Baruch Deutsch Found Not Guilty on All Charges Despite him admitting to sodomizing Children

Baruch Deutsch Found Not Guilty on All Charges, Likely Because of Statute of Limitations; Defense Attorney Admits to Abuse, Disputes Timing
On Day 5 of Baruch Deutsch’s bench trial, the judge found Deutsch not guilty of 6 counts of first degree sodomy against a minor under 13. The verdict followed shortly after each side presented its summations. In the defense’s summation they didn’t dispute that Baruch Deutsch sexually abused the victim. Deutsch repeatedly admitted to sexually abusing his victim on a controlled call played in open court. The defense’s case and summation largely centered on casting doubt on the victim’s ability to remember abuse within the specific window of the last two weeks of December, right before his bar mitzvah.
That issue was pivotal because of the statute of limitations on the applicable charges. Sodomy in the first degree of a child under the age of 13 doesn’t currently have a statute of limitations, but the same charge for a victim over 13 has a statute of limitations that has already passed. While the alleged abuse occurred over a period from 2001 to 2003, the only chargeable period of alleged abuse was the last two weeks of December, 2001. In his closing arguments, Deutsch’s lawyer admitted that the only element of the charged crimes in dispute was the relevant time period.

Deutsch may have avoided justice on a technicality, but a courtroom full of people heard him repeatedly admit to orally and anally raping a child. His supporters may claim that he’s been exonerated, but that’s the opposite of what transpired. The community should continue to exercise caution around Baruch Deutsch.

America’s Election Results: A Wake-Up Call, Not a Tragedy

I am not saddened by the results of America’s elections. On the contrary, I believe they may be precisely the wake-up call that American Jewry desperately needs. While many see the political upheaval sweeping the Western world as a reason for despair, I see another message from Hashem, calling His people to recognize the extraordinary times in which we are living and finally come home.

Throughout Jewish history, Hashem has communicated with His people in different ways. Sometimes His messages arrive through extraordinary miracles, so overwhelming that even skeptics struggle to explain them away. The Six-Day War, the rescue at Entebbe, Israel’s remarkable pager operation against Hezbollah, and other extraordinary episodes of Jewish survival remind us that history is not simply a collection of random events. There is a Master of the Universe directing the unfolding story of our people.

These are the pleasant messages. They inspire us, strengthen our faith, and remind us that Hashem has not abandoned His people. Ideally, they should be sufficient to awaken us to our responsibilities. But what happens when we celebrate the miracles, thank Hashem, and simply return to business as usual?

JD Vance blames Israel for midterm losses

US Vice President JD Vance blamed growing dissatisfaction with America's relationship with Israel as one of four major reasons Republicans suffered such grievous losses in the 2026 midterm elections.

In a lengthy post on X analyzing the Republican defeat, Vance revealed that internal polling had identified demands to change US-Israel relations among the leading concerns of voters who supported President Donald Trump in 2024 but voted for Democrats two years later.

According to Vance, a pollster whose predictions closely matched the election results asked former Trump supporters what would persuade them to return to the Republican Party.

The four leading responses, which Vance said accounted for nearly all the answers, were:

1. End the war.

2. Focus on the cost of living and inflation.

3. Put America First.

4. Change America's relationship with Israel.

"Our voters showed up. And the above four reasons are why many of them voted for Democrats," Vance wrote.

The Vice President claimed that dissatisfaction with US policy toward Israel has become a significant electoral concern among some voters who previously supported Trump, although Vance did not specify what changes those voters wanted in the relationship between the two countries.

Vance argued that Republican losses could not primarily be attributed to low turnout, explaining that the party's supporters had participated in substantial numbers but that many had crossed party lines.

In Florida, for example, he noted that the electorate was nine percentage points more Republican than Democratic, only slightly less favorable to Republicans than in 2024.

"The main problem is not turnout. The main problem is that many people who voted for Trump/Vance in 2024 voted for Democrats in 2026," he wrote.

Vance said his campaign's data analysts had initially been optimistic because Republican turnout appeared relatively strong, even in states where polls predicted significant Democratic victories.

However, one analyst warned him that the numbers concealed a serious problem: voters who had supported Trump and Vance in 2024 were angry with the administration and intended to support Democrats.

"Our voters are turning out, but they may not vote for us," the analyst reportedly told him.

Vance also revealed that another pollster had predicted Republicans would lose the national generic congressional ballot by 13 percentage points, a margin that surprised even him.

