In Sanctuary NYC Illegal Alien Gang Members Charged with Hacking Young Mother to Death

 

Three illegal alien MS-13 gang members in the sanctuary state of New York have been charged with murdering a 31-year-old mother in a brutal attack.

MS-13 Gang members 20-year-old Rigel Yohairo, 22-year-old Allan Lopez, and 21-year-old Jose Sarmiento – all of whom are illegal aliens, Breitbart News has learned – were arrested and charged with murder, criminal possession of a weapon, concealment of a human corpse, and tampering with evidence this month in the death of Nazareth Tamer-Claure, the mother of an eight-year-old boy.

Rodolfo Lopez, a fourth suspect who is also an illegal alien MS-13 gang member, has been arrested and charged with concealment of a human corpse and tampering with evidence.

Last week, Queens County prosecutors say Yohairo, Lopez, and Sarmiento beat Tamer-Claure with baseball bats before hacking her to death with machetes in the neighborhood of Far Rockaway. Then, the MS-13 gang members wrapped up Tamer-Claure’s body and stuffed her in the trunk of a car before taking off for Long Island, New York, according to prosecutors.

Days before the alleged murder, Tamer-Claure obtained a protection order against her boyfriend, 28-year-old Anander Henriquez, also an illegal alien MS-13 Gang member. Tamer-Claure had reported Henriquez for choking her on April 9.

Months before, in January, Tamer-Claure was allegedly punched in the face multiple times by Henriquez before he hit her with a metal pipe. Henriquez pleaded guilty for the attack.

Police said they witnessed the MS-13 gang members stuffing Tamer-Claure’s body in the trunk of the car and began tailing the suspects as a result. Tamer-Claure’s body was discovered after police pulled the suspects over.

All five MS-13 gang members are in police custody. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency confirmed to Breitbart News that all five suspects have detainers placed on them, a request that New York officials turn them over to ICE agents should they be released at any time.

New York, though, has one of the most expansive sanctuary state policies, whereby local law enforcement agencies are prohibited from cooperating with ICE and thus illegal aliens with pending charges against them are often released from police custody instead of being arrested and deported.

Miracle of Two orphans who escaped the gas chambers and are reunited after 76 years

Two young Jewish boys who narrowly escaped the Nazi gas chambers by being hidden in a Belgian hospital have met again for the first time in 76 years in an emotional Zoom reunion.

Jacques Weisser and Bill Frankenstein, now both 79, were among only 13 of 39 Jewish children from an orphanage in Antwerp to escape the Holocaust and survive the war.

Though they never knew each other until now, their remarkable story was immortalised on a handful of photographs taken in 1944 after Belgium was liberated, but which neither could remember being taken.

Their lives followed different, yet oddly similar paths; Bill in the US and Jacques, eventually, in the UK. Both had just one daughter and two grandsons.

Last month they joined six of the other Antwerp orphanage survivors, brought together by the painstaking detective work of a young Dutch researcher poring through dusty records and oral accounts to retrieve fragments of long-lost memories from war-torn Europe.

'We're like twins - two peas in a pod,' Jacques told MailOnline. 'I've always had this photo buried among others from my childhood, but didn't have a clue who the other boy was – now I've found out,' said Jacques.

'It's fascinating how fate had made some aspects of our lives so alike, particularly our children and grandchildren.'

Added a tearful Bill, born as Bernard Baron and now retired in Calabasas, Los Angeles: 'We spent so long together and went through so much, but I've only a few fleeting recollections, but none of them of Jacques, sadly. Now I'm so glad to know my brother from another mother!'

Bill was born in December 1941, Jacques in February 1942. After their parents were rounded up by the Germans, they were sent as orphans to the Meisjeshuis, an orphanage, in Antwerp.

All children there over the age of five were shipped off to the death camps of Auschwitz in late 1942, while fourteen younger children, were taken for safety elsewhere, ten of them, including Jacques and Bill went to the Sint-Erasmus Hospital and put into hiding among the dying patients. Of those 14, one was not so fortunate.

