Coup to Topple Netanyahu actually happening right now, right under our noses – and we, sadly, are not doing enough to stop it in time.

The following article was written by Attorney Avichai Yehosef, who was involved in preparing the defense cases for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as part of his work at the law firm of Amit Hadad, in cases 1,000 and 2,000. It is a telling indictment of the attempts to make a coup in Israel even during the current war.

None of us wants to imagine that a coup could ever happen in Israel. We are so unprepared to believe it that when such a coup actually takes place – we refuse to see it.

According to my legal and civic understanding, over the past year, a coup has been occurring in Israel – backed by the military, the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), the prosecution, the Supreme Court, the legal advisor to the government, and parts of the media. Anyone who does not notice this brutal coup unfolding before their eyes is either uninformed about the news or does not understand the matter in depth.

In my opinion, attempts at a coup began years ago in the halls of the prosecution and the legal advisor’s office, with the framing of criminal charges against Netanyahu aimed at ousting him.

Hundreds of millions, if not billions, of shekels from taxpayer money were invested in this effort. Massive investigative teams were formed, special means were employed that had never been used against citizens who are not members of criminal or terrorist organizations, and selective enforcement and gross violations of almost all fundamental laws in Israel were carried out.

After this covert coup failed or was delayed too long, (Netanyahu, unlike his predecessors, simply refused to resign after the indictments against him, and was even re-elected as prime minister in general elections), the overt coup began.

In the year leading up to the October 7 disaster, four additional forces began to act against Netanyahu, besides the prosecution and the legal advisor’s office.

The Biggest Scandal in America is the Cover-Up of Biden’s Condition

Scott Jennings has argued that the most significant scandal in America today is the four-year concealment of President Biden’s health condition. He claims that the White House has consistently lied to the American public, covering up Biden’s alleged inability to fulfill his presidential duties. Jennings suggests that this deliberate deceit has led to grave questions about who has truly been running the country.

Moreover, Jennings contends that the public should question not only President Biden’s capacity but also those behind him pulling the strings. He argues that if Americans are concerned about the advisers surrounding Donald Trump, they should be equally worried about the shadow figures guiding Biden’s administration, making this an unprecedented political scandal.

Four Gerer Chassidim Arrested for Entering Lebanon ..Seems Like Ger Want to Expand North!

This is not the first time Ger tried infiltrating Lebanon. Two weeks ago 5 Gerer Chassidim from Arad were caught trying to cross the border,  it seems like the Gerrer Rebbe wants to make sure that Rav Shaul Alter doesn't get there first!
Rumor has it that Chabad had an eye on Lebanon, and the Gerer Rebbe sent his
sheluchim" to sabotage Chabad!

Four Israeli civilians who crossed into Lebanon illegally have been detained, according to police.

The IDF reported their detention inside Lebanese territory, prompting police intervention. The individuals, from Ashdod, Beit Shemesh, and Hatzor Haglilit, were transferred to police custody for questioning.

Police state that the suspects are being interrogated, and the investigation’s findings will determine the next steps in their legal process.

Crossing the border illegally carries a maximum penalty of up to four years in prison, authorities note.

IDF Slowly picking off Houthi Infrastructure

The Houthis now realize, Israel will start picking off all their infrastructure,

Their power plant this morning after IDF jets visited.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke for the first time on Thursday about the airstrike overnight on Houthi targets in Yemen.

According to Netanyahu, "We did this in response to the Houthis' repetitive attacks on civilian targets in Israel. Last night, they attacked a school in Ramat Gan.

"They don't attack just us, they attack the entire world. They attack the international shipping and trade routes. So when Israel operates against the Houthis, it works for the entire international community. The Americans understand this well, and so do many others."

He further stated: "After Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Assad regime in Syria, the Houthis are almost the only arm that the Iranian axis of evil has left. They are learning and they will learn that those who hurt Israel - pay a very heavy price."

The main objective of the IDF airstrikes was to shut down all three ports controlled by the Houthis.

The Air Force attacked targets in the port of Hodeidah and the capital Sana'a, approximately 2,000 km from Israel. The Houthis have launched about 200 ballistic missiles and 170 drones towards Israel since the war began. Most were intercepted, but some managed to penetrate Israeli airspace. In July, a drone from Yemen caused the death of Evgeny Freder in Tel Aviv.

The first wave of the attack began at 3:15 AM in the coastal area of Yemen, with the second following at 4:30 AM in Sana'a. Fourteen fighter jets, covering more than 1,700 km, participated, targeting the ports of Ras Issa, Hodeidah, and the Al-Salif port. In total, eight tugboats were attacked. In Sana'a, fuel tanks, oil, and a power station were targeted.

