Insane!! Trump Presses Israel To Approve Gaza Reconstruction Without Hamas Disarmament

The United States has presented Israel with a memorandum outlining a series of commitments it wants approved in writing as part of its plan for post-war Gaza, even if Hamas has not agreed to disarm, Kan News reported.

The document reflects the Trump administration’s push to move forward with its Gaza plan while preventing a return to full-scale fighting. Under the proposal, Israel would permit infrastructure, water, electricity, and other reconstruction projects in designated areas of the Gaza Strip. It would also commit to transferring residents from Hamas-controlled areas into areas administered by the Peace Council by the end of this year.

The proposal also calls for Israel to allow the construction of a headquarters for the technocratic government, approve bases for the international stabilization force, restore the European Hospital by allowing construction materials, medical equipment, and laboratories into Gaza, and establish a secure access corridor to the facility. In addition, Israel would transfer Palestinian Authority tax revenues related to Gaza to the Peace Council.

Another major provision calls for Israel to begin recognizing the technocratic government as the governing authority in Gaza. The document envisions transferring the Palestinian sides of the Kerem Shalom and Rafah crossings to its control, allowing it to move freely for official purposes, authorizing digital payments and fuel distribution, permitting the operation of 4G cellular service in Gaza, and offering conditional amnesty to individuals who surrender their weapons and commit to peace.

In return, the Trump Peace Council would assume responsibility for Gaza’s supply chain, fuel distribution, and payment systems in an effort to significantly reduce Hamas’ ability to collect taxes. The council would also oversee security and public order through an international stabilization force supported by an unarmed Palestinian civilian guard.

At the same time, the document states that Israel would retain the right to take whatever actions are necessary to protect its security if Hamas refuses to disarm. Overall, the proposal signals that Washington wants Israel to advance an alternative governing structure in Gaza and avoid a renewed military campaign, even if Hamas does not immediately surrender its weapons.

Chardeie Rav Causes Huge Chillul Hashem at Bnei-Brak anti-draft Rally calling The IDF Chief of Staff, ימח שמו וזכרו

This is nothing new by Charedeim, they throw the words ימח שמו וזכרו around to whomever they don't like, and they did this to Harav Hagoen Avraham Yitzchok Kook z'L and other rabbanim that went against their twisted agendas! But now they hit a new low, cursing someone who is there to protect them so they can protest and disrupt the lives of other Jews!

I don't know who this R' Aryeh Yazdi is but Gehenim is not too hot for the likes of guys like him!

Breaking: Shas and the Moetzes Gedoiei Ha'Torah just put out a statement severely condemning Aryeh Yazdi

Defense Minister Yisrael Katz strongly condemned remarks made against IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir during Monday night’s anti-draft rally in Bnei Brak, declaring that “red lines must not be crossed.”

The comments were made by Rav Aryeh Yazdi during the mass protest against the arrest of Yeshiva Bochrim, where he referred to the IDF chief in harsh terms, saying, “The The IDF Chief of Staff, ימח שמו וזכרו”…

Katz responded by praising Zamir and the IDF’s leadership, stating, “Even when there are public disagreements, it is forbidden to cross red lines of incitement and attacks against those who bear the heavy responsibility for the security of the State of Israel.”

“The Chief of Staff and IDF commanders are leading our soldiers on every front in the defense of the State of Israel and the security of its citizens,” Katz added. “Any incitement against them is unacceptable, dangerous, and worthy of condemnation.”

The rally, attended by thousands, was held to protest the arrests of yeshiva bochurim over military conscription.

During the gathering, former Sephardic Chief Rabbi, Hagaon HaRav Yitzchak Yosef declared that if a yeshiva bochur is arrested, “the entire yeshiva should come outside the military prison and recite Selichos,” adding that “wars are won not because of Iron Dome, but because of Torah, the bochurim, and the avreichim.”

At the conclusion of the event, some participants chanted “Deri is a traitor” and “Deri, go home” as Shas MKs attended the rally. Rabbanim present called on the crowd to stop the chants.

A group of demonstrators later descended onto Route 4 in an apparent attempt to block traffic before police intervened.

