Jared and Ivanka Trump Pledge $2 Million to UAE Chabad

Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of President-elect Donald Trump, pledged on Monday that he and his wife, Ivanka Trump, would donate $1 million to Chabad of the United Arab Emirates in the wake of the killing of Rabbi Zvi Kogan.

Kushner, who was one of the architects of the 2020 Abraham Accords that established relations between Israel and the UAE, said the Emirates is committed to fostering harmony between Jews and Muslims.

“In the UAE, people of all faiths and backgrounds thrive together in an environment of mutual understanding and respect,” Kushner wrote. “Ivanka and I will be donating $1 million to the Chabad of UAE and will redouble our efforts to work with the Jewish community and the country’s leadership to build a resilient, vibrant Jewish community in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.”

“To all who wish to aggravate these historic divides, know that your efforts only strengthen the resolve of the Jewish community to contribute to societies that respect and welcome us,” he added. “History has shown that those who embrace the Jewish people benefit, and those who persecute the Jewish people ultimately face spectacular defeat.”

Kushner’s brother Joshua announced that he and his wife, the fashion model Karlie Kloss, would match Jared and Ivanka’s $1 million pledge.

The Emirati police have arrested three Uzbek nationals suspected of murdering Kogan, a Moldovan-Israeli dual national living in Dubai as an emissary of Chabad, one of the largest religious Jewish organizations in the world, with branches in scores of countries.

Kogan went missing on Thursday, and his body was discovered in the Emirati city of Al Ain near the UAE-Oman border on Sunday. Iran has denied any involvement in the incident amid suspicion that the Islamic Republic might have orchestrated the killing.

A fund for Kogan’s widow Rivky seeks to raise $1 million. At press time, it has raised almost $700,000.

Wow Listen On How Far-Left Biden Nominees For Judges Are! Incredible

Yated Doesn't Mention That the Murdered Kogen was Chabad!

Outrage in Israel at the Yated that wouldn't G-d forbid mention that Rabbi Kogen was a Chbad Shliach!
The hate that the Litvaks have against Chabad cannot be measured or expressed in words !
The guy was murdered doing Chabad Shlichos and that fact was mentioned in every secular paper, but another frum Jew writing in the Yated won't "fargin" him that he was a Lubavitcher Chasid!

This hate goes back to Harav Shach z"l who hated chassidim with a passion and had it in especially for the Lubavitcher Rebbe.
Unfortunately Rav Chaim Kanievski went with that derech as well!
See a post from an Israeli Blogger

 Translated loosely

This hatred stems from the war against the Chassidim by Rabbi Shach at the time and later by Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, who confirmed that the boycott (cheirum) of the Chassidim still exists today (see the sefercalled  HaGaon, where he cites the agreement of Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky that the Cheirim against chassidim  continues to apply in our time, and the authot wrote this  was before his(R'Chaim's) eyes and confirmed it),

Despite the fact that many of the Gedolim of Klall Yisrael begged him to retract his decision and write that he retracts because people might understand this ,God forbid to even say something like this , He refused to retract.

The Novominsk Rebbe, zt"l, came especially from the United States to sit with him to ask him to make amends but passed away without the author correcting it,

The UAE Will Probably Execute the three Murderers that killed Rabbi Kogen

The UAE Ministry of Interior 🇦🇪 has released photos and identified three individuals arrested in connection with the murder of Rabbi Zvi Kogen:

The suspects are Uzbek nationals: Olimpi Tohirovich (28), Makhmudjon Abdurrahim (28), and Azizi Kamilovich (33).

UAE Arrests Three Suspects in Murder of Rabbi Zvi Kogan

The United Arab Emirates has swiftly apprehended three suspects linked to the murder of Rabbi Zvi Kogan, an Abu Dhabi resident, according to the UAE Interior Ministry. The ministry lauded the rapid resolution, emphasizing the nation’s commitment to maintaining societal security and stability.

Kogan, an Israeli-Moldovan dual national, was referred to in the UAE’s official statement as a “Moldovan citizen.” Following a missing person report filed by Kogan’s family, an extensive investigation was launched, with authorities pledging to disclose the full findings once the inquiry concludes.

“The UAE spares no effort to prevent harm to its citizens, residents, and visitors,” the statement affirmed, adding that security agencies operate tirelessly to uphold societal stability and sustain the nation’s high security standards since its founding.

Earlier, Israeli officials confirmed the discovery of Kogan’s body in Al Ain, a city near the Omani border, approximately 150 kilometers (93 miles) from Abu Dhabi. Reports in Israeli media suggested the involvement of individuals believed to be Uzbek nationals with alleged ties to Iran, who reportedly fled to Turkey after the attack.

