Shocking: 91.2% of Time Spent by the Israeli High Court is with Arab Complaints Against Israeli Citizens

The Movement for Governance and Democracy exposed statistics on how the High Court allocates its judicial time.

The Movement for Governance and Democracy, established in 2013, is dedicated to preserving the balance between different components of democracy in Israel. According to its website, the association aims to safeguard majority rule, individual rights, governmental fairness, and transparency.

On Monday, the group tweeted a stunning message, titled, “What is the High Court actually busy with?”

These shocking data followed:

HIGH COURT PROCEEDINGS IN JANUARY 2025

  • Total Hearings: 216 hearings were held.
  • Hearings related to Judea and Gaza Arabs: 197 hearings, accounting for 91.2% of the total.
  • Total Petitions Filed: 546 petitions were submitted.
  • Petitions by Judea and Gaza Arabs: 436 petitions, making up about 80% of the total petitions filed.

We should point out that the majority of the NGOs that represent petitioners from Judea, Samaria, and since October 7, 2023, Gaza as well, are largely funded by governments and groups outside Israel, so that, like it or not, the Israeli taxpayer is funding a high court that caters to the petitions submitted by anti-Israel elements in Europe and America.

Below is a short interview (in Hebrew) with Attorney Iska Bina, from the Movement for Governance and Democracy:

Obama & John Kerry ‘systematically derailed’ FBI probe of Iranian terrorists while pursuing nuclear deal

The Obama administration “systematically derailed” an FBI probe into Iranian terrorists — with then-Secretary of State John Kerry “personally” interfering to block arrests to score a nuclear-weapons pact with Tehran, show newly released bombshell emails.

Newly released unclassified FBI communications from 2015 and 2016 reveal how officials in then-President Barack Obama’s Justice and State departments stopped federal agents from enforcing US sanctions on Iran and set up “a shadow amnesty program that protected scores of additional Iranian criminals.”

The covert effort included the abandonment of “dozens of Iran-related investigations” by the FBI and related cases by federal prosecutors “after recognizing the State Department and DOJ obstruction would thwart effective enforcement efforts,” whistleblowers’ disclosures say.

“Secretary of State [Kerry] personally told DOJ officials that they were to stand down on an arrest,” a disclosure stated, directly contradicting his sworn testimony to Congress in July 2015 that Iran was being “restrained” from implementing its missile programs.

At the same time, Kerry’s State Department was negotiating and would later sign onto the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, known as the Iran nuclear deal.

The agreement lifted economic sanctions and resulted in a prisoner swap between Tehran and Washington — while also coinciding with a subsequently revealed payout of $1.7 billion in cash to the Iranian regime and the release of 14 members of its Weapons of Mass Destruction and ballistic missile programs.

“Kerry and the State Department sold out the safety of Americans and our allies when they provided $1.7 billion in cash to Iran which, unsurprisingly, Iran used to continue development of their weapons programs and to better equip and fund their proxies,” the whistleblowers said.

“The death and destruction seen on October 7, 2023, [in Israel] is only one of the tragic results from providing this cash to Iran and from the State Department, DOJ leadership, and FBI Director Comey systematically obstructing Iranian investigations and prosecutions for years,” the documents say.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), who chairs the Senate’s Judiciary Committee, released the whistleblower disclosures after a lengthy investigation, saying his findings revealed: “chilling evidence the Obama-Biden administration jeopardized our national security and demoralized the morale of FBI agents who were working to keep Americans safe.”

The Judiciary chairman said the re-election of President Trump would bring about a return to normal enforcement procedures and “restore American strength on the world stage and hold Iran accountable for its evil acts.”

During the Obama years, FBI officials became so concerned with the obstruction of their investigations into agents of Tehran that they took their worries to then-US Attorney General Loretta Lynch — who also refused to take action, according to the whistleblowers.