While acknowledging that Republican economic messaging may have been inadequate, Vance insisted that the principal reason for the party's defeat was the war.

"The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night," he wrote.

He defended television personality Rachel Campos-Duffy, who had faced criticism for advocating a diplomatic resolution to the conflict, saying that her political advice had proven sound.

Vance also warned Republicans against using the election results to promote immigration amnesty, arguing that such proposals would fail to address the actual reasons voters had abandoned the party.

"If you'd like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it, then do so. Argue it was a worthwhile cost to pay. Agree or disagree, that's at least honest," he wrote.

"But everyone knows why we lost. And any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there."

Despite the election setback, Vance concluded with an appeal to disaffected Republican voters to remain politically engaged and support candidates who share their views.

"To the people who are pissed off and want to say, 'I told you so': you're right, you did tell us so. Take that energy into electing Republicans who share your worldview," he wrote.

"To the people who are just pissed at the results, you should be. Let's take that anger and get back to the work of saving our country."

אתחלתא דגאולה-..... UPDATED!!!!!.....Real Gedoilim Sign that the Establishment of the State Of Israel ... is the beginning of our redemption ...Updated List !

From: EMAILIM BATORAH

Saying that the establishment of the State of Israel was the אתחלתא דגאולה (the beginning of the redemption from the גלות) in a contemporary Yeshivishe crowd will, at best, invite ridicule; at worst, it will be labeled as outright כפירה (heresy).

Yet, over seventy-five years ago, a קול קורא (public declaration) was signed and publicized by some 200 prominent Rabbonim—many of whom belonged to אגודת ישראל.

In this historic proclamation, they explicitly stated that the founding of the State of Israel constituted an אתחלתא דגאולה.

Given this historical reality, it is profoundly difficult to explain how so many of the past generation's גדולים could have drastically erred in their דעת תורה, signing their names to an idea that today's Charedi world dismisses as כפירה.

By By USA!!!! Satmar antizionists projected to take over the US Senate & House! ...

It all started when Satmar endorsed the vicious antizionist Mamzarani for mayor, invited him in their Sukka and presented him with a mezuzzah!

Now we have Abdul El-Sayed, winning the Michigan Senate seat, making him the first Muslim elected to the US Senate. In his victory speech he said

"Tonight we can turn Inshallah into Alhamdulilah"

Despite scandals, Ilhan Omar easily won reelection in Minnesota!

Rashida Tlaib  won another term in Michigan's 12th Congressional District House of Representatives.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez a vicious antisemite easily won reelection !

In New York, the Satmar Rebbe's girlfriend Kate'eleh Hochol won reelection as Governor by a landslide!

Both Darializa Avila Chevalier and Claire Valdez, openly vicious antisemites  won their primaries!

The self-hating Jew Brad Lander won a Congressional Seat in NY'S 10th District with help from Jews!

Aber Kawas, a Palestinian-American activist , has won New York’s 12th State Senate District in Queens, becoming the first Palestinian-American and Muslim woman elected to the New York State Legislature.

I suggest that you read comments about Israel from those who won last night, and you will unfortunately see no substantial difference between their official positions and the Satmar Shita!

They all believe that Israel should not exist! Period!
Why are we wondering when goyim, descendants of Eisav and Yishmael speak like this , when Zera Avraham have the same talking points!

Know that many of these candidates had Jewish backing and Jewish votes!

When you have Jews, "Frum Jews" sounding like Goyim then we need to stop and think why we are not stopping this. Why are we encouraging the Indigs of our communities to have the last word? Why are people even interviewing  them?

And now in the midst of this sea of hate, Litvishe "Gedoilim" travel to Europe to spread Loshon Hara just get a couple of Shekel!

MAJOR BREAKING: Trump Announces End to $4 Billion in Annual U.S. Military Aid to Israel

President Donald Trump announced Tuesday that the United States will stop providing Israel with approximately $4 billion in annual military assistance by the end of 2026, revealing that he and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reached an agreement months ago.

Speaking on Fox & Friends, Trump declared:

“Now, as far as paying Israel, Bibi Netanyahu and I have made a deal that we give Israel $4 billion a year, and we made a deal months ago that we’re stopping.”

Trump said Israel no longer needs the financial assistance, emphasizing that the decision was mutually agreed upon rather than imposed on Jerusalem.

