What Chutzpah? AG Letitia James Asks Court To Reinstate President Trump’s Massive Civil Fraud Penalty While She Herself is under Criminal Investifgation

New York’s attorney general moved Thursday to have the state’s highest court reinstate President Donald Trump’s staggering civil fraud penalty, appealing a lower-court decision that slashed the potential half-billion-dollar fine to $0.

Attorney General Letitia James’ office filed a notice of appeal with the state’s Court of Appeals, seeking to reverse the mid-level Appellate Division’s ruling last month that the penalty violated the U.S. Constitution’s ban on excessive fines.

James, a Democrat, had previously said she would appeal.

Trump declared “TOTAL VICTORY” after the Appellate Division wiped away his fine, but the five-judge panel left other punishments in place and narrowly endorsed a trial court’s finding that he committed fraud by padding his wealth on financial paperwork given to banks and insurers.

Trump, a Republican, filed his own appeal last week, asking the Court of Appeals to throw out those other punishments, which include a multiyear ban on him and his two eldest sons, Eric and Donald Trump Jr., from holding corporate leadership positions in New York.

Those measures have been on hold during the appellate process and the Appellate Division judges said Trump can seek a court order to extend the pause pending further appeals.

James’ appeal is the latest twist in a lawsuit she filed against Trump in 2022, which alleged that he inflated his net worth by billions of dollars on his financial statements and habitually misled banks and others about the value of prized assets, including golf courses, hotels, Trump Tower, and his Mar-a-Lago estate.

After a trial that saw a sometimes testy Trump take the witness stand, Judge Arthur Engoron ruled last year that James had proven he engaged in a yearslong conspiracy with executives at his company to deceive banks and insurers about his wealth and assets.

Engoron ordered Trump to pay $355 million — payback of what the judge deemed “ill-gotten gains” from his puffed-up financial statements. That amount soared to more than $515 million, including interest, by the time the Appellate Division ruled.

The five-judge Appellate Division panel was sharply divided on many issues in Trump’s appeal, but a majority said the monetary penalty was “excessive.”

“While harm certainly occurred, it was not the cataclysmic harm that can justify a nearly half billion-dollar award,” two of the judges wrote.

Daughter of Nazi Officer Who Stole ‘Portrait of a Lady’ and Her Husband Charged With Cover-up

Patricia Kadgien, right, one of the daughters of fugitive Nazi official Friedrich Kadgien, and her husband, Juan Carlos Cortegoso, left, attend a court hearing in the case of the theft of the 18th-century Italian "Portrait of a Lady," which was taken from a Jewish collector during World War II, in Mar del Plata, Argentina, Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025.

Prosecutors in Argentina on Thursday charged the daughter of a fugitive Nazi official with trying to hide an 18th-century painting from authorities following revelations that it had been stolen from a Jewish art dealer during World War II.

The federal prosecutor in charge of the case announced the cover-up charge a day after Patricia Kadgien, one of the daughters of high-level Nazi officer Friedrich Kadgien, handed “Portrait of a Lady” by Italian artist Giuseppe Ghislandi to the Argentine judiciary eight decades after it was stolen.

The fate of the work remains unclear, pending a decision in the case. The heir of Jacques Goudstikker — the Dutch-Jewish art collector who owned the painting before Nazis confiscated his world-famous inventory — has made a legal claim to get the painting back, her lawyers have said.

Goudstikker died in a shipwreck in 1940 while fleeing the Netherlands as German troops advanced. He sold his collection, which included Rembrandts and Vermeers, under duress and far below market price. At least 1,100 stolen works from his gallery remain missing.

The Argentine court has asked that the painting be displayed at the Holocaust Museum in Buenos Aires ahead of any further transfer abroad. The museum did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Patricia Kadgien, 59, and her husband, Juan Carlos Cortegoso, 62, have been under house arrest on suspicion of concealing the painting since police raided their home on Monday for the second time in as many weeks without finding “Portrait of a Lady.”

Kadgien, with disheveled dirty-blond hair and sunglasses on her head, wore a look that mixed concern and puzzlement as she listened to Prosecutor Carlos Martínez in a jam-packed courtroom. Martínez said that Kadgien’s and her husband’s efforts to hide the painting over several days following its sudden appearance in a real estate listing amounted to obstruction of justice.

Cortegoso gazed straight ahead, his arms crossed and a stern expression on his face.