“We are all beside ourselves on asking the field to stand down on a layup arrest, however as it stands right now we all have to sit back and wait until all the US and Iran negotiations resolve themselves,” bureau official Louis Bladel wrote in a July 3, 2015, email, days before the JCPOA was signed.

State Department official Samantha Boyer slammed the administration for thwarting enforcement operations even after the deal, saying in a March 1, 2016, email: “[I]t’s a little like WTF that [an arrest is] being held up (if you’ll excuse the phrasing). However, it is what it is.”

Others such as FBI official Stacey Moye discussed compiling evidence of the administration’s interference “should there ever be a special investigation/hearing etc. on why FBI could not action law, and potentially prevent [a] national security incident.”

That Dec. 17, 2015, email was sent to DOJ lawyer Jay Bratt, who served as chief of the counterintelligence and export control section in the National Security Division.

Bratt resigned in January of this year after working on the cases brought against Trump by special counsel Jack Smith.

Reps for Obama did not respond to a Post request for comment. Kerry could not be reached for comment!

Trump’s speech has Americans dreaming — leaving Dems reeling

It set a record as the longest-ever presidential address to Congress, but it never lagged: President Trump delivered a tour de force Tuesday night, putting a coherent and reassuring frame on his insanely busy first weeks in office even as he made viewers laugh and cry — finishing up with an inspiring crescendo from the successes of America’s past and present to his promised new Golden Age.

Trump is beyond comfortable at the podium, shifting readily from casual and comical to formal and profound; he used all his talent to deliver a genuine barnburner — fundamentally reaffirming that he’s on top of his game and reveling in his work.

Democrats came off as hopelessly churlish, from Rep. Al Green’s indecorous ranting before his ejection to the pathetic round protest signs they held up all speech long to their insistence on sitting on their hands even for the most uplifting moments.

Moments like young cancer survivor D.J. Daniel learning he’d just been made an honorary Secret Service agent, or high-schooler Jason Hartley finding out he’d been accepted to West Point — with DJ rushing over in the gallery to shake his hand in congratulations.

All speech long, Trump offered common sense — two genders; hiring and promotion on merit; DOGE shutting down utter nonsense; a border closed without the bill that Democrats had insisted all year was the only possible solution; real prospects for peace with honor in Ukraine.

New presidents do such joint addresses in lieu of an official State of the Union speech, but this had none of the dry lists ticking off trivia of those affairs, even though the president didn’t shy from telling details to make a point.

He listed promises made and promises kept, with more promise-keeping well in motion; he joked and inspired, assured his base and baited the opposition; he spoke to the country and he owned the room. It was one speech on one night still early in his term, but Donald Trump did his cause and the nation’s as much good as he possibly could, assuring America that for all the sound, fury and (for many) confusion of the early going, he’s in total command and he has Americans dreaming.

Hypocracy! The Same UN Chief that Halted Humanitarian Aid to Yemen urges Israel to allow aid into Gaza without delay

United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Tuesday criticized Israel once again, this time over its decision to halt the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.

“Humanitarian aid is not negotiable. In Gaza, it must flow without impediment,” wrote Guterres in a post on social media site X.

“The response needs to be adequately funded and civilians — including humanitarians — must be protected,” he added. “We have proven that, with access, the UN-coordinated response can deliver the aid that people need.”

Israel's political echelon on Sunday announced a stop to the entry of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip after the first phase of the ceasefire and hostage release deal.

The decision came in response to Hamas’ rejection of US envoy Steve Witkoff's proposal for a temporary ceasefire during the Ramadan and Passover periods.

Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem had said that his organization would not release the Israeli hostages held in Gaza except in an exchange deal that would be the product of negotiations on the second phase of the ceasefire agreement.

Guterres being critical of Israel has been a regular occurrence since the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

Several weeks after the massacre, the UN Secretary-General said that Hamas’ attack on Israel “did not happen in a vacuum” and appeared to blame Israel for the attack.