“Now we’ll help Israel if they need it,” Trump added, making clear that Washington is not abandoning its longtime ally.

According to Reuters, Trump also argued that Democrats and left-wing politicians have used American financial assistance to Israel as a political weapon against Republicans.

The announcement accelerates a shift Netanyahu had already advocated. Earlier this year, the Israeli leader called for gradually eliminating American military aid and replacing the arrangement with a relationship built on strategic cooperation and partnership.

The current U.S.-Israel assistance agreement, negotiated in 2016, provides approximately $3.8 billion annually and was originally scheduled to run through 2028.

But the timing of Trump’s announcement is generating concern in Israel.

Channel 13 diplomatic correspondent Moriah Asraf warned that Trump’s decision to publicize the agreement on the eve of the U.S. midterm elections may reflect declining public support for Israel.

“What is more troubling than the move itself, which, as noted, was coordinated with Israel, is the fact that Trump is saying this on the eve of the midterm elections. In other words, it’s popular,” Asraf said.

“This paints a troubling and worrying picture of Israel’s standing.”

The development represents a potentially historic transformation in U.S.-Israel relations, moving away from decades of direct military assistance toward a partnership in which Israel finances more of its own defense needs.

The central question now is how quickly the agreement will be implemented and what forms of American military cooperation will remain.

Bnei-Brak OTD Teens beat and pepper spray Chassidishe Shoe Salesman

The harsh footage of the assault on the yeshiva student at a shoe store in Bnei Brak, which was revealed today (Monday) in "Ultra-Orthodox Quarters," sparked a lot of outrage on social media. The video, which shows the violent assault of the yeshiva student by a group of young people, was circulated online and provoked angry reactions from residents, who criticize the treatment of the phenomenon of marginal youths in the city. Now, in a conversation with B'Hadrei Haredim, the student who was attacked talks about the grave fear that has accompanied him since the incident, and especially about the fear that the attackers will harm him again.

"I'm afraid. I'm afraid that the investigation will dissolve and they will come to take revenge on me for filing the complaint," he says. "How far have we come that I am the victim, and instead of being afraid, I am afraid that they will come back to me and treat me with cruel violence again."

The student, who was injured in the attack and required medical treatment, is having trouble digesting what he went through at his workplace. "I'm a normative person, I've never gotten into trouble, I've never been beaten. I'll welcome a quiet that doesn't stand out in the vicinity, and one fine day I just find myself in a situation where people enter my workplace, a place where I'm supposed to feel safe, they spray me with pepper spray and beat me brutally."

Along with his personal concern, he hopes that the police will take action against those responsible for the attack. "I hope that the police will handle the case severely, so that they don't dare to do it to anyone else again," he adds.

The harsh testimony comes against the backdrop of many reactions that were published following the distribution of the footage. Residents expressed shock at the intensity of the violence and criticized what they describe as the lack of adequate treatment of the phenomenon of marginalized youth, which they say harms the city's sense of personal security. Many expressed hope that this time the police would exhaust the investigation and take action against those involved.

As reported by B'Hadrei Haredim, the attack took place last Thursday, when a 16-year-old man entered the shoe store and asked the seller to help him measure his shoes. Later, according to eyewitnesses, the young man tried to blackmail the student and even threatened to file a false complaint against him with the police. After the student refused to give in to the threats, the young man left the scene, but a few minutes later he returned with five of his friends.

The group attacked the yeshiva, beat him brutally, pepper-sprayed him and caused a riot in the store. The youths then fled the scene.

The incident joins a series of serious cases of violence that have been recorded in recent months in Bnei Brak. Just last month, three yeshiva students were attacked on the Rebbe of Gur Street in the city, one of whom was moderately injured after a marginalized youth hit him in the head with an interlocking stone.

The Israel Police said in response: "Following the complaint, an investigation has been opened and all actions are being taken in order to locate the suspects in the act."

So Sad! ....Reb Avi Lukov begging people to protect Rav Hagoen Feivelson who is giving a Shiur in Tzfat from being Attacked by Charedim

This has to be one of the lowest points in the Charedie community yet not one Charedie Gadol will say anything! They are waiving it off "Its Peleg" "they are Meshigoim"
July 19, they actually beat him up!
What will it take for Charedim and their leaders to take a stand, are they waiting for someone to c"v get killed??
Why can't a Rosh Yeshiva give his shiur in peace??
What is happening to us??