Jewish Journalist Arrested at Pro-Hamas Protest "Just for Being There"

Jewish pro-Israel activist Ezra Levant, founder of Rebel News, was arrested Sunday at a pro-Hamas rally for no reason other than covering the protest as a journalist. At the same rally, one of the pro-Hamas protesters was portraying Yahya Sinwar, yet suffered no consequences.

Toronto Police said Levant was “causing a disturbance”.

Levant wrote: “But I wasn’t. I was quietly doing journalism — filming a grotesque pro-Hamas demonstration in a Jewish neighbourhood in Toronto. It really was sick: they had someone reenacting Yahya Sinwar, the former leader of Hamas. They had a whole display on a sidewalk.”

He added: “I live nearby and I wanted to film this astonishing act. It was as brazen as the KKK burning a cross on the lawn of a Black church. Except in this case, the police were defending the Klansmen. Bizarre.

“One cop kept pushing me away, which I told him was inappropriate and illegal. But then the boss of the whole police operation — named Officer Macduff — told me that my mere presence there was a “disturbance”, because the Hamas people didn’t like me.

“In other words, he was giving them a veto over my Charter rights. In my earlier analogy, it would be like police telling the folks inside the Black church not to antagonize the KKK outside, because they could get violent.

“Since when do foreign provocateurs, promoting a banned terrorist organization, get to veto who can and can’t walk on a sidewalk? Or which journalists can film a news story?

In a video of the arrest posted to social media by Rebel News, officers can be heard telling the conservative activist that his presence at the pro-Palestinian rally was “inciting the crowd.”

The officer then tells him he is under “arrest for breaching the peace,” at which point the protesters erupt in cheers and calls of “Zionist” and “loser.”

One protester held a sign urging Jews to go to Amsterdam, the site of a massive antisemitic riot earlier this month.

In a report about the arrest, Times of Israel referred to Levant as a “Canadian far-right political pundit”

The Latest Netanyahu Case Is Bogus, Like the Rest of Them

This past Friday evening, while in Israel, I had the opportunity to watch the weekly news program on Israel’s Channel 12, while staying with relatives in the suburbs north of Haifa who are not religiously observant.

(The best news programing in Israel is on Friday night, which unfortunately means that only secular Israelis see it, at least live. So the media elite, who lean left and secular, are largely talking to themselves.)

This particular edition of the show was devoted to coverage of the latest Benjamin Netanyahu scandal. To an outside observer, it seemed just like all the rest of them.

Netanyahu is currently on trial for three corruption cases that have fallen apart in court, and yet persist. In one case, for example, Netanyahu is accused of offering a regulatory favor to a tycoon in return for favorable business coverage in his newspaper. But there was no regulatory favor — in fact, the tycoon’s company lost money — and Netanyahu certainly did not receive any positive coverage.

The cases were brought, Caroline Glick observed last year, because Netanyahu, a populist nationalist, has usurped the power of Israel’s technocratic elites by challenging their policies and their authority. “They seek to oust Netanyahu from public life and disenfranchise his voters by disqualifying and demonizing their elected leader,” she wrote.

The latest claim is that one of Netanyahu’s unofficial aides — someone who helps him outside of government — leaked classified documents to media outlets in Europe. The leaked documents, seized in Gaza, suggested that Hamas leaders were intentionally manipulating the hostage issue in an effort to exert psychological pressure on the Israeli public. The leak made Hamas look bad, and also, incidentally, made the Israeli opposition uncomfortable.

The Israeli military arrested the aide and held him in severely restrictive conditions, as if he were a terrorist. He has since been charged with crimes that could yield a life sentence. An Israeli military officer who had allegedly leaked the information to him is being charged with lesser crimes. Now, the Israeli media are fixated on the question of “What did Netanyahu know, and when did he know it?” as he distances himself from the aide, who is keen to blame his boss.

The whole issue is absurd. Had the same sequence of events happened in the United States, it would have been completely legal.

The president, the country’s elected leader, has ultimate declassification authority and can decide what is secret and what is not. He can distribute that information any way he wants to. Moreover, the leak about Hamas probably helped Israel by showing the organization’s cruelty; it likely did not harm Israel’s national security.

Netanyahu’s critics say the leak somehow jeopardized a hostage deal, but no one can explain exactly how that happened. Hamas is clearly not interested in any deal unless Israel gives up fighting it, now and forever. It is simply brutal; this is not an organization overly concerned with public relations.

It is hard to believe there was any kind of deal on the table so sensitive to a portrayal of Hamas in the media as psychologically manipulative, which it clearly is.

The fact that the hostages are said to be victims of the intelligence leak is a hint that the “scandal” is being shaped by the Israeli media to cause maximum outrage by touching on the country’s most sensitive topic. But again, there is no proof. And by overreacting to the idea Hamas might be using the hostage issue to urge the Israeli opposition to bring Netanyahu down, his critics are inadvertently suggesting that part of the story might be true, or at least credible.

