Rabbi Landau wondering why Arabs don’t get together and take Israel as an another Arab state
Last time he said something outrageous like this, everyone was told that it was taken out of context, well now we hear the entire story and that is exactly what he said!
There no way that Rav Landau knows what's going on, he is totally disconnected and removed from the rest of Klall Yisrael. But that doesn't stop Ass'konim from listening to Rav Landau's rants and then broadcasting this!
How does any thinking person say that it would be better to live under a Muslim flag!
This outrageous statement of Rav Landau is all over the media now, and mocking him! This will benefit the New Charedie party as reasonable people are totally fed up!
From a reader:
After the Holocaust, from 1945 to 1948, there were close to half a million Jewish displaced persons in Europe, many of whom had nowhere to go and no country willing to take them in. Then, with Hashem’s help, the State of Israel was established and welcomed them with open arms. Yereim and shleimim, together with Jews of all backgrounds, danced in the streets when the state was declared. It would require quite a bit of speculation to maintain that the state of Torah and Yiddishkeit in Eretz Yisroel today would be anything resembling what it is now had the country come under Arab rule.

The statement heard this evening from the leader of the Lithuanian public is a very harsh and painful statement.
Especially in a week like this, when almost every secular or religious-nationalist person knows a family member, friend, neighbor, or acquaintance who fell in the war. After three years in which families and children spent countless nights alone at home, while Dad was on reserve duty, after hundreds of reserve duty days, injuries, bereavement, and countless other battles that people fought for the people and the state.
Our rabbis educated us to respect scholars, and therefore I will not write a word here about the rabbi himself.
But we do need to talk about the true great madness.
An overwhelming majority of the state-appointed rabbis elected today in the State of Israel are students of Haredi yeshivas.
Read that sentence again.
The State of Israel appoints rabbis for decades, pays them salaries from the public coffers, and grants them state status, while many of them were educated in a world that does not see the state as the beginning of our redemption's sprouting, does not see the army as a sacred national value, and does not see the state's institutions as something to take responsibility for and be full partners in building.
One can greatly respect the Haredi Torah world.
One can learn a great deal from it.
But there is an enormous difference between respecting it and repeatedly handing over the state rabbinate of the State of Israel to it.
This is simply absurd.
Religious Zionism built the state, fought for it, buries its sons for it, serves in all its institutions, and in the end repeatedly allows others to shape the state's spiritual face.
This is not a small failure.
This is an abandonment of one of the most important assets of the State of Israel for generations.
Now watch Arabs blowing up an ambulance with 18 people inside, and Rav Landau says that the Army is there to serve their own interests ?????
El 7 de octubre, los miembros de Hamas dispararon un RPG contra una ambulancia en el festival de Nova, donde los civiles se escondían. 18 personas murieron. Hamas gobierna Gaza con mayoría absoluta desde 2006. https://t.co/siPew7dzqp

Why would Close Trump administration officials who are supposed to be loyal to President Trump attend a secret event with Obama and Biden officials who spied on President Trump?
White House Staff Attended a Closed Door AI Summit Hosted By Biden National Security Advisor And AutoPen Overlord Jake Sullivan At Harvard 2 Days Ago
Sanctioned Outreach, or Disloyalty?
White House and State Department officials joined a closed Harvard session hosted by former Biden national security advisor Jake Sullivan and attended by Trump haters Susan Rice, Phil Gordon, and Avril Haines, according to a copy of the participant list for the gathering I have exclusively obtained.
The “Dialogue on AI Self-Improvement and National Security,” was held September 30 and October 1 at the Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at @Harvard.
This event has not appeared on the center’s public calendar, and it suspiciously occurred one month before the midterm elections.
Sullivan is listed as a host, along with Belfer Center director Meghan O’Sullivan and J. Michael McQuade. Susan Rice @AmbassadorRice, national security adviser under Barack Hussein Obama and domestic policy advisor under Joe Biden, is listed with the RAND Corporation. Phil Gordon, national security advisor to Kamala Harris @KamalaHarris, is listed with the Brookings @BrookingsInst Institution. Avril Haines, Biden’s director of national intelligence, is listed with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Maher Bitar, an Islamic jihadist and senior National Security Council aide in the Biden White House, appears with National Security Action. Christy Abizaid, Biden’s director of the National Counterterrorism Center, is listed with Google. Tarun Chhabra, who oversaw technology and national security on Jake Sullivan’s staff during the Biden administration, is listed with @AnthropicAI, as are Tino Cuéllar and Andy Jones. Jon Finer, Sullivan’s former deputy, is also on the list.
All of these people have been vicious public critics and saboteurs of President Trump.
Sullivan oversaw the Biden Autopen and has used his Harvard post, and a podcast with Finer to argue that the administration is mishandling China, Iran, and technology competition. Rice has opposed President Trump since his first term and participated in spying on him. Phil Gordon advised Harris in the 2024 Presidential campaign against Trump, Haines led the Biden intelligence community that engaged in Weaponized government and politicized leaks, National Security Action, Bitar’s listed affiliation, was built by former Democrat officials to contest Republican national-security policy.
