she had terminal cancer and injected her with a fatal dose of insulin — so that she could try to claim a possible $1.5 million life-insurance policy, Utah cops say.

Registered nurse Meggan Randall Sundwall, 47, injected pal Kacee Lyn Terry, 38, with the lethal dose over the summer, according to newly surfaced police documents.

Investigating cops found more than 28,000 texts between the women that showed Sundwall had a fixation with helping her friend commit suicide.

The text exchanges — which dated back to December 2019 — included messages “detailing different ways Meggan would kill herself if she was Terry, and of Meggan offering to ‘help’ [her friend] die,” police said.

The messages also allegedly included discussions about Sundwall’s apparent financial woes and how being the beneficiary of Terry’s life-insurance policy would fix everything.

It was not immediately clear if Terry even had a policy, although Sundwall apparently believed she did and that the nurse was set to score a $1.5 million payout from it.

Terry’s family expressed relief after learning of Sundwall’s arrest, saying they believed she was trying to kill her for years.

The morning of Aug. 12, Sundwall sent her a text asking, “Do you want to take some promethazine when I get there so that you are asleep when this is happening?” according to KUTV.

Police were called to Terry’s home after her uncle said he found her unresponsive and gasping for air as if she were drowning. Sundwall told investigators she had been alone with Terry all morning and that she had been suffering for “several hours” that day.

Paramedics reportedly discovered a diabetic needle at the scene.

When Terry — who was not a diabetic — arrived at the hospital, her blood sugar level had plunged to 14. Blood sugar levels can become lethal at 40 or less.

Sundwall also claimed that Terry had signed a do-not-resuscitate order and said she didn’t want to go to the hospital.

A search warrant revealed that Terry’s sister had told hospital staff she had been suffering with leukemia for years. It’s unclear whether Sundwall told Terry’s family she had cancer.

Terry died Aug. 15.

Her sister said “she moved Kacee out of the shared apartment and into her grandfather’s house where she lives now due to Kacee complaining about Meggan bringing insulin home and trying to talk Kacee into treatments to help end her suffering,” the warrant stated.

But after her autopsy, Terry’s family received the shocking news that she didn’t have cancer — or any other underlying health issues — and no DNR order was ever found. The same doctor also said Sundwall was not her power of attorney, according to KSL.

The Office of the Medical Examiner confirmed Terry’s cause of death was an overdose of probable exogenous insulin, promethazine and other drugs, according to the outlet.

After Terry’s death, Sundwall allegedly deleted more than 900 texts from her phone and conducted a search for her life insurance policy.

Sundwall was arrested and booked into Utah County Jail on charges including first-degree aggravated murder and third-degree obstruction of justice.

Families of Hostages Blame it all on Ronen Bar Who Refuses to Resign!!

During a discussion held on Monday at the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, Shimon Or, uncle of Avinatan who is being held hostage in Gaza, harshly criticized Shin Bet chief, Ronen Bar, and put direct responsibility on him for failure in managing negotiations for the return of the hostages.

"Ronen Bar is responsible for the kidnapping of Avinatan," said Or, adding, "He is responsible for all the atrocities – for the 1,200 murders, for reckless negotiations with Hamas, while concealing information from the Prime Minister and not informing him about this document from Sinwar, which indicates that the entire negotiation is aimed solely at pulling Israeli society to pieces."

Or also noted that "for eighteen months, we have been holding negotiations that are yielding nothing and bringing no progress. They bring thirty hostages home, but leave Avinatan and the other hostages behind." He stated that Ronen Bar "was well aware of the fact that the families' protests only increased the price that Hamas is demanding."

During his remarks, he addressed the Knesset members and underscored: "Israeli society should think only of the hostages, not of Ronen Bar." He warned that "if they want to keep Ronen Bar as the Shin Bet chief, despite the government's decision, what will it do to the hostages?"

Finally, Or called for a change in the state's approach toward Hamas and for more taking more aggressive means. "We demand an ultimatum with a balance of fear. Hamas should know that it would be better for them to return the hostages alive, than what will happen to them if they are not returned safely."

National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir tweeted on Sunday: “Ronen Bar is a criminal and a liar, attempting to deny his efforts to conspire against elected officials in a democratic nation, despite the documents now being made public. I will not settle for his dismissal—he must face criminal charges for attempting a coup and undermining democracy.”