After his remarks were widely condemned, the UN chief claimed his comments were misinterpreted and that he had indeed condemned Hamas.

Later, he mentioned the sexual crimes committed by Hamas in its October 7 attack in Israel in the same breath as “reports of sexual violence against Palestinian detainees”.

Subsequently, Guterres appeared to equate between Hamas’ October 7 attack on Israel and the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.

More recently, Guterres last month called for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and for the establishment of a Palestinian state, but made no mention of the difficult physical state of three hostages who had been released by Hamas that day after 491 days in captivity.

“Betrayed Leftist” Warns Of Situation In Yehudah And Shomron

Avida Bachar lost his wife, his 15-year-old son, and one of his legs in Hamas’s massacre on Kibbutz Be’eri on October 7.

Like many other left-wing Israelis, he also no longer holds left-wing views about his Arab neighbors. But Bachar went a step further than many others, realizing that his former political views were not only faulty but came at the expense of his fellow Jews. In December, Bachar even said that it’s lucky that the October 7 massacre happened at Be’eri and not in Gush Etzion, saying: “I would have said, ‘Why do they live there?’ I might have said, ‘They deserve it.’ I would have said all the worst things in the world.”

Recently, Bachar warned that the danger terror groups pose to yishuvim in Yehuda and Shomron is much deeper than the Israeli public is willing to believe, saying that the situation is much more similar to the situation in Gaza than we imagine.

Speaking in an interview with TOV, Bacher said, referring to Palestinians in Gaza: “Take their land away. Take their land, don’t blink. Push them into Egypt…And if you think it’s better in Yehudah and Shomron? The answer is no. I’ll tell you a secret – under the hospital in Jenin there are exactly the same tunnels as under Shifa [hospital in Gaza]. Exactly the same. We’re burying our heads in the sand right now. They say: ‘No, it can’t be, we’re in control of the situation.'”

“You don’t know when it will be, you have no idea. Because always remember that a volcano will erupt again. When? You won’t know. But it will happen. I’m telling you it will happen if we don’t get rid of them.”

“I suffered endless torture in the bomb shelter for 12 hours. Next to me was my wife, who was murdered in the afternoon, and my son who was murdered around 4:30 p.m. I am a leftist who has been betrayed. A betrayed leftist is a murderer. He doesn’t see clearly. He has no compassion for anything. That’s what happened to me on October 7 – I turned into a betrayed leftist and I have zero compassion for anyone.”

Playing with Fire Hochul now says she will lead 'resistance' against Trump

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul now says she will be "leading the resistance" against President Donald Trump, just weeks after telling reporters the opposite.

Hochul said she would "fight back hard" during an interview with NPR’s "Morning Edition" on Monday when asked about New York City’s congestion pricing toll that the Trump administration moved to block last month.

"We offered up an olive branch, [we said] 'We'll work with you on infrastructure. Let's redo Penn Station,'" Hochul said. "Those areas were common ground. But once you draw first blood on us, we're coming back hard. And I will be leading the resistance on policies like these where you're hurting New Yorkers directly. This is our decision, not yours."

Last week she said

"I’ve been asked countless [times] ‘are you leading the resistance?’ – No, I’m governing the great state of New York," Hochul said when asked about her stance toward the Trump administration, according to the New York Post.

The Trump administration last month ordered a stop to the controversial congestion toll program, which launched Jan. 5 with the goals of thinning traffic and funding mass transit by imposing a $9 toll on most vehicles entering Manhattan's core south of Central Park.

Later that month, Hochul met with Trump at the White House for a one-on-one meeting, in which the governor made a case for the program. But Hochul later said the meeting likely did not persuade Trump to change his mind about the program.

On Monday, Hochul also said that it's up to Democratic governors to be the "firewall" against the Trump administration and Republicans in Congress who threaten to slash federally funded social programs.