After the hearing the couple was released from house arrest but barred from traveling abroad and required to notify the court whenever they leave their registered address.

Photos of the painting hanging in Kadgien’s living room in Mar del Plata surfaced last month for the first time in eight decades in an online real estate advertisement.

Dutch journalists investigating Kadgien’s past in Argentina – where he took refuge after the collapse of the Third Reich – spotted “Portrait of a Lady” hanging above a green velvet couch in the living room during a 3D tour of the house for sale.

After recognizing it as the same portrait listed as missing in international archives of Nazi-looted art, the newspaper Algemeen Dagblad published an exposé on Aug. 25 that grabbed headlines around the world.

Alerted by international police agency Interpol, Argentine authorities raided the house and other properties belonging to Patricia Kadgien and her sister Alicia, seizing a rifle, a .32-caliber revolver and several paintings from the 19th-century that they suspect may have been similarly stolen during WWII.

But police couldn’t find “Portrait of a Lady.” They found scuff marks and a pastoral tapestry on Patricia Kadgien’s living room wall where the portrait had been photographed.

The real estate ad, first posted in February, was swiftly taken down. Prosecutors on Thursday said that security footage showed people removing the “for sale” sign from Kadgien’s front yard as media scrutiny intensified last week.

In presenting the charges, Martínez told the court that the couple was “aware that the artwork was being sought by the criminal justice system and international authorities” but nevertheless went to lengths to hide it.

“It was only after several police raids that they turned it in,” he said.

With the defendants under house arrest on Monday, their lawyer, Carlos Murias, filed a petition with a civil court in Mar del Plata asking that Kadgien be allowed to auction the painting.

The court rejected the request, arguing that it lacked jurisdiction given the painting’s provenance.

Prosecutor Martínez told reporters on Thursday that his office was informed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation that Marei von Saher, the heir to art dealer Goudstikker, lodged a legal claim to “Portrait of a Lady” at the bureau’s New York office.

The FBI declined to comment.

Shvigger from Hell!! Donna Adelson Guilty: Jury Convicts Matriarch in Killing of Jewish Law Professor Daniel Markel

The full story below the post! Watch and Weep!

Donna Adelson, 75, the matriarch of a wealthy Miami family, was convicted Thursday of orchestrating the murder-for-hire plot that killed her former son-in-law, Florida State University law professor Daniel Markel, in 2014.

A jury found Adelson guilty of first-degree murder, conspiracy, and solicitation, closing a chapter in a case that has gripped Florida for more than a decade with its mix of bitter custody disputes, family power struggles, and violence.

Markel, a respected legal scholar and observant Jew active in Tallahassee’s Jewish community, was shot outside his home after blocking his ex-wife Wendi Adelson’s attempt to relocate their children to South Florida. Prosecutors said Donna Adelson, furious over the custody ruling, helped arrange the hit when legal avenues failed.

At trial, prosecutors described her as the calculating matriarch of an affluent family with the means and motive to eliminate the man she “hated.” Defense attorneys countered that the evidence tied other family members to the killing but fell short of linking her directly.

When the guilty verdict was read in court, Adelson burst into tears and exclaimed, “Oh!” before shaking and crying.

She becomes the fifth person convicted in the case, joining her son Charles Adelson, who is serving a life sentence, along with ex-girlfriend Katherine Magbanua, hitman Sigfredo Garcia, and getaway driver Luis Rivera.

The trial also highlighted Adelson’s Jewish identity. Her attorneys requested an expedited schedule earlier this year to avoid conflicts with Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, reflecting her observance of the High Holidays.

Beyond the courtroom, Adelson had been a prominent civic figure. In May, she testified before the Senate Aging Committee as president of the Holocaust Survivors Foundation, where she advocated for the welfare of aging survivors.

Markel’s murder sent shockwaves through Tallahassee’s legal and Jewish communities. Friends recalled him as a devoted father, scholar, and mentor. For many, Thursday’s verdict closed one painful chapter but underscored the tragedy of a family feud that spiraled into violence.

Milk shortages expected to intensify as chief rabbis veto non-Jews working in dairies over Sabbath, holidays

In a letter addressed to Agriculture Minister Avi Dichter, the chief rabbis of Israel reject a proposal to allow non-Jewish workers to operate dairies during the Jewish holidays in order to avoid an expected shortage.

