R' Shlomo Zalman's wife died when she was young, but when his wife's mother became elderly she turned blind and could no longer recite her Tehillim!
Rav Shlomo Zalman recorded on tape the entire Sefer Tehillim for her, there is a small sample of Rav Shlomo Zalman's voice in the above video clip!

Beautiful.
I remember reading that RSZ mother-in-law reached an old age. She sat at the Shabbos table next to RSZ, and RSZ gave her a slice of the Challah before he took for himself.
