Biden Can't Wait to Bring Total Chaos and Hell to US Borders

One of Joe Biden’s first priorities as president will be to risk stoking a new migrant crisis. After much trial and error, President Trump came up with arrangements with Mexico and Central American countries that drastically diminished the pressure from asylum-seekers on our southern border.

Biden has pledged to overturn these policies, as well as undermine enforcement and boost immigration numbers generally. The lie about Biden is that he is a “moderate,” when the truth is that he has always been smack in the middle of his party, which now bristles with contempt for borders and the agents who police them. Its attitude will color everything Biden does.

The migrant crisis that had Trump adopt, then quickly abandon, a zero-tolerance policy that separated children from their parents wasn’t of his making. President Barack Obama struggled with the same surge at the border, and many of the photos of children in cages used to condemn Trump date from the Obama years.

Breastfeeding Group includes Trans People

Women and trans people alike often share a struggle to breastfeed their newborns, according to a motherhood advocacy organization, which has recently chosen to invite any mom, including those who did not give birth, into their support groups.

The move has ignited controversy, with one British critic saying the global group, La Leche League, has “lost its focus on the mother and baby.”

Founded by a group of American moms in 1956, LLL has extended its branches across 89 countries, according to their website, with hundreds of active meeting groups across the US alone, each of which is lead by a local “leader.”

Recently, the league’s UK branch, LLLGB, made a statement in regards to trans women and men, writing that the group aims to be more “inclusive.” The league extended support to transgender men, who were born with female anatomy but currently identify as male, as well as non-binary parents.

“Trans men, trans women and non-binary individuals may choose to breastfeed or chestfeed their babies,” they write. “You do not need to have given birth to breastfeed or chestfeed, as we can also see in the experiences of those nursing adopted babies.”

LLLGB uses the term “chestfeed” to acknowledge those who have undergone transition and prefer not to use the word “breast.” They also advise those determined to chestfeed on how to “stimulate their milk supply” via hormones.

Nursing-home Horrors Go Way Beyond the Virus

The failure to protect nursing-home residents is by now a depressingly familiar fact of the pandemic in America — especially in the Empire State, where Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s grievous March order forcing homes to accept COVID-positive patients led to the death of at least 6,000 New Yorkers (the real figure could be double that).

Nationwide, these residents constitute 40 percent of deaths, though they represent less than 1 percent of the population. Yet the novel coronavirus has proved deadly to our elders in another, perhaps more insidious and invisible, way. According to barely noticed reporting from the Associated Press, straight-up neglect has killed another 40,000 residents.

Take the case of Donald Wallace. The 75-year-old retired trucker survived COVID-19, according to the AP, but neglect led to him becoming so malnourished and dehydrated that he dropped to 98 pounds, suffered septic shock and likely choked on his own food. “They stopped taking care of him,” his son Kevin said of the Alabama facility that took “care” of Wallace (the facility denied neglect).

Reports are coming from all over the country, including New York, of diapers left on for so long, the skin peels off when they are removed. Of bedridden residents who haven’t been turned for so long, you could see their bones through their sores. Often, the profound isolation leads to deaths that certificates simply label as “failure to thrive.”

COVID crisis: Whom to believe

A crisis is an event that leads to an unstable and dangerous situation affecting an individual, group, community, or society as a whole. The Chinese word for crisis presents an excellent depiction of the components of a crisis. The word "crisis" in Chinese is formed with the characters for danger and opportunity. Crisis is a perception or experience of an event or situation that triggers an intolerable difficulty that exceeds the person’s internal resources and coping mechanisms.

Not since the Great Depression have we witnessed a similar crisis of trust as we enter the second year of the Corona virus pandemic. Just under a century ago, the Great Depression began with the Wall Street Crash in October 1929. The stock market crash marked the beginning of a decade of high unemployment, poverty, low profits, deflation, plunging farm incomes, and lost opportunities for economic growth as well as for personal advancement.

Altogether, there was a general loss of confidence and trust in government, politicians, and public agencies. Above all, what happened in the early 1930s was a loss of trust in authority, specifically a loss of faith that the institutions that ordered society could be counted on to provide stability and enable prosperity.

As the world attempts to find solutions to the escalating COVID-19 pandemic, a crisis of what to belief and whom to trust has emerged, posing a major challenge for political leaders managing the pandemic in their respective countries. Levels of trust in our institutions, in our political leaders, and in one another are at an all-time low.

FDR's Abandonment of the Jews

Franklin D. Roosevelt is widely remembered as a strong leader who boldly led America out of the Great Depression and to the brink of victory in World War II.

Yet when it comes to the Holocaust, some defenders of FDR's record want us to believe he was not responsible for keeping Jewish refugees out of America—as if that was all the handiwork of the State Department, which supposedly ran U.S. immigration policy and foreign policy independently of the president’s wishes.

Sorry, but you can’t have it both ways.

Anyone home? Woman in Florida receives surprise Thanksgiving visitor as black bear wanders up to front door and rings doorbell

A woman received a surprise visitor for Thanksgiving when a curious black bear wandered up to her house and set off her doorbell.