“Dairies in Israel receive kosher certification from the Chief Rabbinate, and operating the plants on Shabbat could compromise the certification they are granted,” says the letter signed by Sephardi Chief Rabbi David Yosef and Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi Kalman Ber.

“The Sabbath is one of the most distinctive symbols of the Israeli nation and is the sign of the covenant between the Creator and his people,” it adds. “The very fact that factories in Israel observe the sanctity of Shabbat is a statement in itself and also expresses the Jewish identity of the State of Israel.”

The High Holidays — Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur — followed immediately by Sukkot and Shemini Atzeret-Simchat Torah, starting later this month, will fall in the middle of the week, shutting milk production at dairies for a total of nine workdays. Production also ceases on Shabbat, to comply with kashrut constraints.

Yosef and Ber say that dairies in Israel already have experience with the challenge and managed to avoid shortages in the past.

“In our opinion, since we are still at a reasonable distance from the [Jewish month of] Tishrei holidays, there is sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that no shortage will occur, God forbid,” they write in the letter.

Grocery stores in Israel have been rationing milk over the past few weeks amid production shortfalls.

Police Arrest an 80-Year-Old Alter-Kocker and a 60-Year-old for Jerusalem arson

The owner of the vehicle that was torched

Two suspects, aged 60 and 80, were arrested in Jerusalem on Wednesday on suspicion of setting fire to dumpsters and tires in the Rehavia and Givat Ram neighborhoods in the capital earlier in the day.

As a result of their alleged acts, a parked car belonging to an IDF reservist was severely damaged, and residents of nearby buildings were forced to evacuate. The police stressed that no one was hurt in the incidents.

Police from the Jerusalem District, together with emergency services, rushed to the scene, extinguished the blaze, and prevented additional danger to the public.

An initial investigation found that the suspects, residents of Jerusalem and central Israel, arrived at the Rehavia neighborhood and set fire to the dumpsters. As a result, the vehicle and the dumpsters were heavily damaged.

The police noted: "These are criminal and dangerous acts that can endanger lives, damage property, and disrupt the lives of the residents." They also emphasized that legal protests are permitted, but "any attempt to harm public safety will be met with strong and unrelenting enforcement."

The car that was burned was found to belong to an active reservist and his wife. The couple are parents to three children, including twin girls who were born prematurely.

All of the child safety seats were burned, along with all of the equipment stored in the vehicle. "My husband is in the reserves and was called up with an emergency reserve order, scheduled for next week," his wife shared.

"I have no idea how in another week from now, when he is in reserves, I am supposed to take my children to their preschools," she added. "Just two days ago, we put a lot of money into this car and we re-equipped it. Good luck to me getting my daughter to preschool every morning alone, with no car."

A resident of the building near the burning garbage bins told Arutz Sheva - Israel National News: “Almost the entire building caught fire, and it could have ended in a serious disaster and people dying. I call on the police to act and arrest the anarchists.”

"Settlers' Suing Leftist Reporters for Defamation and Winning!

Senior Maariv reporter Ben Caspit was ordered by the Petah Tikva Magistrate’s Court to pay NIS 25,000 shekels in damages to right-wing activist Elisha Yered for writing libelous statements about him on social media.

The statements were published in 2022, after Otzma Yehudit MK Limor Son Har-Melech appointed Yered as her spokesperson. Caspit publicly claimed that Yered has been held in administrative detention by the Shin Bet and was unfit to serve in a public position.

Yered then filed a defamation lawsuit against Caspit through Attorney Menashe Yado of the Honenu legal aid organization.

In response to the verdict, Yered stated, “The days when leftists could conduct wild smear campaigns against the settlements are over. Whoever defames will pay. Ben Caspit tried to cast mud and lies to harm the hilltop youth, but now, thanks to him, another hill can be built in Yehudah and Shomron. I invite all the leftists who want to contribute and help settle the land to follow Caspit’s path and see what the price is for running a hostile and false campaign against the settlers of the land.”

Attorney Menashe Yado stated, “The court rejected Caspit’s claim of ‘I spoke the truth’ because he did not tell the truth and also rejected his claim of good faith because he did not correct the publications even though it became clear that they were incorrect. The practical meaning of the court’s rulings is that for Ben Caspit, defamation was more important than the truth, and that’s why he will pay.”