Several months ago, I successfully exposed Bitar and his security clearance was revoked over his ties to Islamic radicals and his participation in the Russian collusion hoax. Tarun Chhabra moved from Sullivan’s staff to Anthropic, one of the firms now across the table from skeptical Trump officials who oversee its regulatory and export-control interests.
Recently, Anthropic told the Trump administration that they fired Tarun Chhabra. Based off of this list I obtained, it sure looks like Anthropic lied! Nobody is surprised!
The same list includes current Trump administration staff: Stephen Andrews, of the White House Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy; Jon Askonas of the State Department’s @StateDept Policy Planning Staff; Landon Heid, of the National Security Council; Wells King and Christopher Lord, of the Office of the Vice President @VP ; and Ryan Kaldahl, of the office of Senate Majority Leader John Thune @LeaderJohnThune. Google, Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Meta, and Anthropic are among the companies that were represented at the event.
Why would Trump administration officials who are supposed to be loyal to President Trump attend an event with Obama and Biden officials who spied on President Trump?
Has @POTUS seen this? Was this event sanctioned by the White House, or is this evidence of subversion and disloyalty one month before the midterm elections?
President Trump hates Jake Sullivan and Susan Rice. This is not a good look!

Mom on hijacked flydubai flight with four young daughters had one instruction for them: ‘I’ll never forget’
A mother who was sitting with her four young daughters on the flydubai plane when it was hijacked by a suspected terrorist says she had only one thing to say to her kids: Pray for a miracle.
Lital Hirschl-Shahar, 39, said chaos broke out on Wednesday’s flydubai Flt. 1073 bound for Israel when someone near the front of the cabin started yelling that the pilot was under attack and that a large amount of blood was all over the cockpit.
“It all happened so fast, and the plane just started dropping down,” Hirschl-Shahar told The Post. “It was so scary and crazy … We all thought we were going to die.
“I was talking to God nonstop, believing prayer was the only thing that could save us. I told my daughters to pray, too.
“We needed a miracle, and I couldn’t help but think, ‘Is this how you’re going to die? Is this how your girls are going to die?’ ” the mom said.
Hirschl-Shahar said she was returning from a family vacation in Singapore and Thailand with her four girls — ages 14, 11, 7 and 5 — when co-pilot Hamam al-Hammami attempted to hijack the plane.
Pilot Smit Machchhar, who was stabbed multiple times during the attack, fought off al-Hammami long enough to open the cockpit door, alerting everyone to the crisis taking place.
“We heard a lady in business class shouting. She sounded so terrified, in a way I’ll never forget,” Hirschl-Shahar recalled.
Plumber Yaniv Hayun, who was seated behind the panicked mother and her daughters, was among the men to immediately spring to action to help the pilot and stop al-Hammami, who was allegedly attacking the control panel to take down the plane.
During the confrontation, the plane took a nose dive, dropping about 18,000 feet within the span of 12 minutes.
But Hayun and his fellow passengers were able to quickly restrain al-Hammami and provide first aid to Machchhar, with the plumber stabilizing the flight by using what he learned from the Canadian flight disaster documentary series, “Mayday.”
Two off-duty pilots were also onboard and helped the plane conduct an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia, with the aircraft arriving safely despite damage to its rudder.
“It was just a miracle wrapped in a miracle wrapped in a miracle,” Hirschl-Shahar said.
The family is now home recovering from the ordeal, with Hirschl-Shahar’s 7-year-old suffering a fever from the stress of the event.
Hirschl-Shahar said she’s also had to confront comments from social media claiming that the attempted hijacking was staged, undermining the terror that she and the 173 other passengers have had to endure.
The vacation from Jewish History is over for Americans
It didn’t begin on Oct. 7, 2023. And it won’t end after Oct. 27, 2026, even if Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is defeated for re-election. The change in attitudes toward Jews in recent years can be measured in a thousand different ways. And there are those, particularly on the left, who think they are escaping this trend or believe they can use it to advance their political agenda. But what is happening is something that can be neither ignored nor credibly denied.
The most important question about this is the extent to which Jew-haters who already are beginning to dominate the left-and who may eventually make inroads on the right-can achieve political power.
Equally important is the dilemma faced by the objects of all this antagonism, expressed not just on social media and in political campaigns, but in methods, both subtle and unsubtle, in which society expresses its dislike of various groups. It’s how American Jewry, a population that achieved almost complete acceptance in virtually every sector of society and business, will react to a shift in which they are now starting to be treated with the disdain, suspicion and hostility in the same way their great-grandparents and every generation of Jews for 2,000 years had taken as the normal state of affairs.
Don’t give up
To acknowledge the change in temperature for Jews in American society is not to concede that the United States will turn out to be just one more temporary way station in the history of the Diaspora.