Hochul said that Democratic governors must heed the call "to stand up against this destruction of policies that are helping people and have been in place for decades."

Tragic: Father of Sofia Bungert H.Y.D 💔, Murdered at Nova, Takes His Own Life 16 Months Later

Sofia Bongart, 21, was killed by Hamas terrorists during the Nova music festival attack on October 7.

Her father, Vladislav, deeply grieving her loss, visited her grave weekly, leaving red roses as she had wished. Tragically, he recently took his own life at 48, unable to bear the pain.

Schumer, Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, Tim Kaine, and Mark Kelly posted nearly identical videos word for word right before Trump’s speech.

Ha Ha ... Trump Says Zelensky Got His "stupid" outfit from Temu!

Trump Halts All US Military Aid to Ukraine

President Donald Trump has halted all military aid to Ukraine, escalating pressure on Volodymyr Zelensky just days after a tense Oval Office exchange cast doubt on U.S. support for its key ally.

A senior Defense Department official, who spoke anonymously about internal discussions, told Bloomberg News that the aid freeze will remain in place until Trump determines that Ukraine’s leadership is making a genuine effort toward peace.

With the Biden/Blinken Israel-Haters Out! Smotrich Arrives to the USA for Talks!

The Biden administration buddied up with Iran and gave over a billion dollars to terror-supporting entities such as the Palestinian Authority and the UNWRA, and at the same time, since Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu re-entered office in  December 2022, snubbed democratically elected senior Israeli politicians and even considered sanctioning them.

One of those officials was Finance Minister Betzalel Smotrich, who also serves as a Minister in the Defense Ministry. Despite his status as a senior and influential member of the government of one of the US’s closest allies, Biden administration officials refused to meet with him.

Now that President Trump is in office, Smotrich is no longer considered a persona non grata and received an invitation to the White House to meet with his US counterpart, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and other senior Trump officials.

On his flight overnight Monday, Smotrich issued a statement saying: “The purpose of the visit is to strengthen economic cooperation between Israel and the United States, to promote joint economic initiatives, and to deepen the strategic alliance between the countries.”

“I will emphasize in my meetings Israel’s firm position in the fight against terror and the need for clear US backing for the continuation of our security activities in the war.”

“This visit serves as an additional pillar in strengthening the strategic and economic ties between Jerusalem and Washington, out of a shared commitment to the stability and security of Israel and the entire region.”

Chreidim in Beit Shemesh Continue their "minhag" of not paying Bus Fare Causing Huge Chilul Hashem

*Chillul Hashem on Bus Line 618*

A resident of the city, who witnessed the incident, writes to us:

This evening, an inspector boarded bus line 618 for a routine check and quickly discovered that a significant number of passengers had chosen not to pay.
The inspector asked the passengers to pay as required by law and Halacha.
The passengers refused his request, prompting him to ask the driver to stop the ride until a police officer arrived to assist in validating the unpaid fares.

Some passengers stood up and asked those who hadn't paid to validate their tickets in order to avoid delaying everyone who was in a hurry at the end of the day and to prevent a terrible Chillul Hashem. Unfortunately, their pleas were ignored.

*Who will compensate us for the wasted time caused by those who didn't pay?*
*Who will make up for this unnecessary Chillul Hashem?*

"Kissing the Hand Fest"

Just a little bio on this guy:

He was sentenced on May 12, 2015, to one year in prison, and to pay a fine of 1 million shekels. He began serving his prison sentence on February 16, 2016. After his release, he became the Chief Rabbi of Morocco in 2019.

Russia Invites Israel to May 9 Event; US, EU Unwelcome

Russia has invited Israel to attend its Victory Day commemorations in May alongside representatives of China, Brazil, Slovakia and Serbia—but not Germany, the United States or most European Union’s member states, Russian media reported Sunday.

The annual May 9 commemorations on Red Square in Moscow feature a military parade and speeches by the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, in recognition of the sacrifices made by his country in its war against Germany in World War II. This year is a round anniversary since the German surrender to the Red Army 80 years ago.