Alfred Goldstein, four, was initially saved from the orphanage and brought to the Sint-Erasmus hospital. However, he was found and arrested by the Germans in the hospital in October 1942 and sent to Auschwitz where he was murdered.  

At Sint-Erasmus Hospital, the Nazis would stage regular raids and take Jewish patients away, but somehow the nurses and other carers managed to keep the youngsters out of the way in cupboards or under piles of dirty linen with strict orders to remain silent.

Israel records ZERO daily Covid deaths for first time in ten months

Israel has recorded no new daily Covid death for the first time in ten months as it continues to lead the world in its vaccination drive.

Figures show the country's coronavirus death tolls remained unchanged at 6,346 on Thursday.

The last time Israel recorded zero Covid death was at the end of June last year. Hospitals have now started closing its specialist coronavirus wards after daily death toll plunged in recent weeks.

Israel continues to lead the world in its vaccination drive, with more than 80 per cent of its adult population vaccinated.   

With only one death having been recorded the day before, it appears as though the rate at which people are dying from the virus in Israel is slowing. 

Israeli columnist Nadav Eyal Tweeted about the landmark achievement yesterday.

In the Tweet he said: 'For the first time in 10 months, no Israeli died of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours. 

'Special Corona wards have closed in all hospitals and share of positive cases stands now on 0.4% with dozens of thousands of tests per day, in a 9M population. #Covid_EndGame.'

The last time that Israel managed to record zero coronavirus deaths was 299 days ago on June 29, 2020, following a series of lockdown restrictions which helped contain the first wave of the virus. 

To date, Israel has recorded 837,892 cases of coronavirus, with 6,436 deaths

Frum Jewish Shark Tank Entrepreneur inks $2 million deal

 Ari Tolwin, a 6’4” Orthodox Jew who grew up and attended yeshiva in Detroit before going on to an MBA at Duke University, recently landed a $2 million Shark Tank deal with Mark Cuban.

Tolwin is the son of an outreach rabbi who parlayed his unique background into college business school and has since become a successful entrepreneur.

The deal with billionaire Cuban, who is also Jewish and came from a similar modest background, is for Tolwin’s "food tech" company NuMilk that makes plant-based milk kiosks.

NuMilk bills itself as “Plant-based milk made by you: Make delicious, nutritious and pure plant-based milks, lattes and protein shakes at the push of a button.”

Tolwin told website Jew in the City that he and partner Joe Savino happened upon the idea after a conversation about their shared love for the peanut butter grinders at Whole Foods. They realized that there wasn’t something similar for plant-based milk, which is an increasingly popular alternative to traditional dairy milk. They also realized that there were limited options in the market for non-dairy milk drinkers.

“Plant-based milk is unique for a few reasons…the ingredients are shelf stable. The second thing is that it’s mostly water,” he told Jew in the City.

They lucked into a German company who built a prototype for only $10,000. Eventually, after re-designing the machine several times, they hit upon a concept that worked. One of their investors encouraged them to audition for an open casting for Shark Tank.

We asked for a million dollars for five percent, and ended up with two million for ten percent,” he said.

Cuban was also their first choice for investor.

“To see a machine that works well, delivers, is cost effective and makes something that doesn’t exist in a market that’s big and growing very quickly, that’s what got them excited,” he added.

NuMilk’s store machines do not have a kosher certification, but don’t need one as their ingredients are all raw and plant-based. When their home counter machine is released in the near future, that version's milk packets will have kosher certifications.

During his appearance on Shark Tank, Tolwin explained, "We built a custom machine for grocery stores where shoppers can make pure, dairy-free milk at the push of a button. The milk has a 7-to-10 day shelf-life and it has to stay in the fridge."

On average, each store kiosk makes $50,000 in revenue per year. They hope with the help of Cuban’s investment, they can reduce manufacturing costs per machine from $30,000 to $15,000, as well as expanding their product line, according to CNBC.