Appeals court disqualifies Fani Willis from Trump Georgia case

Georgia appellate court Thursday disqualified Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and removed her from prosecuting Donald Trump and co-defendants in a case she brought in relation to the efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

The decision is likely to cripple the case and bring a halt to the efforts to try Trump and his allies for their efforts to overturn his loss. Federal prosecutors have already dropped other criminal cases related to the 2020 election in the wake of Trump winning the 2024 election.

"After carefully considering the trial court’s findings in its order, we conclude that it erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis and her office," the court said, referring to an earlier ruling that allowed Willis to remain on the case. Willis had been under scrutiny over her relationship with a special prosecutor on the case, Nathan Wade.

The court said that the previous ruling by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAffee, who allowed Willis to remain on the case as long as Wade left it, did not prevent the "appearance of impropriety."

"The remedy crafted by the trial court to prevent an ongoing appearance of impropriety did nothing to address the appearance of impropriety that existed at times when DA Willis was exercising her broad pretrial discretion about who to prosecute and what charges to bring," the court said. "While we recognize that an appearance of impropriety generally is not enough to support disqualification, this is the rare case in which disqualification is mandated and no other remedy will suffice to restore public confidence in the integrity of these proceedings."

Israel’s hard-won tech can solve New Jersey drones mystery — and protect US skies

The Issue: The government’s opaque response to mysterious drones appearing across the country.

There has been a ton of media coverage of the drones across the country, yet it doesn’t seem like we are getting any answers or insight into what is going on (“Trump has a drone to pick,” Dec. 17).

I’m just wondering what’s happening behind this media coverage.

With the current administration doing everything possible to disrupt the smooth transition of power to the incoming Trump administration, I’m worried they are going to try something extremely detrimental to our country and our incoming president.

Apparently, there is no problem with drones the size of cars flying over the home of President-elect Donald Trump and military bases in New Jersey, but there would be an emergency response if a kid tried flying a kite on Pennsylvania Avenue.

President Biden’s response is to send Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas out there to reassure American citizens. Well, it’s not working.

Mayorkas says that aircraft are commonly mistaken for drones, and not to worry.

Phew!

I am so relieved about his input regarding invaders in air space, especially considering his outstanding record regarding other invaders.

Mayorkas is gaslighting us again.

Drones the size of small automobiles hover over our cities, yet he asserts nothing is unusual about these airspace incursions.

“Everything is fine”: That’s the same gaslighting he espoused about the Chinese spy balloon that flew over the United States for over a week in February earlier this year.

He also told the American people that the border was secure, and how did that turn out?

Mayorkas’ gaslighting tactics never stop.

South Florida sees dozens of luxury high-rise buildings start to sink

Miami’s barrier islands are home to many tall luxury buildings, and, according to a study recently published in Earth and Space Science, about three dozen are sinking.

Thirty-five luxury condos and hotels across Florida’s Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Miami Beach and Bal Harbour have faced subsidence in the past handful of years, the study found.

It was authored by researchers from the University of Miami, Florida Atlantic University, University of Houston, University of Hanover in Germany, GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences and California Institute of Technology.

It involved reviewing Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar data.

The sinking of the high-rises amounted to 2-8 centimeters over a multiyear span running 2016 through 2023, according to the researchers.

High-rises expect to see “up to several tens of centimeters” of settlement “during and immediately after construction,” the University of Miami Rosenstiel School said in a Friday post on its website.

Builders constructed a “majority” of the affected condos and hotels after 2014, according to the study.

“We found that subsidence in most high-rises slows down over time, but in some cases, it continues at a steady rate. This suggests that subsidence could persist for an extended period,” senior author Falk Amelung was quoted as saying.

The study authors had some theories about what was behind the subsidence, based on their research.

The sinking “is primarily due to the gradual reconfiguration of the sand grains into a denser packing within sandy layers interbedded in the limestone” in the area, the study said.

The researchers hypothesized a link between construction-related vibrations or groundwater flow and the sinking, according to the study. Other things like daily tidal flow and stormwater injection could also have factored into the phenomenon.

“The discovery of the extent of subsidence hotspots along the South Florida coastline was unexpected. The study underscores the need for ongoing monitoring and a deeper understanding of the long-term implications for these structures,” lead author Farzaneh Aziz Zanjani said.

The broader Miami-Dade County had a population of nearly 2.7 million people as of July 2023, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

More than 27.2 million people visited the area last year, per the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau.

A Quarter of Released Hostages Suffer From Stockholm Syndrome

A quarter of the hostages released from captivity in the Gaza Strip suffer from Stockholm syndrome, Kan News reported last week.