Ben Gvir’s comments came after a News12 investigation revealed that Bar had ordered a secret procedure against the police and Ben Gvir, which involved gathering evidence in an effort to incriminate the minister.

Frum Gary Barnett Secures Full Fifth Avenue Blockfront Plans $1B Tower With Manhattan’s First Ikea

After ten years of relentless negotiations, strategic acquisitions, and high-stakes real estate maneuvering, Extell Development Chairman Gary Barnett has finally completed what many in the industry considered an elusive feat: securing the entire blockfront on Fifth Avenue between West 46th and 47th Streets, one of the most coveted parcels in Manhattan. As reported by The New York Post, Barnett finalized the acquisition of the last remaining piece — the holdout property at 576 Fifth Avenue — in a deal that officially closed on Thursday night.

The transaction marks the culmination of a decade-long chess game played across Midtown real estate, positioning Extell to build a 33-story, 1.1 million-square-foot mixed-use tower, featuring office space and a landmark retail component — Manhattan’s first-ever Ikea superstore.

According to the report in The New York Post, Extell paid a staggering $175 million for 576 Fifth Avenue, significantly more than the $101 million that South Korea’s enigmatic Sae-A Trading Co. shelled out for the same property just two years prior in 2021. Despite acknowledging the premium price, Barnett made no apologies for the hefty sum. “We paid a stupid price, but it gives us the whole block, which is amazing,” he told The Post, adding that the deal provides “the largest footprint available in Midtown and maybe anywhere.”

The acquisition consolidates Extell’s holdings at 574 and 576 Fifth Avenue, granting the developer a contiguous, uninterrupted site for the future skyscraper. The entire development will be readdressed under the unified designation of 570 Fifth Avenue.

The architectural plans for the development are being led by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), one of the world’s premier architectural firms. Barnett revealed to The New York Post that plans for the tower will soon be submitted to the New York City Department of Buildings, with delivery to tenants expected in approximately three years. Excavation work is already well underway, signaling Extell’s urgency to move forward on the $1 billion-plus venture.

The tower’s blueprint will feature a gradation in floor sizes — massive 65,000-square-foot plates at the base, tapering to more intimate 27,000-square-foot floors at the top, offering flexibility for both large corporate tenants and boutique office users. The office component alone will exceed 1 million square feet, placing it among the largest new commercial developments in Midtown.

As explained in The New York Post report, the project’s most headline-grabbing tenant is undoubtedly Ikea, whose parent company, Ingka Investments, has partnered with Extell on the development. Ingka will own 80,000 square feet outright, establishing the furniture giant’s first superstore in Manhattan — a significant milestone for both Ikea and the city’s retail landscape.

In a city where retail square footage is both premium-priced and hard to secure, Ikea’s move to Fifth Avenue represents a bold expansion strategy and a notable departure from its traditional big-box suburban locations. Its presence in Midtown could reshape pedestrian traffic patterns, draw new customer demographics, and act as a magnet for other high-profile retail brands.

While Extell now holds the full block, The New York Post report detailed the high-stakes drama that nearly derailed Barnett’s vision. The corner parcel at West 47th Street, now known as 576 Fifth Avenue, was originally controlled by a local partnership. In a surprise twist, Sae-A Trading Co. swooped in unexpectedly and purchased the property, demolished the existing 12-story diamond district building, but never filed development plans. The sudden move left Barnett with an incomplete footprint and a project with what he called a “missing tooth” at its northern end.

Despite being prepared to proceed without the corner lot, Barnett understood the symbolic and practical value of a seamless blockfront. Now, with full ownership in hand, Extell is poised to move forward without compromise.

The significance of this project extends beyond its architectural grandeur. According to the information provided in The New York Post report, this development represents a vote of confidence in the future of Midtown Manhattan, which continues to evolve in a post-pandemic commercial landscape. With remote work habits reshaping office demand and retail undergoing seismic shifts, Extell’s megaproject doubles as both a financial gamble and a strategic urban statement.

For Barnett, however, the risks are part of the reward. “You don’t get opportunities like this often,” he told The New York Post, clearly relishing the magnitude of what he’s accomplished. After ten years of patience, persistence, and negotiation, Gary Barnett now holds one of Midtown’s most commanding addresses — and he intends to make it a centerpiece of Manhattan’s next generation of real estate landmarks.