The furry creature was caught on camera as it sniffed her porch and stood on its hind legs and peered in the door.

The incident happened last week in Oviedo, Florida, the night before Thanksgiving.

Footage recorded on the doorcam shows the unexpected guest walk up the driveway towards the front door on all fours.

It stops as it reaches the door and peers up.  It then hops onto it's hind legs with its front paws on the door to get a better look inside.

The motion alerted the homeowners and a woman opens the door only to see the bear walking away.

'Oh s*** it's a bear!' she exclaims in shock as she abruptly closes the door.

The bear can be seen looking around the driveway before it turns its back on the house and heads off.

The video, which was captured on November 25, was posted online and received thousands of views.

The woman explained how she had been expecting a delivery driver, but opened the door to a bear instead.

'I could hear my Ring doorbell activate, letting me know there was motion near my door,' she said.

'I thought I was opening to find a FedEx delivery but instead was greeted by the back end of a huge bear walking away.

'The mama bear and her three cubs have been wondering my neighborhood for months.

'This was my first encounter. Until last night, I had only seen them on neighbors Ring postings.'

Israel's Terrifying Arsenal of Robot Weaponry as Iran Claims its Top Nuclear Scientist was Killed with a Remote-control Gun

Israel is one of the world's foremost users of drone technology on the battlefield, with remote-control pickups, boats and backpack drones at its disposal.

The IDF has been using the technology since at least the mid-2000s, mostly to conduct patrols along its border with Gaza.

While many of the vehicles are unarmed, they can also be equipped with machine guns and missiles which can be fired remotely.

Israel is one of the world's foremost users of drone technology on the battlefield, with remote-control pickups, boats and backpack drones at its disposal.

As a result, Israel is one of the world's largest exporters of drone technology, selling unmanned vehicles worth a total of $4.6billion in 2013, mostly to Asia and Europe.

MailOnline took a look at the Israeli arsenal after Iran claimed a satellite-controlled gun mounted on a pickup truck was used to take out Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, their top nuclear scientist, and pointed the finger of blame at Israel...

1. Machine-gun pickup truck

The IDF showed off this technology in 2016, when it was fitted into Ford F-350 pickup trucks that were designed to conduct border patrols.

The trucks, dubbed Border Protector Unmanned Ground Vehicles, are equipped with an array of sensors and cameras that allowed people to drive them remotely.

The IDF unveiled Ford F350 pickup trucks that could be controlled remotely in 2016, saying they would soon be outfitted to carry machine guns that could be fired remotely

At the time they were unveiled the trucks were unarmed, but the IDF said it was hoping to arm the vehicles some time in early 2017.

'We will get a machine gun on the vehicle that will be operated from a control room,' an IDF official told Fox News at the time.

The IDF said the vehicles have been operational since 2015, and would later incorporate driverless technology.

2. Remote-control boat

The Protector boat was developed in Israel by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and put into service around 2005.

Unmanned and unarmed, the boat was initially used to conduct routine surveillance missions without putting crews at risk.

The Rafael Protector remote-control boat entered service around 2008, and was later retrofitted to be able to fire missiles

Rafael later adapted the boats to fire rockets, the Times of Israel reported, with the Navy carrying out successful test-fires of the weapons in 2018.

Some of the navy’s unmanned ships come equipped with machine guns and water cannons, which are controlled remotely.

Scientists Finally Agree that Intelligent Life is Extremely UNLIKELY to Exist Anywhere Else in the Universe Because it Took Miracles for Humans to Evolve

DIN's  take on this:

I've always been amazed that the same scientists that made it a business of searching for signs of life in the universe and spend billions and probably now trillions of dollars doing so,  have no issues with allowing and encouraging the destruction of human life in the womb...

instead of focusing if there is life out there, why not find encourage women to keep their babies .. and support them financially. And if they really cannot deal with child rearing to encourage them to give these tiny lives to people that would cherish them.

They look for aliens and all types of life on Mars and yet  have no compunction  in killing unborn children.

What a crazy world ... that people that want to save the unborn child are called "Pro-Life" .... why should anyone be "anti-life?'

They call murderers of live unborn children "pro-choice" .....

"pro-choice?" We now have a choice whether we want to suck a life out a womb and flush it down the toilet? ....

Statisticians say the evolution of intelligent life is 'exceptionally rare', and that human-like civilisations are extremely unlikely to exist on other planets.

In a new paper, Oxford researchers theorise that, for life to evolve in the same way elsewhere in the universe, it would take longer than the whole of Earth's projected lifespan.

Evolution on Earth from the Big Bang up until the current day has involved a series of what they call 'evolutionary transitions' that were helped by chance.

These include the emergence of primitive life from non-living matter (known as abiogenesis) and eukaryotic life (with cells that have a nucleus enclosed), the evolution of sexual reproduction, multicellularity, and intelligence itself.

If intelligent life does exist on other planets, it would need to have gone through a series of comparable evolutionary transitions.

The research draws on the Fermi paradox, which is the apparent contradiction between the lack of evidence for extra-terrestrial civilizations and various high estimates for their probability.
