Mordechai Tendler who issued a subpoena to Google to identify the bloggers is getting crazier by the minute.
The bloggers filed a motion to "Quash the Subpoena," so Tendler filed a "Memorandum of Law in Opposition to the Motion to Quash the Subpoena." Thats all fine and good.
But what is bizzare is that Tendler submitted exhibits to support his position that is so much more damaging to him and his reputation then any blogger ever was to him. He now put on the record information that even the bloggers didn't know.
Download and read what Tendler writes in his own words, notice that nowhere in his 295 page motion, does he deny sleeping with any of the women that he was accused of. He couldn't deny that because that would be perjury, once the truth comes out in trial.