High Ranking Hamas Terrorist Thought he can Hide in a Hospital! The Jews Get him!

In a targeted operation, the IDF and the Shin Bet successfully struck a high-ranking Hamas terrorist operating within the Nasser Hospital compound in Gaza. The strike was the culmination of an extensive intelligence-gathering effort aimed at neutralizing a significant threat while minimizing collateral damage.

According to reports emerging from Gaza, the target of the operation was Ismail Barhoum, a prominent member of Hamas’s political bureau. Barhoum was reportedly responsible for overseeing the terrorist organization’s financial operations, a critical role that funneled resources into its militant activities. His elimination marks a significant blow to Hamas’s logistical and operational capabilities.

The IDF and Shin Bet emphasized that the operation was carefully planned to address the unique circumstances of the target’s location. Hamas has long been accused of exploiting civilian infrastructure, including hospitals, schools, and residential areas, to shield its operatives and plan attacks. In this instance, the use of Nasser Hospital—an active medical facility—as a base for terrorist activities has drawn sharp criticism. The IDF condemned Hamas’s actions, stating that the group “brutally endangers the Gazan population” and violates international law by embedding its operatives within civilian spaces.

Both Al Jazeera and BBC Arabic captured live footage of an Israeli airstrike hitting the Nasser Hospital while broadcasting from outside the facility in Khan Younis.

Trump Follows Biden's Lead and Strips Biden, Harris & Clinton Families of Security Clearances

President Donald Trump on Friday ordered the immediate revocation of security clearances for Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Antony Blinken, Hillary Clinton, Liz Cheney, Jake Sullivan, and every member of the Biden family. The move marks a seismic shift in national security access for former high-ranking officials and sends a clear message that the era of political insiders retaining classified privileges is over.

“I hereby direct every executive department and agency head to take all additional action as necessary and consistent with existing law to revoke any active security clearances held by the aforementioned individuals and to immediately rescind their access to classified information,” Trump declared. “I also direct all executive department and agency heads to revoke unescorted access to secure United States Government facilities from these individuals.”

While Trump’s decision has sparked outrage among Democrats, CNN analyst Scott Jennings did not hesitate to back the move, particularly when it came to the Bidens. Speaking on Laura Coates Live Friday night, Jennings pointed to the Biden family’s history of influence peddling, foreign entanglements, and questionable dealings as justification for stripping them of any access to classified material.

“Given the family’s long history of influence peddling and dealings with shady people overseas, I think cutting them off from national security information is frankly a pretty good idea,” Jennings said bluntly.

He further blasted top Democrats for “abusing their adjacency to national security information for political purposes,” calling out the now-infamous Hunter Biden laptop letter, in which 51 intelligence officials falsely labeled the laptop as Russian disinformation just weeks before the 2020 election.

“Donald Trump is sending a strong message,” Jennings asserted. “No longer are people like this who float in and out of government going to be able to abuse their national security access for political purposes.”

The announcement sent shockwaves through Washington, with Democrats accusing Trump of pure political vengeance.

“This is nothing but an authoritarian purge,” one Democratic operative fumed. “Trump is weaponizing security clearances against his political enemies in a way we’ve never seen before.”

But Trump allies see it differently, calling the move a long-overdue correction to the unchecked privileges granted to political elites.

“Let’s not forget,” Jennings reminded viewers, “Democrats did this to Trump in 2021. What goes around comes around.”

GEDOLIM CAVE: No Draft Law Ultimatum Will Be Given To Netanyahu

The anti draft chareidi rabbonim have played their hand and realize that they will be in an even more perilous situation if and when elections are held. The “no compromise, no giyus for any chareidi” stand has not won them any allies, other than in Lakewood and Williamsburg, but their American allies don’t control the purse strings in Israel, and those strings are closing tightly. They might try some PR instead of throwing shade on the rest of Israeli society. Tone deaf doesn’t start to describe how non-chareidim in Israel view their proclamations against the “shmad army.”

For weeks, Gedolei Torah in Eretz Yisroel have been grappling with a critical decision—whether to issue an ultimatum demanding that Prime Minister Netanyahu pass a draft exemption law by Shavuos, or risk losing the support of the United Torah Judaism (UTJ) party in the coalition. The proposal, known as the “Pindrus Plan,” had gained traction among leading Roshei Yeshiva and Rebbes, with intense discussions behind the scenes.