In the summer of 2022, Numilk is planning to produce a smaller, home version that sits on the counter, retailing for $199.

Tolwin told Jew in the City that he brings Judaism to his work.

“I bring a lot of Tanach stories, even in secular context, in a lot of our conversations with investors and everyone else. I think of Chush ben Dan, I think of Nachshon ben Aminadav as a little bit of inspiration. Aharon Avinu making shalom…(doing) what Hashem told him to do. The (lesson) is that everyone wants to put their mark on stuff, and the answer is, just do it,” he said.

This is too funny to be true ....I had to re-read this story many times, because I thought this had to be a spoof..

The entire country is going to pot, on the verge of a civil war ... where it's dangerous to walk the streets if your white... a country that gave $27 million to the Floyd family, a criminal from the day he was born who physically abused and threatened his pregnant girlfriend with a knife, a country where a congresswoman no less a majority leader of congress thanks this dangerous criminal Floyd for sacrificing his life, a country that calls a cop who had no choice but to kill a 16 year old girl  who was about to be stab  another girl to death, ....a racist, and then allows blacks to loot and get free TVs.   The FBI has charged a 19-year-old Brooklyn man for breaking into the U.S. Capitol during the January 6th protests in Washington DC.

Dovid Schwartzberg confessed to breaking into the building along with the pro-Trump mob and recording several videos. A tipster informed the FBI after security cameras and social media video captured images of Schwartzberg, wearing a red “Make America Great Again” cap, inside the Capitol building.

He turned himself into the FBI in New York on Tuesday and was released on bail.

Schwartzberg told FBI agents that he “wanted to be where the action was” and willingly entered the building on the day that Congress was meeting to affirm the results of the 2020 presidential election. The charges include violent entry, disorderly conduct and knowingly entering a restricted building.

1,500 rabbis accuse J Street of 'anti-Semitic double standard'

 

In a letter sent today, Coalition for Jewish Values (CJV) denounced J Street for employing “an antisemitic double standard.” It rejected as slanderous charges made by the long-controversial organization against Morton Klein, President of the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA), and accused J Street, rather than Klein, of demonstrating ugly bias.

The letter by CJV—the largest rabbinic public-policy organization in America—was sent to Jeremy Burton, Executive Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston. It was prompted by a petition from J Street and allies demanding that ZOA be expelled from the umbrella organization; Boston’s JCRC Council is set to meet and consider that petition on April 27.

In the letter, the CJV defended Klein from J Street's accusations of bigotry, writing: "the complaint asserts that it is “bigoted” to describe Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib as hating Jews and supporting terror. It simply presumes that Mr. Klein’s objections are connected to their identity characteristics."

"This is absurd. David Duke does not back Ilhan Omar because of her identity, but because he shares her hatred of Jews. Mr. Klein denounces both Omar and Duke for precisely the same reason, and thus to pin his opposition to Rep. Omar’s skin color, religion or any similar factor is simply slander."

"Rep. Tlaib recently called Israel 'racist' because the Palestinian Authority refused to work with Israel to obtain vaccines for its citizens. Condemning this antisemitic lie is factual and not bigoted... while using her identity characteristics to try to reverse hater and hated most certainly is."

“For far too long, radical, partisan organizations that partner with and assist Israel’s enemies, like J Street, have gotten away with slandering anyone who represents or defends Israel,” asserted CJV Vice President Rabbi Yoel Schonfeld. “Fundamental justice obliges us to speak out against these false and hypocritical charges of bigotry.”

After reviewing what J Street’s petition described as “Klein’s recent bigoted statements,” CJV noted that it relied upon absurd assumptions: “not only that a particular opinion is correct, but that any opposition is inherently motivated by hatred and bigotry.” No evidence of actual bias against any group was presented, only strident condemnation by Klein of those making antisemitic statements.

