Operation Roaring Lion Day 13: Hezbollah Chooses Martyrdom

It’s Thursday, March 12, and the thirteenth day of Operation Roaring Lion. Here are the latest developments while you were asleep:

  • Hezbollah refuses to go quietly into the night. Last night the terror group launched its largest barrage since the November 2024 ceasefire, sending 200 missiles toward Israel—80 of which never made it across the border. The attack was less an act of aggression than a statement: a declaration that Hezbollah intends to fight to the end.

  • Operation Roaring Lion has now officially surpassed Rising Lion in both length and destruction. With four times the firepower Israel and the United States have struck more than eight times as many targets in the same twelve-day period. I’m not sure about dogs, but i think this confirms a lion’s roar is worse than its rise.

  • Iranian opposition sources report that Israeli and American drones flew over Tehran last night, striking checkpoints set up by Basij personnel and killing ten member in the process. The checkpoints were recently established to control the population and suppress the possibility of protests. According to one state media outlet, “the enemy is trying to open a new internal front.” They are likely correct.

  • The intelligence branch of the IRGC reportedly threatened members of the Assembly of Experts—the body responsible for selecting the Supreme Leader—as well as their family members, in order to force them to choose Mojtaba Khamenei as the next leader. Today marks the third day since the election of the IRGC’s candidate and there has still been no contact.

  • This morning, satellite imagery revealed three large craters at an Iranian nuclear site, following strikes that most likely occurred on March 9–10. The facility, used for experiments related to nuclear weapons development, had recently been reinforced with a layer of concrete and earth. That did not appear to be enough to stop a Massive Ordnance Penetrator, likely dropped by American B-2 bombers, though that remains unconfirmed. If anyone was wondering what became of the remains of Iran’s nuclear program, this may serve as an answer.

Now, on to the details.

Klainberg also allegedly stalked and repeatedly threatened his victim.

According to the victim’s testimony, she was a conversion candidate in the community and met Klainberg when she went to Borenstein’s, the seforim store where Klainberg worked. 50 Year-Old Murder of Barbara Waldman Finally Solved!

Thomas Generazio, who died of cancer at age 57 in 2004, is responsible for Waldman’s murder, according to police.

Long Island police have finally ID’d the killer in a shocking, long-unsolved case — and the victim’s family is happy to officially clear their father’s name after more than 50 years.

Local sanitation worker Thomas Generazio, who died of cancer in 2004, was identified as the sicko home invader who broke into Barbara Waldman’s Oceanside home, tied her up, sexually assaulted her and then shot her dead on Feb. 1, 1974, cops said.

Although Generazio is long dead, Waldman’s family said they were relieved to have closure and to finally put to bed the rumors about their late father Gerald Waldman, a dentist who was never charged in the crime but was ostracized in the years after the crime.

“Happily today, 52 years later, I get to say to the world that our father is exonerated,” Marla Waldman, one of the couple’s three children, told reporters. Their dad was slapped with a “powerful social mark of disgrace” until his dying day in 2006, she added.

Barbara, 31 at the time of her death, was found bound and shot in the back of the head by her 5-year-old son, Eric, who had just gotten off the bus.

Generazio, who had lived nearby and died at age 57, was positively ID’d as the killer through familial DNA, Nassau County Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder announced Wednesday.

The murder had remained unsolved for 50 years and was officially reopened in 2024 after the DNA of a relative of Generazio’s helped establish the link, authorities said. Cops would not say if they linked him to the crimes using a genealogy site.

Although officials had a “near perfect” police sketch of the criminal decades ago, DNA technology had yet to be established at the time of the murder. The killer had left a basic fingerprint but they never tied the crime to Generazio, who had two prior arrests for assault and stealing.

“An individual that we now know to be Thomas Generazio, entered that residence and committed a violent sexual assault against the mother, and then put a bullet in the back of her head, as she laid on the floor tied up with the stockings that she was wearing,” Ryder detailed, alongside the mother’s emotional children.

The motive was unclear, but Generazio lived fewer than four miles away and had worked in the neighborhood as a garbage man, cops said. It’s possible he had been the Waldman’s garbage man at one point, they added.

“Unfortunately for him, he died at age 57 due to cancer, but we would have liked to see him in jail for that entire time for the brutal murder that he did,” Ryder added.

The Waldman children said that despite the break in the case, the trauma they’ve endured will linger for the rest of their lives.

“I’ve had that image of my mom in my head since I was 5 — and it isn’t going away until I die,” said Eric Waldman, who found his mother’s body.

Hezbollah terrorists launch 100 rockets at Israel — overwhelming the Iron Dome

Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon on Wednesday launched 100 rockets at Israel — overwhelming Israel’s lauded Iron Dome system so much that only half were shot down, an Israel Defense Force source exclusively told The Post.

In response, the IDF is preparing a ground invasion into Lebanon, the source said Wednesday. The attacks from Iran’s proxy militant group and counter assault from Israel mark a new front in the ongoing US-Israeli joint military mission that the US has dubbed Operation Epic Fury.

“The IDF will not tolerate any harm to Israeli civilians and will forcibly respond against any threat posed to the State of Israel,” an Israel Defense Forces spokesperson said.

The incoming from Lebanon has put Israel’s missile defense system to the test, with rockets not being taken out. It’s unclear what damage has been caused in Israel or the scale of a possible Israeli ground operation in response.

The Israeli Air Force is striking ready-to-launch projectile launchers and additional infrastructure sites belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization across Lebanon, according to a statement from the IDF.

The escalation comes on the 12th day of the most recent war with Iran – and its proxies – that has the support militarily of the United States. Israel’s last major war with Iran in June lasted 12 days.

Israelis throughout Wednesday braced for escalated attacks from Lebanon — and possibly the Houthis in Yemen. The public has been asked to follow the ongoing alerts and guidelines for sheltering.

Trump tells off the "Weak and Pathetic" Herzog ,Again

US President Donald Trump has again called out Israeli President Isaac Herzog over Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's pardon request.

In a conversation with Axios's Barak Ravid, Trump debated Herzog's claim that he needs to wait for a legal opinion and said that he alone has to decide on the matter.

"He doesn't need any legal opinions. He is full of crap," Trump reportedly said, adding that his Israeli counterpart "is a weak and pathetic guy."

Trump said the urgency for the pardon stems from the security situation," I want Bibi to be focused on the war, not on bullshit."