However, a dramatic turn of events unfolded Sunday when HaGaon HaRav Moshe Hillel Hirsch, Rosh Yeshivas Slabodka and one of the preeminent leaders of the Torah world, indicated that UTJ would not be issuing an official ultimatum to Netanyahu. The revelation came after a rare English-language phone call between Netanyahu and Rav Hirsch earlier Sunday, a conversation that has sent shockwaves through the frum political landscape.

Netanyahu, fully aware that an ultimatum from UTJ could threaten his fragile coalition, has been working feverishly to neutralize the looming threat. Prior to his conversation with Rav Hirsch, Netanyahu had reached out to the Belzer Rebbe, who assured him that Belz and the Shlomei Emunim faction were not part of the ultimatum and had no intention of withdrawing from the coalition. This gave Netanyahu a crucial opening to pressure the remaining factions to reconsider their stance.

Netanyahu’s main concern is the three-month deadline proposed by the Litvishe Gedolim and UTJ leaders. He argued that such a short time frame was unrealistic for passing a comprehensive Draft Law and urged Torah leaders to extend the deadline beyond Tishrei to ensure a sustainable legislative process.

Following his direct intervention, Rav Hirsch relayed Netanyahu’s concerns to HaGaon HaRav Dov Landau, Rosh Yeshivas Slabodka and the leading authority of the Litvishe world. A subsequent meeting took take place between the Gerrer Rebbe and Rav Landau at the Slabodka Yeshiva in Bnei Brak on Sunday.

Rav Hirsch relayed Netanyahu’s plea to the assembled Gedolim, explaining the Prime Minister’s concerns. However, the Gedolim remained skeptical. They noted that no matter what deadline was set, Netanyahu would find excuses to delay.

After extensive deliberations, the Gedolim made a momentous decision: they will set a firm deadline for Netanyahu to pass the Draft Law by the end of the summer.

If the government fails to deliver by the set date, the Torah factions may withdraw their support for Netanyahu’s fragile coalition—a move that could potentially bring down the government.

At the same time, efforts are underway to build a unified front between the Ashkenazi and Sefardi Torah leadership. Messages from the Gedolim have been relayed to HaGaon HaRav Yitzchak Yosef, the Rishon L’Tzion and other Sefardi Gedolim in an attempt to form a solidarity pact.

Gallup Poll: 52% Of Gazans Would Consider Leaving

A survey by Gallup International published in the London-based Daily Telegraph revealed that half of Gaza’s population would consider leaving if given the opportunity.

The survey polled residents in a number of locations across the Strip in the first half of March and revealed that while 39 per cent said they would stay in Gaza and had no plans to leave, 14 per cent said they would leave permanently if given the opportunity and a further 38 per cent said they would leave temporarily but could return in the future.

The findings follow Donald Trump’s controversial “Riviera of the Middle East” vision for the enclave, which envisages the displacement of the existing population to other countries.

Announcing the plan in February, Mr Trump said the Strip had become an uninhabitable “hellhole”.

The poll of 532 Gazans aged 18 and above began on March 2, the day Israel stopped aid entering the enclave, and ended on March 13, before the ceasefire ended.

Based on the findings, Gallup International said: “Given the hardships, more than half of Gaza’s residents would consider leaving if given the opportunity.”

Residents under the age of 34 and those living in the areas of Gaza City and Khan Yunis were more likely to consider leaving.

Why Bnei Torah should vote in the WZO elections

DIN: Many Roshei Yeshiva and so called Gedoilim who have no skin in this game ruled that one should not vote!

Harav Moshe Corodovero, writes in his Tomer Devorah (Chapter 7) that one must think constructively on behalf of all Klal Yisrael, for their benefit. The author of Yaaros Devash (Vol 1, on the Bracha of Hosheva Shoifteinu in Shemoine Esra) also discusses this and writes "that all hardships that befall Israel are due to improper leaders"

 By Rabbi Yair Hoffman

This article is about why Bnei Torah should vote in the WZO elections for the frum slates.