Stockholm syndrome is manifested by the victim’s identification with their captors as a survival mechanism and even in the development of positive feelings towards them.

The data is from a study conducted by Prof. Gil Zaltzman, the director of the Geha Mental Health Center in Petach Tikvah and chairman of the Health Ministry’s suicide prevention program.

The researchers analyzed the medical data of 102 released hostages and presented their conclusions at a conference of the Israel National Institute For Health Policy Research regarding the treatment of additional released hostages in the future.

According to Prof. Zaltsman, released hostages spoke positively about their captors after returning to Israel, and in interviews with professionals, some of them referred to their captors as “my guards.”

The phenomenon is difficult to hear for both therapists and family members.

According to the data, there is a higher percentage of women than men who suffer from the syndrome.

The study also found that Israeli citizens suffered from the syndrome at a higher rate than foreign citizens, and the likelihood of developing the syndrome increases with the amount of time spent in captivity.

CHAOS IN THE CAPITOL: Government Funding Plan Collapses As Trump Makes New Demands

Trump abruptly rejected a bipartisan plan Wednesday to prevent a government shutdown, instead telling House Speaker Mike Johnson and Republicans to essentially renegotiate — days before a deadline when federal funding runs out.

Trump’s sudden decision to make new demands sent Congress spiraling as lawmakers are trying to wrap up work and head home for the holidays. It leaves House Speaker Mike Johnson scrambling to salvage a new plan, days before Friday’s deadline to keep government open.

“Republicans must GET SMART and TOUGH,” Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance said in a statement.

Democrats decried the GOP revolt over the stopgap measure to keep federal offices running.

“House Republicans have been ordered to shut down the government,” said House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries. “And hurt the working class Americans they claim to support. You break the bipartisan agreement, you own the consequences that follow.”

Already, the bill was on the verge of collapse, as  conservatives and Trump’s billionaire ally Elon Musk rejected the plan.

Sa'ar has it out with Australian antisemite Foreign Minister Penny Wong

Penny Wong is on the left just in case you want to know

Amid escalating antisemitism Down Under, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar and Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong engaged in a heated phone call on Tuesday. The discussion, initially aimed at improving bilateral relations, quickly escalated into a direct clash of viewpoints on Gaza.

Wong, known for her alignment with anti-Israel voices within the ruling Australian Labor Party, accused Israel of failing to provide sufficient humanitarian aid for Gaza’s residents. Sa’ar rejected her claims, emphasizing that Israel had endured a large-scale assault on Oct. 7, 2023, not just by Hamas but by five additional entities, some of which do not share borders with the country.

“Australia chose to distance itself from Israel during the most challenging year in its modern history,” Sa’ar said, condemning Canberra’s weakened support for Israel. He further criticized Wong’s recent lumping together of Israel with Russia and China. “Israel is a Western democracy with robust rule of law, an independent judiciary, and adherence to international standards,” he said.

Sa’ar also protested the recent incident in which Ayelet Shaked, a former Israeli minister of justice and interior, was refused entry to Australia, calling it a diplomatic affront. “How would Australians respond if we treated one of their former ministers this way?” he asked.

Shaked’s invitation to a security conference in Canberra hosted by the Australia/Israel and Jewish Affairs Council (AIJAC) was seen as an effort to strengthen ties between the two nations, making the Nov. 21 rejection unprecedented for a figure of her political standing. Reports suggest the visa denial stemmed from her opposition to the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Addressing the broader issue of antisemitism, Sa’ar expressed concern over the Dec. 6 arson attack on Melbourne‘s historic Adass Israel Synagogue. “Israel expects decisive action from Australia,” he declared.

Benjamin Klein, a synagogue board member, described the attack as deeply shocking. “Our community has been on high alert with security patrols and cameras, but seeing this level of destruction is heart-wrenching,” he said.

Enough is Enough! Israel knocks the crap out of Yemen

A series of intense Israeli airstrikes shook Yemen’s rebel-held capital and a port city early Thursday, shortly after a Houthi missile targeted central Israel.

The strikes further escalate Israel’s campaign against the Iranian-backed Houthis, who have so far avoided the same level of intense military strikes that have targeted the Palestinian Hamas militant group and Lebanon’s Hezbollah, members of Tehran’s self-described “Axis of Resistance.”

Meanwhile, Israel and Iran have exchanged direct fire while the government of Syria, an enemy of Israel since its founding in 1948, collapsed in the face of a rebel advance as the region’s wars have upended Iran’s network of allied proxy groups.

However, Thursday’s strikes risk further escalating conflict with the Houthis, whose attacks on the Red Sea corridor have drastically impacted global shipping.