There is a familiar pattern to the accusations against Netanyahu. He is accused of doing something that is not exactly illegal, or in fact entirely legal. Then he denies it, or denies breaking the law, rather than resigning, as he is expected to do. Then absurd legal proceedings begin against his aides, usually young men with everything to lose, and they are pressured to turn against him. Meanwhile, half the public is aghast at Netanyahu’s audacity for defying the system.

The constant pursuit of Netanyahu by Israel’s “deep state” seems strange to supporters of Israel in the U.S., who primarily see his success as a statesman and strategist. Why wouldn’t Israel’s elite rally behind him — especially when the ridiculous warrant issued Thursday against him by the International Criminal Court threatens the entire Israeli war effort?

The fiasco is a reminder that radical opposition is often, though not always, also a sign of great leadership.

Rav Avrahom "Heter Meah" Katz Tried Pulling one over the Zionist Rabbis but they have his number!

Many wonder why Rabbi Katz suddenly tried sneaking out when he had been here in Israel for months without trying to get back??

This week, something happened from which he suddenly realized that he no longer had any chance of returning to the United States without the agunah getting her get!

He had heated discussions with his "toein" and they concocted the following plan
Rav Katz wrote a letter to the new wife of the Get refuser (Markowitz) and explained in the letter that she was forbidden to her husband because the "Heter Meah Rabbanim" was flawed!

He took this letter and went to the Chief Rabbinate and claimed that in this new situation, there was no longer any reason to keep him in Israel, he was no longer part of this whole matter! He was out since the "entire Heter is no longer valid!

Finished?
Nope! Not finished at all!

The rabbis in the Chief Rabbinate are just as frum and shrewd as he is and the good Rabbi Katz of Monsey must have thought that they were a bunch of naive "Zionists" who were born yesterday and do not know that Charedi rabbis are full of it, who say this today and tomorrow something entirely different, all in the name of the RBS"O!

Rabbi Katz's plan was that as soon as the "tzav eikel" the order to stop him from leaving the country was lifted he would  return to Monsey and write a new letter stating that she is allowed to her husband and that everything he wrote was just to free himself from the shackles of the Zionists, and that the "Heter Meah Rabbanim" was intact!

The court gave the Agunah 30 days to respond to his letter and request, and here everything exploded!

Katz thought that the Rabbinate would hold a hearing within a few days, would hear the arguments and decide.

But it turned out that the Zionist Rabbis did not trust him and couldn't believe one word uttered from his "holy" mouth!

The Zionist Rosh Bais Din sent Katz a message that here in Israel there are no games and they are privy to his "shmatchshticks" and told him that they need to wait 30 days for the woman's reply and then they schedule a hearing which can take another month or so, only that is only after the letter arrives, and then the hearing can last a few months!  They added that the hearings will continue until there is a divorce in the woman's hand and until then he is welcome to live in the Land that the RBS"O gifted to Avraham's children and like Yitzchok Aveenu, he won't be able to leave!

Rabbi Avraham Katz of Tosh Monsey consulted with "experts" in smuggling people in and out of the country and they gave him the advice that he subsequently tried. It was actually a great plan until it didn't work!

What's the genius plan??
You buy 2 tickets, and when you get to the airport the one who has no problems with the law puts down his passport at the automatic checkout that takes the photo at the exit gate, the photo goes thru a quick scanning and compares that with the photo of the person that came into the country the gate then automatically opens up once it is  approved . At that point as the gate opens up the Rabbi and the guy that has no problems push themselves in together and bingo they are both  out!

But this method is very risky, they learned that in some other similar cases when they were caught, both suffered, both the guy who was allowed to leave and the guy who had a restraining order.

So they came up with another great plan that they thought would have less risk!

They bought three tickets, one put down his passport and took the picture and when the gate opened R' Katz went through instead of the guy in the photo!

Then the third put down his passport and took his picture, the doorway opened and the two who had no restraining order pushed together and passed.

But we all are all familiar with the gemaarah

אין מזל לישראל

Which the great Tzaddik and Talmud Chacham completely forgot

and as they "taakeh" had no "mazal"   .......they got caught!

The cops that watch all this on a video were suspicious, they were wondering in the back office why two guys who had no restraining orders would want to push out together? They must have been smuggling someone out!

They immediately did a search in the computers and found that one of the guys that pushed out was a Katz! They knew that they had a restraining order on a Katz , and after investigating they found out that he was actually the son of Rabbi Katz, it was then the entire scheme collapsed!

They then saw Rabbi Katz getting on a plane, arrested him and turned him over to the local police and they brought him to the offices of the Chief Rabbinate, where he was subsequently arrested.