A national holiday, May 9 is a major patriotic holiday in Russia and throughout much of the post-Soviet world. The holiday’s main event is the Red Square parade. In contrast to past anniversaries this year, Russia did not invite the United States, most of the European Union, Canada, Australia and other countries it deems “unfriendly,” according to News.ru.

Western leaders have attended the event in the past, including in 2005 when Putin hosted U.S. President George W. Bush and his French counterpart Jacques Chirac. Israel’s then president Moshe Katsav represented it at that event.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last attended the parade in 2018 as one of the only Western leaders present. Israel’s Knesset designated May 9 the previous year as an official holiday. Israel is one of the only countries outside the Russian-led Commonwealth of Independent States where May 9 is on the official calendar. The day’s addition to the calendar was widely seen as a gesture to Russia but also as recognizing the thousands of Jewish Red Army war veterans living in Israel.

Stefanik to Antisemites at UN: “Better Buckle Up, I’m Coming

U.S. Ambassador-Designate to the United Nations, Elise Stefanik, delivered a powerful speech at the Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) “Never Is Now” Summit, vowing to take strong action against antisemitism both globally and within the United Nations. Stefanik’s remarks followed the October 7th Hamas attacks, which she described as a pivotal moment in the global fight against antisemitism and extremism.

Addressing the gathered audience, Stefanik declared, “The antisemites at the United Nations better buckle up, because I’m coming.” Her words marked a firm commitment to confronting the UN’s persistent bias against Israel and its failure to address rising antisemitism on the world stage. She stressed that under her leadership, the U.S. would no longer tolerate organizations like UNRWA, which she accused of enabling Hamas and perpetuating anti-Israel sentiment.

Stefanik, who expressed deep personal ties to the Jewish community, emphasized the critical need for action in the wake of the October 7th atrocities. “This fight is not just Israel’s fight; it is the West’s fight,” she said, describing the struggle as one between civilization and barbarity. She reaffirmed her commitment to ensuring the U.S. remains steadfast in its support for Israel and the Jewish people, underscoring that the Trump administration’s policies would continue to champion this cause.

The Ambassador-Designate also reflected on the moral failure of some U.S. universities to address the rise of antisemitism on campuses, citing her questioning of university leaders in hearings where they failed to condemn genocidal rhetoric against Jews. “We will not rest until every single hostage is returned home and Hamas terrorists are eradicated,” Stefanik vowed.

In closing, she echoed her call for decisive action, pledging to continue the fight for Israel, the Jewish people, and the values of freedom and democracy. “Never again is now,” Stefanik concluded. “We will win this fight for Israel, for America, and for all of Western civilization.”

How Zelensky the "Little Nazi" Planned to "Ambush" and "setup" Trump and How it Backfired!

Anybody who watched the entire Oval Office meeting between President Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky would know that it was not an “ambush” or a “setup” by Trump, as characterized by Democrats and malign media entities.

It was the opposite. If anyone came to that meeting in bad faith, it was clearly Zelensky, whose body language and attitude was negative from the start. Trump could not have been more cordial, having steered the complex negotiations with Russia and Ukraine to a first step where he believed peace was a real possibility.

But Zelensky had other ideas. He contradicted, interrupted and insulted Trump, even before Vice President JD Vance said a word.

It was 11 minutes in when Zelensky first contradicted Trump with a gratuitous defense of Europe’s financial support for the war, which Trump repeatedly has said was less than America’s.

“President Trump said that they made less support but they are our friends and they are our very supportive partners. They really gave a lot, Mr. President.”

Trump responded: “They gave a lot but they gave much less.” “No,” said Zelensky.

“Much less,” said Trump. “No,” repeated Zelensky. “Nooooo, no.”

Trump smiled and flicked him jokingly to make the exchange look like light-hearted banter.