Coalition for Jewish Values Slams "Rabbis" Like the Progressive Traitor Blau and his Gang “of Accusing Israel of Starving Gaza

Alan Skorski recently sat down with Rabbi Yaakov Menken, Executive VP of the Coalition for Jewish Values (CJV), to discuss a controversial letter signed by 80 rabbis — mostly aligned with “open Orthodoxy” and progressive causes — that accused Israel of moral failings in its war against Hamas.

The letter, titled “A Call for Moral Clarity, Responsibility, and a Jewish Orthodox Response in the Face of the Gaza Humanitarian Crisis,” alleged that Israel bore partial responsibility for starvation in Gaza, citing reports that the Jewish state was “withholding food and aid.”

“Hamas’s sins and crimes do not relieve the government of Israel of its obligations to make whatever efforts are necessary to prevent mass starvation,” the signatories wrote. They further claimed that anger toward Hamas had “expanded by some extremists into blanket suspicion of the entire population of Gaza — children included,” and also accused Israeli “settler violence” of destabilizing the region.

The letter insisted that “Orthodox Jewry… bears a unique moral responsibility” and preached that “Judaism’s vision of justice and compassion extends to all human beings.”

CJV’s Strong Rebuke

In response, the Coalition for Jewish Values published a counter-letter, signed by more than 160 rabbis, which directly refuted the accusations. Rabbi Menken noted that many of the original signatories were not even pulpit rabbis, and that most represent “open Orthodoxy,” a movement he stressed “is not in compliance with Torah Judaism.”

The CJV response stated:

“Responsibility for Suffering in Gaza assigns partial responsibility for the suffering of Gaza’s civilians to Israel. This is false; the one and only source of Gaza’s ongoing tragedy is Hamas. To state otherwise is to grant unintended support to antisemitic inversions of this obvious truth.”

The letter emphasized that Israel did not choose this war and that “Hamas — and only Hamas — bears full and exclusive responsibility for the ongoing suffering of Gaza’s population.”

Rabbi Menken highlighted Israel’s consistent efforts to transfer food, medicine, and aid into Gaza despite being under fire, pointing out that shortages occur only because Hamas seizes supplies for its fighters.

“Casting Israel as the source of starvation echoes Hamas’s false narrative and undermines Israel’s just conduct under fire,” the CJV letter warned.

Addressing the moral arguments made by the progressive rabbis, Rabbi Menken stressed that Judaism prioritizes the protection of life — beginning with one’s own. He cited Deuteronomy 4:15, Venishmartem me’od lenafshoseichem (“you shall profoundly guard your life”), and Deuteronomy 13:16, Uvi’arta hara mikirbecha (“you shall eradicate evil from your midst”).

Quoting the Medrash Tanchuma (Metzora), Rabbi Menken added:

“Whoever is kind to the cruel will end up being cruel to the kind.”

With over twice the number of rabbis signing in support, the CJV’s response underscored that mainstream Torah leadership rejects the accusations against Israel and stands firmly with the Jewish state in its war against Hamas.

What Israeli scientists are working on in the middle of a war!

The Israelis do not make islands in the shape of palm trees, towering skyscrapers, expensive hotels, nor do their leaders use cars with massive silver bodies (allusion to Dubai and the United Arab Emirates).
The pride of Israel is that its technologies will be able to be used by all humanity:

1. Tel Aviv University is developing a nasal vaccine that will protect people from Alzheimer's and stroke.

2. The Technion Institute of Technology (Haifa), has developed a simple blood test capable of detecting different types of cancer.

 3. The Ichlov Center (Tel Aviv) isolated a protein that makes colonoscopy unnecessary to detect colon cancer, with a simple blood test. Colon cancer kills about 500,000 people annually.

 4. Acne doesn't kill but does cause anxiety in teens. The Curlight Laboratory has created a cure. Emitting UV rays at high intensity, kills the bacteria that cause acne.

 5. The Given Imaging Laboratory has developed a tiny camera in the form of swallowed pills and transmits thousands of photos of the digestive tract. These high-quality photos (2 per second for 8 hours) can detect polyps, cancers, and sources of bleeding. The photos are sent to a chip that stores them and sends them to a computer. At the end of the process, the chamber is eliminated via the rectum.

6. The Hebrew University (Jerusalem) developed an electrical neurostimulator (batteries) that is implanted in the chest of Parkinson's patients, similar to the pacemaker. The emissions from this device block the nerve signals that cause tremors.