Most of all, CJV highlighted J Street’s hypocrisy in demanding censure of Klein for “bigotry” while inviting Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas to address its national conference earlier this week. Not only has Abbas said that Jews “defile” holy sites with their “filthy feet,” he has given his blessing to ongoing bloodshed. Moreover, his organization, the Palestinian Authority, continues to provide generous monthly stipends to terrorists and their families.

“That J Street accuses Mr. Klein while simultaneously honoring Mr. Abbas,” averred the rabbis’ letter, “reflects an antisemitic double-standard of the first order.”

This is not the first time that J Street, which describes itself as “pro-Israel, pro-peace,” has been accused of antisemitic bias. Last year, the group used a photoshopped montage of Jewish advisors and Benjamin Netanyahu standing over a seated Donald Trump, which then-U.S. Envoy on Antisemitism Elan Carr castigated as amplifying “#Antisemitism and crude anti-Semitic conspiracy theories” regarding Jewish control of government. The Simon Wiesenthal Center agreed that the image used “a trope deployed by anti-Semites,” and urged J Street to remove it, which J Street failed to do.

“There is no denying the antisemitic undertones in this case,” attested Rabbi Avrohom Gordimer, Chairman of CJV’s Rabbinic Circle. “If any group should be expelled from a coalition of Jewish organizations, it should be J Street for slandering and defaming an organization that actually combats Israel- and Jew-hatred and all other forms of bigotry.”

Sen. Rand Paul during an interview on The Water Cooler with host David Brody described National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci as an elitist and a well-intentioned liar.

But if you’re in the hospital and you want to go visit a COVID patient or you’re taking care of a COVID patient, the hospital will not let you enter the room with a cloth mask because they don’t work.”

Dutch wine shop fined thousands of Euros for not putting the word “settlement” on a wine bottle

 

Dutch government inspectors fined a store for labelling wine made in an Israeli settlement as “a product from an Israeli village in Judea and Samaria.”

The Israel Products Center near Amsterdam received the $2,514 fine last week following its refusal to replace the label with one acceptable to the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority, which requires such labels read “Product from the West Bank (Israeli settlement).”

The Israel Products Center, a shop and importer run by the pro-Israel group Christians for Israel, has had legal problems over labelling since 2019. The center’s director, Pieter van Oordt, wrote in a statement that he was “shocked” by the government’s actions, which he said were discriminatory.

At least four Dutch political parties have accused the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority of singling out Israeli products and ignoring controversial labels on products from other disputed areas, including Western Sahara and Northern Cyprus.

Medical Care Minister Tamara van Ark has rejected the claim, saying last year that the policy of enforcing EU regulations on labels is being applied across the board. However, the Center for Information on Documentation on Israel, a Jewish community watchdog, said Wednesday that it had no information on any action taken on country-of-origins labels on products that were not made by Israelis. If you examine the actual EU regulations, you can see that it is political and inconsistent (autotranslated):

There is no nation called “Palestine” – yet Palestinian products may say that, instead of “Palestinian territories.” The areas where Jews live in the territories could be very accurately described as “Judea and Samaria,” which is what even the UN called it before Jordan’s illegal annexation of the territory. But instead, the Dutch regulations insist on a pejorative term, “Israeli  settlement,” whose only purpose is to help people boycott the products.

More Violence & Tear Gas in "geshmake second-seder" in Ponovitz

More violence at the Ponevezh Yeshiva: Students from the 'haters' faction used tear gas against students from the 'terrorist' faction' during afternoon prayers in the Beit Midrash.

Police were summoned to the scene to break up the brawl and removed all students from the Beit Midrash.

The fight was the latest in a longstanding dispute between the two factions over control of the yeshiva and the division of its territory. The supporters of Rabbi Shmuel Markovitz on the one hand, nicknamed the "haters," and Rabbi Eliezer Kahaneman's rival camp, called the "terrorists" have long been at loggerheads and tensions frequently lead to violence.