100 Locations In PA-Controlled Areas Will Be Settled – To Prevent ‘Oct. 7’ In Judea And Samaria

American Jews need to understand that the so called "settlers" are the ones protecting the Israeli heartland! Just 3 miles from Beit Shemesh is the Gush, if there wasn't Jewish cities in the Gush, then Beit Shemesh would be the border. Settlers need to be supported and Chut Le'aarez Jews need to stop listening to fake stories about the "Violent Settlers" ! The settlers are tzaddikim, believing that all of Eretz Yisrael has to be settled even if it means living in PA controlled areas. I admire them!

A secret and detailed contingency plan prepared by settlement movements in Judea and Samaria, led by the Farm Association (Igud HaHavot) and the “Habayta – Returning to the Homeland” Forum, which has reportedly reached the highest levels of government, outlines a dramatic transformation of the region. The stated goal is to nullify the Oslo Accords, restore governance, and create continuous Jewish territorial contiguity.

Behind the initiative are bereaved parents from Judea and Samaria who recently established the forum. Its declared objective is to promote Jewish settlement in open areas throughout the region, including Areas A and B, which are currently administered by the Palestinian Authority.

The forum has completed an extensive mapping operation that lasted many months. Its purpose is to identify and occupy 100 different locations deep inside Area A, which since the Oslo Accords has been under full Palestinian Authority civil and security control.

According to the plan, which has already been presented to several government ministers and to members of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s inner circle, the selected sites were chosen deliberately. The forum says these are dominant, strategically important positions. It notes that most of the sites are lands that were previously declared state lands but were transferred to Palestinian Authority responsibility under the Oslo Accords.

Powerful political and practical forces are said to be supporting the initiative behind the scenes. One of the leading advocates of the plan is Bezalel Smotrich, Israel’s Finance Minister and a minister within the Defense Ministry.

The figures leading the project on the ground are individuals with extensive experience establishing outposts and settlement points:

Eliav Libby, one of the founders of the agricultural farm movement in the West Bank, whose son David was killed in fighting in Gaza.

Yehoshua Sherman, whose son Yehuda was killed in a terrorist attack near the “Shuva Yisrael” farm in Samaria.

Members of the “Habayta” Forum explain that the plan emerged directly from lessons learned from the failures surrounding the Gaza Strip. They argue that only a permanent civilian presence at key strategic locations and in open areas can prevent a scenario involving a large-scale infiltration or rocket fire toward central Israeli cities and communities along the security barrier, similar to what occurred during the October 7 attack.

The forum says that the professional mapping work has been completed and that it hopes political approval for implementing the plan and populating the designated sites with settlers will be granted when the appropriate moment arrives.

Sources involved in the initiative told the website Hitnachalut Achshav (“Settlement Now”):

“We are not waiting for a disaster to happen in Judea and Samaria as well. The mapping was carried out in the most professional manner possible. On the day the order is given, these points will be populated by settlers. The goal is to create territorial continuity that will restrict the ability of terrorists to operate freely from areas controlled by the Palestinian Authority. This is not a long and exhausting legislative process. It is a single cabinet decision that could change Israel’s security reality for many years to come.”

Haaretz’s ideological mission: Dismantling the Jewish state

(JNS) Less than three weeks before the Oct. 7 massacre, the Israeli daily Haaretz announced its break with the Zionist creed. Its editor-in-chief, Aluf Benn, penned a piece just before Yom Kippur eve, entitled “Jewish and Democratic? It’s Time to Erase the Word Jewish."

The paper’s regular Hebrew readers were probably not all that surprised. After all, many variations on this theme have appeared in the periodical’s opinion pages, and its aversion to nationalism and religion, as well as its infatuation with the local version of globalist ideology-the idea of a non-national, so-called “state of all its citizens"-were well known. But never before had the editor himself announced the paper’s desire to dismantle the Jewish state and put an end to the Zionist enterprise.

The editorial board must have thought that an international audience was not yet ready for the revelation, and so the English edition softened the title, cloaking Benn’s declaration in some warm Yiddishkeit. It read: “On Yom Kippur, Facing the Question: Where Is Israel Headed?"

Rav Landau Now Against Protests while Rav Hirsch Has become More Radicalized and Supports Paralyzing Israel with Protests

A rare public disagreement has emerged between two of the most influential leaders of Israel’s Lithuanian-Haredi community over how to respond to the government’s military conscription policies.

Rabbi Dov Lando has urged followers to avoid street demonstrations, saying public protests are not the traditional approach of the Haredi community and can damage its public image.