The Houthi-controlled satellite channel al-Masirah said that some of the strikes targeted power stations in the capital, as well as the Ras Isa oil terminal on the Red Sea. It said the strike on the oil terminal killed and wounded people, but did not immediately elaborate.

An Israeli military statement offered no specifics on the targets hit.

“The targets struck by the (Israeli military) were used by the Houthi forces for military purposes,” the statement said. “The strikes degrade the Houthi terrorist regime, preventing it from exploiting the targets for military and terrorist purposes, including the smuggling of Iranian weapons to the region.”

Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari, an Israeli military spokesman, said the strikes hit energy and port infrastructure, which he alleged the rebels “have been using in ways that effectively contributed to their military action.”

“Israel will not hesitate to act in order to defend itself and its citizens from the Houthi attacks,” Hagari said.

Rebel-held Hodeida, some 145 kilometers (90 miles) southwest of Sanaa, has been key for food shipments into Yemen as its decadelong war has gone on. There’s also longstanding suspicion that weapons from Iran have been transferred through the port.

The strikes happened just after the Israeli military said its air force intercepted a missile launched from Yemen before it entered the country’s territory.

“Rocket and missile sirens were sounded following the possibility of falling debris from the interception,” the Israeli military said. Sirens sounded near Tel Aviv and the surrounding areas, and a large explosion was heard overhead at the time. The Houthis did not immediately claim the missile attack, but said an important military statement would be issued in the coming hours, following a pattern of how they claim their assaults.

Israel previously struck Hodeida and its oil infrastructure in July after a Houthi drone attack killed one person and wounded 10 in Tel Aviv.

American forces have also launched a series of strikes on the Houthis over nearly a year due to Houthi attacks on shipping in the Red Sea corridor. On Monday, the U.S. military’s Central Command said it hit “a key command-and-control facility” operated by the Houthis in Sanaa, later identified as the al-Ardi complex once home to the government’s Defense Ministry. But Israel appears to have carried out Thursday’s strikes alone.

The Houthis have targeted some 100 merchant vessels with missiles and drones since the Israel-Hamas war in the Gaza Strip started in October 2023 after Hamas’ surprise attack on Israel that killed 1,200 people and saw 250 others taken hostage.

The Houthis have seized one vessel and sunk two in a campaign that has also killed four sailors. Other missiles and drones have either been intercepted by separate U.S.- and European-led coalitions in the Red Sea or failed to reach their targets, which have also included Western military vessels.

The rebels maintain that they target ships linked to Israel, the U.S. or the United Kingdom to force an end to Israel’s campaign against Hamas in Gaza. However, many of the ships attacked have little or no connection to the conflict, including some bound for Iran.

The Houthis have battled a Saudi-led coalition into a stalemate in a wider Yemen war that’s killed more than 150,000 people, including civilians. The conflict also has created one of the world’s worst humanitarian disasters that’s believed to killed tens of thousands more.

Syrian mass grave is largest uncovered since Stalin era as 100,000 bodies were discarded outside Damascus

A mass grave containing the bodies of at least 100,000 people tortured and killed under the brutal dictatorship of ousted President Bashar al-Assad was discovered outside Damascus, according to the head of a US-based Syrian advocacy group — who said the corpses were squished by bulldozers to “fit them in.”

Mouaz Moustafa, the executive director of the Syrian Emergency Task Force (SETF), said the regime’s victims were found in al-Qutayfah, about 25 miles north of the capital.

“One hundred thousand is the most conservative estimate,” Moustafa told Reuters of the amount of bodies he believed were dumped at the chilling site. “It’s a very, very extremely, almost unfairly conservative estimate.”

Moustafa also warned that it was just one of eight mass graves created by Assad’s fallen government.

The mass grave identified at al-Qutayfah is littered with multiple trenches estimated to be about 19 to 23 feet deep and more than 10 feet wide.

Moustafa, who arrived in Syria after Assad fled to Moscow last week, said the grave was likely the outcome of the work entrusted to the former regime’s military.

“[The Syrian air force was] in charge of bodies going from military hospitals — where bodies were collected after they’d been tortured to death — to different intelligence branches, and then they would be sent to a mass grave location,” he said.

Moustafa said the grave matches the description from funeral officer personnel who helped unload the bodies and later escaped Syria to spread the word of the atrocities committed under Assad.

His group has also spoken to bulldozer drivers who were ordered by the regime to squish “the bodies down to fit them in” the holes.

The grim discovery is believed to be one of the largest mass graves in modern history.

A Stalin-era mass grave in Ukraine — located at Bykivnia, a forest outside the capital Kyiv — is estimated to be the burial site of more than 200,000 executed political prisoners, according to the BBC.