Chareidim went on a rampage, and caused riots in front of the Rabbinate

The Rabbanute are not like the leftist police that would let him loose they set bail at 150,000 shekel hakoidish

The Chareidim  continued to riot thinking they are dealing with the local police but the Zionist Rabbis were not intimidated by the riots and told the holy tazaddik that if the riots continued for another minute they would raise the bail to 200,000 shekels hakoidish! And if they still continued they would raise it to even more.

The rioters suddenly feared they wouldn't find so much money, so they stopped rioting and meekly brought 150,000 shekels to court and the holy tzaddik of Tosh was released under restrictive conditions, meaning he would have to report to the police every day until they are satisfied that he won't attempt to run!

Katz has now become entangled with another criminal problem the fact that he tried leaving the country under a restraining order and this will now keep him in the country for an extended time which he didn't expect.

It seems that the issue of the divorce will not be dismissed so quickly, and some now say that he will now try to do everything in his power to get the get refuser to grant a divorce immediately to the woman, so he could get out of there!

But After last week's speech by the Aharonites in Monsey, it does not seem that the Get Refuser  will grant a divorce, and the matter is getting more complicated

It should be noted that this entire issue has been going on for several years now and the issue has been stormy and burning. Rabbis from all circles have entered the matter, both sides have rabbis who support their position, this has made the matter more difficult.

In the past two months only the Aharonim side has dealt with the matter, they are with the agunah and they hoped that finally there would be a get, until last Sunday they were convinced that they had obtained the desired get.

According to developments over the past week, there is a serious concern that Rabbi Katz will be forced to stay in Israel for many years, he will have to move his family to Israel and settle there, Unless something drastically happens that changes the current situation.

The husband has now disappeared! He has sent a message that he wants $ millions!

Good Luck! When you feed a lion you're liable to get bitten, ask Noach!

Sen. Graham: If You Cooperate with ICC Warrants the US Will Crush your Economy

In a sharp rebuke to the International Criminal Court, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Friday issued a stark warning to US allies that any attempt to enforce the arrest warrant issued for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant would result in severe economic consequences.

“If you try to enforce it, the United States will crush your economy,” Sen. Graham said.

Several nations, including key US allies such as Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Lithuania, Canada, Ireland, South Africa, Turkey, Jordan, Norway, and Sweden, have signaled their willingness to comply with or consider enforcing the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrants.

On May 21, immediately following ICC chief prosecutor Karim Khan’s announcement of the warrants which the court has now embraced, Senators Graham, Ben Cardin (D-Maryland), Richard Blumenthal (D-Connecticut), Jeanne Shaheen (D-New Hampshire), John Fetterman (D-Pennsylvania), Jim Risch (R-Idaho), Katie Britt (R-Alabama) and John Thune (R-South Dakota) issued the following statement:

“These actions by the ICC jeopardize efforts to bring about sustainable peace in the Middle East.  It puts at risk sensitive negotiations to bring home hostages, including Americans, and surge humanitarian assistance.

“The application for arrest warrants also draws a false equivalence between Israel with its longstanding commitment to the rule of law and Hamas’ theocratic, autocratic, and unaccountable rule over Gaza. To state the obvious: Israel is a functioning democracy, while Hamas is a terrorist organization.

“Representatives of the ICC were supposed to be in Israel today to set up meetings between Israeli officials and ICC Prosecutor Khan’s team next week to discuss allegations and concerns. This was a process we encouraged, as it is consistent with the principle of complementarity.

“The ICC’s precipitous action in applying for arrest warrants in this instance runs contrary to the promotion of the rule of law globally; Israel has a long history as a functioning democracy, with an independent judiciary and military justice system. We have great confidence in the Israeli judicial system’s ability to administer justice. The principle of complementarity should be honored, allowing a nation’s legal system to act first.”

In a fiery interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity on Friday, Senator Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina, fiercely criticized the International Criminal Court’s recent actions, vowing retaliation against nations that cooperate with the court’s arrest warrants for PM Netanyahu.

“If you are going to help the ICC as a nation and force the arrest warrant against Bibi and Gallant, the former defense minister, I will put sanctions on you as a nation. You’re going to have to pick the rogue ICC versus America. I’m working with Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) to have legislation passed as soon as we can to sanction any country that aids and abets the arrest of any politician in Israel. So, to any ally, Canada, Britain, Germany, France, if you try to help the ICC, we’re going to sanction you,” Graham said.

Sen. Cotton issued a stark warning, invoking the 2002 Hague Invasion Act which gives the US President the power to use “all means necessary and appropriate to bring about the release of any US or allied personnel being detained or imprisoned by, on behalf of, or at the request of the International Criminal Court.”

“Woe to him and anyone who tries to enforce these outlaw warrants. The American law on the ICC is known as The Hague Invasion Act for a reason. Think about it,” the Senator from Arkansas tweeted.