His comments come just days after fellow senior rabbinic leader Rabbi Moshe Hillel Hirsch expressed support for a large protest convoy opposing the proposed draft law and the arrests of yeshiva students accused of evading military service.

Speaking during a meeting with yeshiva leaders in Bnei Brak, Rabbi Lando said the community’s primary response should be increased dedication to Torah study rather than public demonstrations, describing spiritual commitment as the strongest answer to the current challenges.

The meeting was originally convened to discuss a recent fundraising mission to the United States to help offset reductions in government funding for yeshivas. During his remarks, Rabbi Lando also said Jewish communities abroad understand the central role of Torah study in Israel and have increased their financial support for the country’s yeshivas.

Like Satmar/Neturei Karta ...Mamdani Reaffirms Opposition to Israel as Jewish State

Mayor Zohran Mamdani said he does not support Israel being defined as a Jewish state if it privileges one religion over another, while also condemning rising antisemitism in New York City during an interview with ABC News’ Jonathan Karl that aired Sunday.
Speaking on ABC’s “This Week,” Karl asked Mamdani whether he supports Israel as a Jewish state.

“I’ve said time and again that I support the state of Israel as a state with equal rights,” Mamdani said. Pressed specifically on whether he supports Israel as a Jewish state, he replied: “I believe that any state that privileges one religion over the other is one that I can’t tell you I support, whether it be Israel or Saudi Arabia or anywhere else.”

Mamdani said his position is rooted in a belief that all people should enjoy equal rights regardless of religion. Asked about the Democratic Socialists of America’s opposition to a two-state solution, he declined to endorse one, saying instead that he supports “equal rights for all people.”

Karl also asked whether there is room in the Democratic Party for candidates who support Israel and U.S. military aid to the country. Mamdani responded that Democratic voters have increasingly opposed U.S. funding for Israel’s military campaign in Gaza and said party leaders should listen to those concerns.

During the interview, Karl questioned Mamdani about rising antisemitism in New York City. Mamdani acknowledged that antisemitism has increased, noting that although Jews make up a minority of the city’s population, they continue to account for a majority of reported hate-crime victims.

“That’s something that’s unacceptable,” Mamdani said. “It’s something that we will never come to see as if it is a part of life.”

Karl also asked Mamdani about a Brooklyn coffee shop that refused to serve Rep. Dan Goldman because of the congressman’s support for Israel. While saying he has political disagreements with Goldman, Mamdani said the coffee shop’s actions “go beyond” legitimate political criticism.

Gerer Chasssidm Getting Frustrated With the Gerer Leadership who are protesting Against the Draft

‎TV presenter Avri Gilad publishes a post written by a Gur Hassid, whom he describes as a close friend, who chose to write anonymously for fear of being hurt.

The writer harshly criticizes the leadership of the Gur Hasidism and the protests over the issue of conscription, and claims that the ultra-Orthodox public is undergoing a process of incitement, hatred, and extremism. ‎

‎"Our pillars are morally collapsing," writes the Chassid, who described his surroundings as "hate machines" and added that if he had been younger he might have found himself participating in demonstrations out of brainwashing.

He concluded his remarks with the sentence: "I wish I could just leave everything, it's like being held captive by Hamas." ‎

‎ Avri Gilad added clarification that the name was a pseudonym, in order to protect the identity of the author, and pledged that he was a true Gur follower and a close friend

Dramatic Footage of the moments of an arrest of a Car Thief near Jerusalem

Over the weekend, Israel Border Police detectives from the Mateh Yehuda station were operating in the Route 1 area, following a report received about a vehicle that had been  stolen shortly beforehand from the Gan Yavne area and was making its way toward Jerusalem.

Upon receiving the report, the detectives positioned themselves along the route with the assistance of additional police patrol cars, and identified the stolen vehicle near the Hemed Interchange. The detectives began covert surveillance of the vehicle while preparing operationally to stop it.

Shortly afterward, in a traffic jam created by a deliberate block by one of the police patrol cars, the detectives got out of their vehicle and approached the car to arrest the suspect. The suspect barricaded himself inside the vehicle and refused to open the doors, and as a result the detectives had to break one of the vehicle’s windows and complete his arrest.

The suspect, a 43-year-old resident of the territories from Tulkarem, who was in Israel without the permits required by law, was taken for questioning at the Mateh Yehuda station of the Israel Border Police Jerusalem. His detention was extended by the court, and the vehicle is expected to be returned to its owner soon.