Let’s imagine, that we stand at the very formation of Klal Yisroel.  It is time for the brachos.  If things go as planned – well, Aisav would get the brachos.  There is Daas Torah going both ways.  Yitzchok Avinu says – let’s give it to Aisav. Rivka Imeinu says, “No Yaakov, take the funding away from Aisav and take it for yourself – for the future of Torah.  Ki Haim Chayeinu!  Say the words, ‘Anochi.  Aisav Bechorcha.’

But what would have happened if there was a huge outcry against Yaakov?  “How dare you say, ‘Anochi Aisav??!!”  Aisav is a Rasha!  He is a Kofer!  He is a Rotzayach!  He was me’anais a Naarah m’urasa! And you sign on saying Anochi Aisav??”

Ultimately, Yaakov Avinu did say, “Anochi. Aisav Bechorcha. And the Torah world developed along the path that it should have. Boruch Hashem.

This is essentially what is happening now.  There are conflicting Daas Torahs.  One side is saying, “But if you vote – you are joining up with Avodah Zarah! It is Kefira!”

The other side is saying, “The word Zionist is an anglicized version of the word Tzion – which appears in TaNach over 150 times. In Sefer Yishayahu Tzion is mentioned 47 times alone! LeMaan Tzion lo Echesheh  – for the sake of Tzion – I shall not be silent (Yishahayu 62:1)!   Why can’t we sign on a form and have in mind the true Torah definition of the true word?  How are we allowing Kofrim to hijack a word and define the exclusive use of it?

Registering to vote for the frum slate in the WZO election with this in mind is less of a stretch than Yaakov Avinu’s  use of Anochi.  Aisav Bechorcha.

Minister of Housing Goldcrap Dances with Neturie Karta ...Calls for his resignation!

Israeli Minister of Housing and Construction, Yitzhak Goldknopf, is facing significant criticism after being filmed dancing at a family wedding to the song “In their offices, we do not appear, and in the rule of the infidels, we do not believe,” which calls for refusal to serve in the military. The incident occurred on Sunday night at the wedding of his nephew, where Goldknopf was seen dancing with yeshiva students to the controversial tune.

Politicians from across the political spectrum have condemned Goldknopf’s actions. Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett tweeted, “The outrage of government ministers about the disrespect for IDF soldiers means nothing when, at the same time, these ministers are transferring billions in budgets that encourage draft evasion. We don’t need condemnations, but rather a simple action: a complete cessation of budgets for evasion.”

Israel Beiteinu leader MK Avigdor Lieberman also weighed in, calling the video “shameful” and criticizing the minister for celebrating with a group that rejects military service. “While our soldiers risk their lives to defend the homeland, a minister in the Israeli government celebrates with draft dodgers to the sounds of the infamous song: ‘In the rule of the infidels, we do not believe,'” Lieberman wrote.

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich expressed his outrage, saying, “Shame and disgrace! We can no longer remain silent in the face of the minister’s indifference, disrespect, and ingratitude toward the State of Israel and its heroic soldiers.”

Fact: Agudas Yisroel Signed Israel’s Declaration of Independence 1948

By Rabbi Yair Hoffman

Just a quick reality check.  After the tragic events of the Holocaust and the displacement and murder of the Kedoshim, Agudas Yisroel did join with Zionist leaders in signing Israel’s Declaration of Independence.   The signer on behalf of Agudah was Rav Yitzchok Meir Levine zt”l, the son-in-law of the Gerrer Rebbe.  Ostensibly, this was done with the agreement of Rav Aharon Kotler zt”l whom at the 4th Knessia Gedolah in Jerusalem 6 years later, sat next to Rav Levine and the Prime Minister of Israel, Moshe Sharret.

Agudah’s primary motivation in signing, it would seem, was to vouchsafe the continuity of Torah and its study in the newly formed State of Israel.  It would also seem that Agudah signed as representatives of the Jewish community in Eretz Yisroel and not as members of the Zionist movement. However, all the signers were members of the People’s Council (see paragraph 11) and joined together with the leaders and members of the Zionist Movement.

AT the 4th Knessiah of Agudath Yisroel held in Jerusalem in 1954, Rav Aharon Kotler zt”l sat next to Rav Yitzchok Meir Levine zt”l, who sat next to Moshe Sharret – the Prime Minister of Israel.