'They won't break me': Yehuda Glick banned from Har Habayis for six months
The police have banned Temple Mount rights activist and former Knesset Member Yehuda Glick from visiting Judaism's holiest site for six months.
The restraining order issued to Glick states that the ban is meant to "prevent severe harm to life or property."
Glick claims that he was issued the order after he prayed on the Temple Mount for the recovery of Neria Leiter, the son of the Israeli Ambassador to the US, Yechiel Leiter, who was severely wounded in a ramming attack.
Even after he had been summoned to a hearing, Glick spoke out harshly against the conduct of the police. "I've been ascending the Temple Mount for 40 years. I always follow the guidelines. The Temple Mount police are persecuting me with evil, with malice, for no wrong done to me," he wrote.
According to Glick, this is the third year in a row in which he has received a restraining order ahead of the Sukkot holiday, a time when he usually leads tours of the Temple Mount.
Glick also criticized National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and claimed that the phenomenon has been occurring in the past years under his watch.
"These people hurt me many times more than the man who tried to assassinate me hurt me. Really, how much evil can I take?" Glick wrote.
In conclusion, he added: "And after all this, I lift my hands to the higher G-d and commit that they won't manage to break me. I hope I can hold on."
Special tribute to Aner Shapira: 289 children named after October 7 hero
Since October 7, 289 children across Israel have been named Aner in memory of Aner Shapira, z"l - the young hero who repeatedly hurled grenades out of a bomb shelter near Re’im, sacrificing his life to save those trapped inside.
Data provided by the Aner Shapira Association show a sharp increase in the number of children being given the name since the outbreak of the war. Before October 7, an average of only about 11 children a year in Israel were named Aner. Since the war began, that number has risen to more than ten times that figure.
Behind the numbers is a deeply personal form of remembrance for Aner’s parents, Shira and Moshe Shapira, which continues to grow with every family that chooses the name. In an interview with the Yediot Ahronot daily, the couple spoke about their feelings upon learning that hundreds of children now carry their son’s name.
“Discovering that more and more parents are choosing to name their child Aner is an emotion that is difficult to put into words," they said. “Every such child is an entire world, carrying with him something of our Aner - his courage, his love, his creativity and his choice to protect others even in the most difficult moments."
His parents said that alongside their longing for their son, knowing that his name is now being spoken by families across Israel gives them a sense that his memory continues to live on in everyday life.
“Aner is gone, and our longing for him only grows, but knowing that his name continues to be heard in homes, kindergartens and families throughout the country gives us the feeling that his light continues to spread. There is no stronger form of remembrance than this: not simply remembering Aner, but choosing to bring something of him into life itself," they said.
Shimon Yehuda Hayut the Bnei-Brak "Tzaddik" launches scam-proof dating app: ‘I’ve paid my debts’
Deception, scams and cases of false identity.
These are common risks in online dating that Simon Leviev said he can prevent with his soon-to-be released dating app, Safe Love.
He knows how fraudsters commit those deceptions. He was one of them.
Leviev, who was born Shimon Yehuda Hayut, gained prominence as the “Tinder Swindler” because of his romance fraud schemes. The 36-year-old made a lavish income extorting money from women he met online.
In 2015 and 2019, he was convicted of fraud, theft and forgery charges in Israel and Finland, he confirmed to Fox News Digital in a video conference interview.
He served time in Finland from September 2015 until March 2017, he said. He was arrested in Israel in 2011 and 2017 for the same case. And in June 2019, he was extradited from Greece to Israel, where he was jailed until May 2020, he said.
In Finland, Leviev was sentenced in 2015 to two years behind bars after authorities said he defrauded three women, according to The Times of Israel.
He was convicted in 2019 of four charges of fraud and sentenced to 15 months in prison but was released after five months, the BBC reported.
Leviev now plans to use his expertise to reduce the risks involved in finding potential partner matches online, he said.
He compares himself to famed fraudster Frank Abagnale Jr., convicted con man immortalized in the 2002 Steven Spielberg movie “Catch Me If You Can.” Abagnale committed check fraud, theft and forgery and later became a fraud-prevention specialist.
“The idea came from me being the Tinder Swindler,” Leviev said in his heavy Israeli accent. “They say I made the dating environment unsafe. So I thought, ‘All right. Let’s make it safe.’”
He mostly splits time between Israel and the United Arab Emirates. His expertise in the area of fraud makes him the perfect candidate to help others avoid being victims, he said.
“I did use false passports. I did use false identity,” he said. “I’ve been convicted for that. I’ve paid my debts to society. Obviously, things which I’m not proud of.”
But because of his unsavory past, he’s confident that he has the skills and knowledge of how to prevent the kinds of fraud he committed.
“I know how fake passports look,” he said. And maybe even “better than a passport controller in the airport, because I did pass hundreds or if not thousands of … fake passports.
“No one ever questioned me once. I know I know how to challenge the system.”