 7. The simple smell of a patient's breath can detect if a patient has lung cancer. The Russell Berrie Institute for Nanotechnology has created sensors capable of sensing and registering 42 biological markers that indicate the presence of lung cancer without the need for a biopsy.

 8. Catheterization can be dispensed with in many cases. Endopat is a device placed between the indicator fingers, which can measure the state of the arteries and predict the possibility of a heart attack in the next 7 years.

9. The University of Bar Ilan studies a new drug that fights viruses through the bloodstream. It is called Vecoy Trap, as it tricks a virus into self-destruction. Very useful to combat hepatitis, and in the future Aids and Ebola.

10. Israeli scientists at Hadassah Medical Center (Jerusalem) may have discovered the first cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, known as Lou Gehring's disease, in an Orthodox rabbi. Stephen Hawking, a famous British scientist, suffered from this disease and used methods invented by Israeli scientists to communicate.

You will never get this from the media! The world shouldn't live on bad news alone …. so spread this as good news.

Macron Posts in Arabic To Slam US visa ban against Palestinian Terrorists

French President Emmanuel Macron said the U.S. decision to deny visas to Palestinian Authority officials ahead of the UN General Assembly was “unacceptable” and must be reversed under the UN host country agreement.

Writing on X — including a version in Arabic — Macron announced that he and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will co-chair a Conference on the Two-State Solution in New York on September 22.

Macron said the goal is to rally global support for two states, calling for a permanent ceasefire, the release of hostages, massive humanitarian aid, and a Gaza stabilization mission. He added that Hamas must be disarmed and excluded from governance, while the PA is reformed and strengthened, and Gaza fully rebuilt.

“No offensive, annexation attempt, or forced displacement will derail the momentum we have created,” Macron said, vowing the conference will be a “decisive turning point for peace and security.”

Terror Leaders Abroad Freaking Out As Israel Hunts Them Down

Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reports growing anxiety among terror groups after Israel’s threats against their senior officials overseas.

Palestinian leaders outside Gaza, including in Egypt, are tightening security.

Cairo reportedly warned Israel against targeting PIJ leader Ziad al-Nakhaleh in Cairo, while Hamas officials say multiple host countries urged them to increase precautions.

Turkey has also raised security amid fears of an Israeli strike on Hamas leaders there.

Chareidie Girls High Schools in Yerushalayim Don't Want Sefardie Girls!

מי כעמך ישראל

A growing controversy has erupted in Yerushalayim amid claims of severe discrimination in admissions to girls’ high schools, with some institutions allegedly refusing entry to Sephardic students based on their family background.

In an interview aired on Channel 13, L., a 13-year-old student who has been at home for six months after failing to secure a placement, recounted her painful experience: “I’ve been home since the exams, just waiting for something to happen.”

L. said she was subjected to invasive questions during the admissions process, including where her father davens and whether her brothers attend Sephardic or Ashkenazi yeshivas. Despite excelling academically, she was rejected after being told her family was “not suitable.” One high school even suggested she change her last name to sound “less Sephardic.”

In a shocking statement, L. recalled: “The principal told me I’m a ‘berachah levatalah’ and said that even if Rav Ovadia himself came, she still wouldn’t accept me.”

L.’s mother, Michal, confirmed that several schools pressured her to change her children’s surname to improve their chances of acceptance. “I changed the last name for two of my kids, and it worked,” she said tearfully. “They’re accepted, they’re happy — but it hurts me deeply that some of my children live with one last name and others with another. We’re the same family.”

Yael, another mother of two daughters left without placements, described the toll on her children: “The worst pain I’ve ever experienced is watching my daughter sit at home in silence. My older daughter has been without a school for six months, and because of that, I wasn’t even allowed to register my younger one. She got accepted to four excellent schools in Yerushalayim, but the Chareidi Education Department decided no.”

Yael criticized the broader system: “If someone wants to open an Ashkenazi-only school, they should make it private. As long as it’s funded by taxpayer money, there cannot be admissions based on ethnicity. Opening separate schools for Sephardim isn’t a solution — it just cements the discrimination.”

Another Sephardic mother shared her devastation: “My daughter is an outstanding student. I never imagined she wouldn’t be accepted. At the last minute, they told us she was rejected. We realized it’s because we’re Sephardic. Now my daughter refuses to leave the house. She cries constantly.”