Under these conditions 70 years ago, Agudath Yisroel did join together with leaders of the Zionist Movement with the express purpose of vouchsafing Torah and its values and ideals. To say otherwise is historically inaccurate.  The situation then is analogous to the situation today if not more so.  Shouldn’t we follow the example of Klal Yisroel’s leadership when these challenges first arose?  Or should we shift gears and allow the anti-religious secularists to do what they will?   There are letters from Gedolei HaRoshei Yeshivaand Poskim in Eretz Yisroel that I have seen saying that it is a most worthy endeavor for Bnei Torah to vote for the Shomrei Torah slate in this WZO election.  There is also a video of Rav Chaim zt”l to this effect below.

It is because of the votes made five years ago, that this past December 8 million dollars was alotted to Yeshivos and Seminaries, including one Million dollars ro the Mir Yeshiva.

What follows is the text of the Declaration of Independence of the State of Israel and its signees.

Satmar Marks 800th Yurzeit of 150 Jews that Committed Suicide in the "Clifford Towers" in York Because British Murderers Made them Convert

The Satmar Yiddish Newspaper Der Yid reports that this Yurzeit was written up in a British website and that the comments all mocked the murdered Jews!

Der Yid has always blasted the Zionists and praised the British in their reports about pre-war2 Palestine!

But in the last few months, Der Yid began a series of articles backtracking on their praise for the British  and finally reporting the truth about the vicious British attacks against the Jews in the then Palestine! Without mentioning Zionists they now state that "Jews had no choice but to defend against the British sadists and murderers"

I believe that the backtracking is because of the recent antisemitic acts against Chassidic Jews in London and they are now realizing that maybe the Zionists were actually right!

Netanyahu 100% right about Israel’s ‘deep state’

For liberal leftist critics of Israel’s government, it was just the latest example of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s effort to follow the same playbook as President Donald Trump.

When the former spoke recently of the efforts on the part of Israel’s “deep state” to derail his government, both Israelis who voted for Netanyahu’s political opponents in the last election and Democrats who backed former Vice President Kamala Harris tuned out everything that followed. As far as they are concerned, talk of a “deep state” in either country is just a right-wing conspiracy theory that is part of an attempt by both leaders to overturn or seriously undermine democracy.

That’s also the line that most pundits are spreading about the prime minister’s move to fire the head of the Shin Bet (Internal Security Agency) and the attorney general, as he seeks to carry on the war on Hamas without being held back by opponents inside the governing apparatus. Such analysts claim that Netanyahu’s assertions about an army of bureaucrats—aided by elites who run the business, legal, media, academic and cultural establishments—is seeking to sabotage his government, is a figment of his imagination.

If only that were true

State Security Chief Bar Who Refused to Wake Up Netanyahu on Oct 7.. Set Up Netanyahu with a "Qatar Investigation" to Avoid Getting Fired!

The Prime Minister's Office released a dramatic video on Saturday night in which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addresses the public and says: "Citizens of Israel, I have a dramatic revelation of facts that will shock you."

At the beginning of the video, Netanyahu clarified that he had already made a definitive decision regarding the continuation of the ISA Chief, Ronen Bar: "Ronen Bar will not remain the head of the ISA, there will be no brotherly war, and Israel will remain a democratic state."

Netanyahu added that the government is acting in accordance with the law: "My lack of confidence in the head of the ISA began on October 7 when he did not wake me up nor did he wake others. It increased until the dismissal of Ronen from the negotiation team and all of this happened long before the opening of the investigation regarding Qatar."

In the video, Netanyahu details how he had decided to fire Bar only after receiving the investigations on the October 7th massacre. "I decided the same thing about Herzi Halevi," Netanyahu stated. "Bar asked for several extensions on the deadline I set for concluding the investigations, which I granted."

"On the same day that I was supposed to receive the investigation, in a coincidence that you couldn't make up, the Attorney General declared that she was opening an investigation into allegations that I had received bribes from Qatar." The attorney General has since given legal opinions that since the ISA is involved in the investigation into the supposed bribes, Netanyahu cannot fire the ISA director, as this would constitute interfering in the investigation.

"The investigation is clearly intended to prevent me from dismissing Ronen Bar," Netanyahu concluded. "You tell me - who is really acting due to outside considerations?"