“OK,” said Trump, ending it. OK,” said Zelensky smirking.

As Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said later, if Zelensky wanted to contradict Trump, “the proper venue for that would have been 15 minutes later [when] we were going to walk into the White House dining room and have lunch, just 16 of us.

“I actually think he was always going to do this and I think he was surprised by the forceful reaction he got back,” Bessent told Fox News.

Netanyahu-Led Coalition Maintains Large Lead in Latest Poll

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s coalition of conservative and religious parties continues to lead in a new poll, with the premier’s Likud Party forecast to win 33 Knesset seats if an election were to be held now.

Direct Polls, which accurately predicted the results of the Jewish state’s most recent general election on Nov. 1, 2022, surveyed a representative sample of 499 Israelis on Feb. 27. (The margin of error is plus or minus 4.6 percentage points at a confidence level of 95%, Direct Polls said.)

If a vote were to be called now, Netanyahu’s coalition would secure 63 mandates out of the Israeli parliament’s 120, up one since the Feb. 13 Direct Polls survey but one fewer than it won in the 2022 general election.

The opposition would take 57 seats, including 10 for the Arab parties, according to the poll, conducted for Israel’s Channel 14 News.

After the Likud, Yair Golan’s The Democrats received the next most projected seats (16), followed by the Yisrael Beytenu Party (15), Shas (10), the National Unity Party (nine), United Torah Judaism (eight), Yesh Atid and Otzma Yehudit (seven each), and Religious Zionism, Ra’am (aka the United Arab List) and Hadash-Ta’al (aka Hadash-The Arab Movement for Renewal) (five each), per the latest Direct Polls survey.

In head-to-head matchups as to who would be best suited in the role of prime minister, Netanyahu defeated National Unity Party’s Benny Gantz, 46%-to-18% (33% of respondents said neither was suited).

When choosing between Netanyahu and Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid, 47% said the longtime Likud prime minister was best suited to lead the Jewish state, 22% said Lapid and 31% said neither was suitable.

All Zelenskyy has done is attack Israel! To Hell With Them!

MK Simcha Rothman (Religious Zionists) spoke to Arutz Sheva-Israel National News about Israel's decision to freeze humanitarian aid to Gaza as well as Israel's stance on the current situation between the US and Ukraine.

Rothman hopes that the halt on aid will lead to the realization of US President Donald Trump's threat to "open the gates of Hell" on Hamas if the hostages are not released. "I think that's the way to go. I was against the deal, to begin with, but we had 42 days of the deal, we are happy about every hostage who came back, but the only way to get all the hostages back is to adopt Trump's original plan to give Hamas an ultimatum." He adds that "stopping the humanitarian aid that was forced on Israel by the Biden administration and other players is the first step towards adopting President Trump's plan."

Asked about the current extension to the ceasefire proposed by White House Middle East envoy Steven Witkoff, which Israel has adopted, Rothman says the plan is "a middle ground between the first plan of stage two, and President Trump's plan. But as we see, Hamas said no to Witkoff's plan. Israel said yes because Israel, above everything else, puts the lives of the hostages at a very high level of importance. That's the way we are, that's part of our Jewish heritage. I personally think that the only way to get the hostages back is Trump's original plan, and not any 'halfways.'"

Rothman also mentions the confrontation between US President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, stressing that he is not interfering in US-Ukraine relations, he did note that "I don't see any reason for the State of Israel to take any position, especially when Zelenskyy bad-mouthed Israel, said Israel should stop fighting Hamas, said that he supports a two-state solution, basically taking pieces of land from Israel. I think Israel should not take a stand, definitely not between Ukraine and the US, but even between Ukraine and Russia. When Ukraine starts voting for the State of Israel, supporting Israel's views in the international arena, we would have to consider President Zelenskyy as a friend. Currently, we are only getting attacked by Zelenskyy and Ukraine, so we shouldn't take sides on this matter."