Maran Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook ztz”l - 90 Years Since His Passing

In this column I will attempt to point out the enormous contribution of Maran Rabbi Kook in building emunah (faith) and Torah in the modern era, in which darkness and light are intermingled - the most terrible horrors of exile of the ‘Footsteps of Mashiach’ and the ‘Ingathering of Exiles’, and the establishment of the State of Israel and the Atchalta de’Geulah (the beginning of Redemption).

The Modern Era

In recent generations, through the development of natural sciences, man, society and culture - human consciousness has developed and expanded greatly. Many natural phenomena that were not understood by man, were researched and became understood and explained. Thanks to scientific development, agriculture developed and food became abundantly available, production of clothing, furniture and houses improved considerably, and vaccines and medicines were found for diseases that were previously incurable. Thanks to all these, today the average person can live long and in comfortable conditions, more than the greatest kings in the past.

The Movement of Enlightenment and Haskalah

Alongside the scientific developments, the movement of Enlightenment and Haskalah crystallized in Western Europe. It strove for renewal (modernity) from the belief that man, through his thought and initiative, can change the world for the better, and solve all the problems facing him. By virtue of it, great ideas developed that hoped to repair society, such as: liberalism, democracy, socialism and communism, national movements, and even fascism, and Nazism. These ideas brought about extreme changes in the orders of society, and led to the transition from monarchical rule to democratic rule that grants rights to man and allows each citizen to express his talents in all fields, or to dictatorial rule that was intended “to repair the world.” These movements greatly accelerated the development of science and economics, and in turn, strengthened the social ideas and the need to implement them.

The success of the Enlightenment movement in strengthening initiative, creativity, research and development among the peoples of Europe and North America, created extreme wealth that was invested in accelerating the development of science and economics, and in producing sophisticated weapons. Their use enabled control of countries and continents around the world, exploitation of the natural resources and the people who lived in them, and the implanting of a foreign culture, each movement in its own way.

The War against Netanyahu

Following Likud’s victory in the 1996 elections, the Left released its war against Netanyahu. He was a formidable political rival—a native-born Israeli and American-educated, radiating youth, charisma, confidence, and sporting a highly commendable military record in the IDF. Netanyahu’s biography and attributes were ostensibly a perfect fit for the ideological and political Left, but Bibi, considering his family and his views, belonged to the nationalist camp on the Right.

Stunned by Netanyahu’s hairbreadth victory over Labor Party candidate Shimon Peres, the Left launched its campaign of de-legitimization and defamation. Tens of Hebrew University professors signed a letter in 1997 to oppose inviting the prime minister to the graduation ceremony on Mount Scopus. They considered his rhetoric divisive and damaging to democracy, and a threat to future peace negotiations with the Palestinian Arabs. This incident portended that the war against Netanyahu would take a toxic turn.

The rise of Binyamin Netanyahu to the pinnacle of politics and the extent of his extraordinary success is an exceptional Israeli story. As of 2025, he served as prime minister for a total of 18 years. The democratic election process in the parliamentary system does not impose term limits. Based on the practice of coalition governments, Netanyahu was deftly able to assure Likud rule with the collaboration of smaller parties.

Over time, Leftist aversion to Bibi turned into hatred.

Notoriously Anti-American, Anti-Israel Rep. Ilhan Omar’s Wealth Soars 3,500% To Tens Of Millions Despite Insisting She’s Poor

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), a frequent critic of Israel and one of Congress’s most controversial figures, is facing sharp scrutiny after new financial disclosures revealed she and her husband have amassed millions of dollars in assets — despite her repeated insistence that she was “barely worth thousands.”

In a February 10 post on social media, Omar claimed her annual congressional salary of $174,000 was her sole significant income. “I don’t have stock or own a home and am still paying off my student debt,” she wrote. “Maybe try checking my public financial statements and you will see I barely have thousands let alone millions.”

But her latest filing — first reported by the Washington Free Beacon — tells a different story. Omar disclosed a net worth ranging between $6 million and $30 million, fueled largely by partnership income from her husband Tim Mynett’s businesses: Rose Lake Capital, a venture capital firm valued at $5 million to $25 million, and a winery worth $1 million to $5 million.

The couple’s wealth marks a staggering 3,500% increase from 2023, when their assets were reported at just $65,000. At the end of that year, court documents showed the winery had just $650 in its bank account.

