If the diver is heimish do NOT call the cops . Call the agadah instead and ask to speak the rabbbi zweibel. If he isnt around then ask for rabbi belsky. If he isnt around then ask for the novominsker rebbe. If he isnt around then just assume that the victim deserved it.
Chaveirim gave it to me.... it could be that Chaveirim only gave that particular car because its a clearer picture and gives a description of the make and model, but you are correct
