First of all, Tucker Carlson is about as reliable as Putin's new services. However, it really does depend. Remember that Biden was chosen as candidate because he was the only one who had a reasonable chance to beat Trump. All other candidates were seen as too Woke to carry a majority. So it will come down to who the Republican candidate is in 2024. If it's Trump, Biden will probably run for re-election. If it's someone not as inspiring to the GOP "base" then he'll get his golden wristwatch and a shove out the door.