US Embassy in Israel to Americans : Avoid large gatherings and demonstrations

The US Embassy in Israel on Saturday issued a warning to citizens in the area, urging additional caution and stressing that "the security environment is complex and can change quickly."

The Embassy stated: "Due to the current evolving security situation, including the resumption of red alerts and large-scale demonstrations, the US Embassy reminds US citizens of the continued need for caution and increased personal security awareness – including avoiding large gatherings and demonstrations, and knowing the location of the nearest shelter in the event of a red alert as security incidents, including mortar, rocket, and missile fire, and unmanned aircraft system (UAS) intrusions, often take place without any warning. The security environment is complex and can change quickly."

The Embassy urged citizens to be aware of their surroundings, avoid all demonstrations and large gatherings, and avoid all areas where there is a heavy police presence. It also urged citizens to monitor local media and follow the instructions of local authorities.

Earlier on Saturday, six missiles were launched from Lebanon towards the Israeli town of Metula. Three of the missiles were intercepted, and the rest did not reach Israel.

On Friday night, a missile launched from Yemen was intercepted by the IAF prior to crossing into Israeli territory. Sirens were sounded in accordance with protocol; it is believed that the missile broke apart over Saudi Arabia.

"The Lone Crapper" Frum Passenger Sues United Airlines

An Orthodox Jewish passenger says a United Airlines pilot forcibly removed him from an airplane bathroom while he was experiencing constipation, exposing his genitalia to other flyers during a flight from Tulum, Mexico, to Houston.

Yisroel Liebb, of New Jersey, described his trip through allegedly unfriendly skies in a federal lawsuit this week against the airline and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, whose officers he said boarded the plane upon landing and took him away in handcuffs.

Liebb and a fellow Orthodox Jewish traveler said the pilot made disparaging remarks about their faith. They said they were forced to miss a connecting flight to New York City while U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers paraded them through an airport terminal, placed them in holding cells and searched their luggage.

“CBP Officers responded to reports of a disturbance on a flight at the request of the airline,” CBP Assistant Commissioner for Public Affairs Hilton Beckham said. “Due to the ongoing litigation, we are unable to provide any further comment.”

United Airlines declined to comment. Messages seeking comment were left for a lawyer representing Liebb and the other traveler, Jacob Sebbag.

In the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Manhattan federal court, Liebb said he was in the bathroom in the back of the plane for about 20 minutes on Jan. 28 when a flight attendant woke Sebbag from a nap and asked Sebbag to check on him.

Liebb said he explained his gastrointestinal predicament and assured Sebbag that he would be out soon. Sebbag then relayed that to the flight attendant, the lawsuit says.

About 10 minutes later, with Liebb still indisposed, the pilot approached Sebbag and asked him to check on Liebb, the lawsuit says. The pilot then yelled at Liebb to leave the bathroom immediately, the lawsuit says.

Liebb said he told the pilot that he was finishing up and would be out momentarily.

The pilot responded by breaking the lock, forcing the bathroom door open and pulling Liebb out with his pants still around his ankles, exposing his genitalia to Sebbag, flight attendants, and nearby passengers, according to the lawsuit.

Liebb and Sebbag said the pilot then pushed them back to their seats while threatening to have them arrested and making remarks about their faith and how “Jews act.”

After the two-hour flight landed in Houston, the men said about a half-dozen Customs and Border Protection officers boarded and escorted them off the plane.

Liebb said when he asked why they were being detained, an officer tightened his handcuffs and responded: “This isn’t county or state. We are Homeland. You have no rights here.”

The men said United booked them on a flight to New York City the next day for free, but any savings from the complementary tickets were lost because they had to pay for an overnight hotel stay and food during their delay.

Hooray: Ben & Jerry’s owner Unilever is dropping the anti-Israel lunacy

Ben & Jerry’s  got me through untold breakups in college.

Drowning my sorrows in a pint was a great consolation prize for my heartbreak.

But in 2021, I soured on the brand when it announced plans to stop selling its ice cream in what it referred to as the “Occupied Palestinian Territory.”

Its hostility to Israeli policy grew even more poisonous after Oct. 7.

The good news?

Recent pushback by critics — and consumers — prompted B&J’s parent company, Unilever, to respond, just as other companies have been shedding their DEI and woke images.

And that’s major grounds for hope.