On Tuesday, Rabbi Aryeh Kahaneman, the son of Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Eliezer Kahaneman, was beaten by students from the rival faction and taken to Tel Hashomer hospital.

Family of Yehuda Meshi-Zahav say image of suicide note does not match ZAKA founder's handwriting.

Doctors at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem continue to fight for the life of Yehuda Meshi-Zahav, former chairman of the ZAKA organization, who attempted suicide in his home in Givat Ze'ev earlier Thursday.

Photographs of a note allegedly left by Meshi-Zahav circulated on social media. The note reads: "I am sorry. My punishment I have received already. Try to remember the good that I did; try to always remember what I forgot: 'There is an Eye that sees, an Ear that hears, and all your deeds are written in a Book.' (Ethics of the Fathers, 2:1 - ed.)."

Attorney Ephraim Damari and Meshi-Zahav's family claimed that the letter is a forgery. "This is a forged letter, fake news. We have manuscripts from Meshi-Zahav, in which neither the writing nor the signature is similar to those that appear in the letter," they stated,

Police opened an investigation against Meshi-Zahav, after allegations came to light in a report published by Haaretz. In that report, six accusers -both male and female - claimed Meshi-Zahav sexually exploited or assaulted them as far back as the 1980s.

Some of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged assaults, others were adults.

The accusations against Meshi-Zahav were said to have been known among the Eida Haharedit, which he belonged to in his youth, but were not made known to the public when he began public activities outside the Eida Haharedit.

Yehuda Meshi-Zahav, attempts suicide.

 

Jerusalem's Shaare Zedek Medical Center on Thursday morning said that the condition of Yehuda Meshi-Zahav, founder and former Chairman of ZAKA, has somewhat stabilized.

In a statement, the hospital said, "Yehuda Meshi-Zahav was brought to the trauma center at Shaare Zedek Medical Center, after several attempts at resuscitating him."

"Staff at Shaare Zedek conducted an initial examination and his condition was declared critical, with signs of some stabilization in his condition. He has been sent for continued examinations."

Shaare Zedek Director-General Professor Ofer Merin told media that Meshi-Zahav is "unconscious and on a respirator, with signs of life."

Earlier Thursday morning, it was reported that medics were attempting to resuscitate Meshi-Zahav after he attempted Thursday morning to end his life.

The attempted suicide occurred in Meshi-Zahav's home in Givat Ze'ev, less than one day before Channel 12 published an inquiry on him on its "Uvda" program.

Meshi-Zahav's son found his father and called emergency responders, who began attempting to resuscitate him, and transferred him to the hospital.

For years, Meshi-Zahav was respected figure in Israeli society, and even lit a torch on Mount Herzl 18 years ago.

In January this year, Meshi-Zahav lost both his parents to coronavirus.

In March, Meshi-Zahav, was selected for the Israel Prize in the field of Lifetime Achievement and Special Contribution to Society and the State award. Later that month, he was accused of sexual misconduct, and stepped down from his position as ZAKA's leader.

Police opened an investigation against Meshi-Zahav, after allegations came to light in a report published by Haaretz. In that report, six accusers -both male and female - claimed Meshi-Zahav sexually exploited or assaulted them as far back as the 1980s.

Some of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged assaults, others were adults.

The accusations against Meshi-Zahav were known among the Eida Haharedit, which he belonged to in his youth, but were not made known to the public when he began public activities outside the Eida Haharedit.

Meshi-Zahav's attorney, Ephraim Damari, told Kan News that "Yehuda is convinced of one thing - that the media and public are putting him on trial for things he has no connection to. This is a very dangerous precedent."

"Trials are decided in court. Everything that is happening at the moment is getting in the way of a fair procedure. The media are the ones collecting evidence instead of the police and we don't know how reliable these sources are. The authorities should be allowed to do their job. My client, Yehuda Meshi Zahav, will fully cooperate with the police as soon as he's brought to trial. Once investigators present their evidence, he will provide his version of events."