Along with the mass grave in al-Qutayfah, reports have emerged of dozens of bodies found in the Daraa governorate, in southern Syria.

Harrowing video from the Agence France-Presse news agency shows the bodies sprawled out in bags outside the hole, with men pulling bones from the dirt where they were found.

The bodies being discovered across Syria are likely among the more than 150,000 people who have disappeared under the Assad regime, whose administration regularly arrested and tortured dissenters and threw them into prisons never to be seen again, according to the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP).

The true number of the missing during the years of the bloody civil war and after has yet to be independently verified.

Jenifer Fenton, the spokesperson for the United Nations’ special envoy to Syria, has called on the rebels to secure related documents to Assad’s detention sites and mass graves to ensure justice and accountability.

“We must prioritize accounting for the missing, ensuring the families receive the clarity and recognition they desperately need,” she said in a statement.

The Syrian rebels, led by Abu Mohammed al-Jolani, have vowed to hold Assad’s administration accountable for the alleged human rights violations and war crimes.

The left-wing media created their own crisis and now have to pay the price for repeatedly attacking Donald Trump

Even as defeated Democrats try to decide who they are and what they believe in, their media handmaidens face a crisis of their own.

The comeuppance against their politically driven bias has arrived — and it’s proving to be expensive in more ways than one.

Recent days have reconfirmed that their war against Donald Trump is their most egregious assault on truth and fairness, but it was hardly the first or only.

CNN was caught this week boasting it helped free a desperate Syrian prisoner from a government slaughterhouse in Damascus.

Problem is, the man was quickly unmasked as an intelligence officer for the hated Assad regime, which the embarrassed outlet now acknowledges.

Reporter Clarissa Ward and her crew fell for the ruse because they ignored a cardinal rule of caution: A story that is too good to be true usually isn’t true.

ABC News and its chief Democratic operative George Stephanopoulos fell into another trap.

Rabbi Azriel Auerbach appointed new leader of the Extreme Peleg Crazies

Following the passing two days ago of the leader of the Bnei Torah Jerusalem Faction (Peleg Yerushalmi), Rabbi Asher Deutsch, 88-year-old Rabbi Azriel Auerbach has been appointed in his place.

Rabbi Auerbach is the brother of Rabbi Shmuel Auerbach, of blessed memory, who founded the movement, and son-in-law of Lithuanian leader, Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv of blessed memory.

At a meeting held last night at his home, Rabbi Auerbach announced that he would continue in the footsteps of his predecessors. "We will continue to adhere to all details that we have received from our rabbis, the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Shmuel Auerbach, of blessed memory, and the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Asher Deutsch, of blessed memory, especially in the struggle against the draft law and vigilance on our independence in the education of our sons and daughters, as well as to distance ourselves from other communities."

"His election marks and ideological continuity in the leadership of the Jerusalem Faction, which is known for its firm stance on the issue of drafting yeshiva students," explains a Faction source.

Unbelievable: Biden Asks Israel to Approve Military Aid to PA

The Biden administration has privately asked Israel to approve an urgent request for U.S. military aid to Palestinian Authority forces, Arab, American and Israeli officials told Axios on Sunday night.

The request comes after the P.A. launched a rare counter-terror raid in Jenin, where Ramallah for years refused to act against Iranian-backed terrorist groups, in violation of its commitments under the Oslo Accords.

Ramallah launched its operation, dubbed “Defense of the Homeland,” following the Dec. 5 seizure by Hamas and Islamic Jihad of a P.A. vehicle and amid fears that terrorists in the Samaria city could attempt a coup inspired by the swift rebel takedown of Bashar Assad’s regime in Syria.

According to Arab media reports, two Arab terrorists have so far been killed by the P.A., including Yazid Jaysa, a leader in the Islamic Jihad-led Jenin Brigades who was reportedly also wanted by Israel.

The ongoing operation “is a make or break moment for the Palestinian Authority,” one official in Ramallah told Axios. “Either [you] act like a state you say you are or go back to being a militant organization.”

IDF Strikes Assad Military Assets in Syrian Coastal Region Causes Earthquake

Bombs to be loaded onto Israel Air Force fighter jet F-15, at the Tel Nof base

Israel conducted a wave of airstrikes in Syria overnight Sunday, with local media reporting that the attacks were so powerful that they triggered minor earthquakes.

Israeli fighter jets bombed military targets of the deposed dictator Bashar Assad in the port cities of Latakia and Tartus, according to the reports, with Russian media, citing Syrian sources, saying that the target of the attack in Tartus was an air-defense base and a surface-to-surface missile depot.
