Hezbollah terrorists launch 100 rockets at Israel — overwhelming the Iron Dome

Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon on Wednesday launched 100 rockets at Israel — overwhelming Israel’s lauded Iron Dome system so much that only half were shot down, an Israel Defense Force source exclusively told The Post.

In response, the IDF is preparing a ground invasion into Lebanon, the source said Wednesday. The attacks from Iran’s proxy militant group and counter assault from Israel mark a new front in the ongoing US-Israeli joint military mission that the US has dubbed Operation Epic Fury.

“The IDF will not tolerate any harm to Israeli civilians and will forcibly respond against any threat posed to the State of Israel,” an Israel Defense Forces spokesperson said.

The incoming from Lebanon has put Israel’s missile defense system to the test, with rockets not being taken out. It’s unclear what damage has been caused in Israel or the scale of a possible Israeli ground operation in response.

The Israeli Air Force is striking ready-to-launch projectile launchers and additional infrastructure sites belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization across Lebanon, according to a statement from the IDF.

The escalation comes on the 12th day of the most recent war with Iran – and its proxies – that has the support militarily of the United States. Israel’s last major war with Iran in June lasted 12 days.

Israelis throughout Wednesday braced for escalated attacks from Lebanon — and possibly the Houthis in Yemen. The public has been asked to follow the ongoing alerts and guidelines for sheltering.

Trump tells off the "Weak and Pathetic" Herzog ,Again

US President Donald Trump has again called out Israeli President Isaac Herzog over Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's pardon request.

In a conversation with Axios's Barak Ravid, Trump debated Herzog's claim that he needs to wait for a legal opinion and said that he alone has to decide on the matter.

"He doesn't need any legal opinions. He is full of crap," Trump reportedly said, adding that his Israeli counterpart "is a weak and pathetic guy."

Trump said the urgency for the pardon stems from the security situation," I want Bibi to be focused on the war, not on bullshit."

HAPPENING NOW - Mossad Pager Attack 2.0? Drones made in Iran attacking Iranian Police Forces and their Positions

An Iranian opposition outlet claims drones are targeting Basij forces and police positions across Iran.

Footage reportedly shows UAVs striking gatherings at checkpoints and regime security positions. Even Iran’s state news agency Fars has partially acknowledged  some of the hits.

According to the reports, drones are identifying concentrations of Basij forces and striking them precisely, placing regime enforcement units under constant pressure.

Another insider reports:
"
Dozens, possibly hundreds, of drones are reportedly striking Basij targets in Tehran and other Iranian cities, hitting motorcycles, vehicles and bases used by the force that suppresses protests. Israeli officials have not commented, but reports from Iran describe a dramatic situation."

In another report:

HAPPENING NOW - Mossad Pager Attack 2.0?*
Reports emerging from Iran describe a wave of unusual and highly targeted drone attacks hitting positions associated with the regime’s internal security forces across Tehran and nearby Karaj.

Footage circulating online appears to show a small drone striking a position manned by Iranian security personnel and members of the Basij militia in Tehran. Iranian sources are attributing the operation to Israel, claiming that similar strikes were carried out overnight against a number of Basij-manned checkpoints and gathering points.

According to reports from within Iran, explosive drones and UAVs have reportedly been detonating near motorcycles and vehicles used by Basij forces at checkpoints, police stations, and regime staging areas. Some observers inside the country are describing the campaign as Iran’s “pager moment,” drawing comparisons to the legendary attack on Hezbollah carried out by the Mossad.

A resident in Tehran reported that one hospital in the city was overwhelmed overnight with Basij members wounded in the strikes. According to the account, the number of casualties was so high that hospital beds quickly ran out, with many of the injured treated in hallways while others were reported killed.

Yeshiva University Launches its First Dental Program

Yeshiva University is opening a new dental school in Midtown Manhattan, its first in the borough of Manhattan in more than a century, to help address a growing shortage of dentists, according to The New York Times Wednesday.

The school will enroll 150 students in a three-year accelerated program, allowing graduates to enter the profession sooner and reduce tuition and living costs. Clinics at the school will provide care for pediatric and orthodontic patients, including those covered by Medicaid.

Edward Farkas, dean of the program, said the school will help replace retiring dentists and expand access to care in New York City, where nearly half of practicing dentists are over 55. Rabbi Ari Berman, Yeshiva University president, said the program will combine training with modern technology, including 3-D printing and digital imaging, to speed up and improve treatment.

Tuition and fees for 2026–27 are projected at roughly $126,000, with total expenses including living costs around $178,500. The school has received accreditation and will award Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degrees.

'IDF should destroy monument to Arafat, not a soldier'

Maj. Gen. (res.) Ofer Winter addressed the incident in which a statue of Yasser Arafat was toppled in Jenin, as well as the decision to dismiss the reservist soldier who carried out the act.

“First of all," Winter said, “it’s not just one statue that should be toppled, but all of them. It should be declared clearly that the era of a Palestinian state is over."

He added that the imagery on the statue reflects what he described as the broader idea behind the Palestinian state concept. “If you look closely at the statue, you can see the entire Land of Israel depicted. That is the essence of the idea of a Palestinian state - the destruction of the State of Israel - and that dream must be shattered," he said.

Winter also addressed the dismissal of the reservist responsible for toppling the statue, arguing that such decisions should come from Israel’s political leadership rather than the military. “The decision should be made by politicians, and the army should carry it out," he said. “Unfortunately, the political leadership has never made such a decision."

At the same time, Winter criticized the soldier’s conduct on operational grounds. Drawing on his experience commanding combat troops, he said the action placed the soldier and others at risk.

“Look how he stands alone in the middle of a hostile Arab village in broad daylight," Winter said. “If he had taken a sniper’s bullet, what would we tell his parents? If a decision is made to demolish something, it should be done professionally with an armored bulldozer."

He concluded by stressing that operational decisions should not be driven by emotion. “Emotions should not be brought into an operation," he said. “Not every operational mistake should be wrapped in ideology. The political echelon should decide, and the army should carry it out - dismantling the memorials just as other memorials to martyrs in Judea and Samaria have been dismantled."

The Yenukah Knows how to make money .......

For those who don't understand Yiddish, this is what he says:

We arrived this morning on Tuesday in Rishon Lezion to pray at Yeinoka's.

After davening, one of the gabbaim takes the microphone and announces the opening of the Aron Kodesh!

The opening of the Aron Kodesh?? Isn't today Tuesday, and not Monday, not Thursday, not Shabbat or Rosh Chodesh, what kind of opening of the Aron Kodesh?

I didn't understand what was happening there.

In the meantime, people in tshul are starting to throw sums away at this auction of who will be the lucky guy to open the Aron Koidesh!

2000 3000 5000 10000 until the lucky man in the picture bought it for 12,000 shekels.

The narrator goes on to say, they say about a certain  Rebbe that knows how to make money and about another Rebbe that he knows how to make money, etc.,

They should come here to Rishon Lezion and see how a person made 12,000 shekels even before he opened his eyes...

On a day that no one opens the Aron Koidesh!