The disclosure also lists modest liabilities — $15,001 to $50,000 in long-standing student debt and a similar amount in credit card debt — but they are dwarfed by the sudden surge in assets.

Omar has previously dismissed reports of her growing fortune as “right-wing disinformation,” telling Business Insider last year: “I am a working mom with student loan debt. Unlike some of my colleagues, I am not a millionaire.”

Rabbi Blau Doubles Down on his Sick perverted Perfidy against the Only Jewish Country on the Zev Brenner Show

I have to say that I know Rabbi Blau and am very disappointed that in his golden years he turned into a traitor to his Jewish brothers and sisters!

He just made Aliyah and thinks that this gives him the right to air his twisted, leftist, vile views! The New York Times and Al Jazira aired his post to the Times of Israel! The damage this old man did can not be measured.

Listening to the interview, he totally dismisses any arguments that prove that he has been duped! He comes across as arrogant, stubborn, and outright dismissive of others.

He states that his opinions are backed by 7 agencies, but those very agencies have proven to be antisemitic and just parroting Hamas talking points.

He was given the opportunity by Zev Brenner to backtrack, yet in his arrogance and "gaaveh" he doubles down and puts down those who are trying to show him that his is an Arab Stooge!

His answers are half-truths and whole lies!

Shame on him!

Mayor of Satmar Village South Blooming Grove George Kalaj Missing for Months

Missing Mayor George Kalaj

Before you watch the video below, bring a bag of popcorn and tissues! I haven't watched something as funny as this in a very long time!

Journalist Blaisa Gomez confronts the "Assistant Mayor" Yolei Stern to ask where the Mayor is?

Of course the Mayor George Kalaj is a Mayor like I am Santa Claus.

Kalaj is a puppet of Yolei Stern who is actually running the entire village. Kalaj will never show up as no one even knows who he is or where he is! I am certain that if Kalaj were to show up to that office, the girls working there would call the police and tell the dispatcher "that a guy is trying to break in."

He was put in office because the Goyishe neighbors would never vote for a Yoilie! He is a front for Satmar Chassidim that set up their own Uganda Village near Kiryas Yoel!

Ironically it's Satmar that mocks Binyomin Zev Herzl z"l, who for a short while entertained "Uganda" in Africa as a State for Jews, a British proposal in 1903! The Zionists rejected that proposal in 1905! From 1905 onward, Herzl z"l pushed for a Jewish State in the then Palestine! Note that the failed "Uganda scheme was on the table for a total of 2 years only!

They mocked and denigrated Herzl z"l  because he initially wanted Jews to remain in Chutz Le'aaretz instead of making Aliyah to Eretz Yisrael!

Yet Satmar took that very idea from Herzl z"l and established Kiryas Yoel in Monroe in Chutz Le'aaretz  and incorporated it in 1976! KIRYAS YOEL UGANDA!

That's 49 years and going strong, not one member of KJ or for that matter South Blooming Grove has any intention of making Aliya until the "Eagles fly them there!"

No one in KJ or South Blooming Village really believes that will happen any time soon, as they are building at a feverish pace in their Ugandas!

Listening to Yolie tell Blaisa Gomez that it was "Holocaust Remembrance Day" is what made me gag on my tuna fish sandwich, as Satmar actually mocks and denigrates that very day because it was none other than the Zionists who established that day as a day of remembrance!

I'll bet that there isn't one single person in all of South Blooming Grove that knew that this was "Holocaust Remembrance Day."

Yoilie then states that he hasn't "raised taxes in two years" which is hysterical!

Kiryas Yoel, the neighboring village has a 40% poverty rate; the national average is 12.4% !  South Blooming Grove has a rate of 39.3%, yet a home in KJ is $550,000 and a home in Blooming Grove is approx. $795,000! Go figure!

But the antisemite is Blaisa Gomez!

A Huge Chillul Hashem!

54 shot, 7 killed in Chicago weekend bloodbath after Pritzker claims Trump, National Guard not needed

Bodies are piling up on the streets of Chicago over Labor Day weekend – with 54 shot, including seven killed, as President Trump and Illinois Gov. Pritzker spar over sending the National Guard into the Windy City.

At least 32 separate shootings occurred in Chicago between Friday evening and noon on Monday, according to a review of police incident reports by ABC News.

Just hours after Trump posted a message on Truth Social on Saturday criticizing Pritzker’s handling of crime in the city, at least seven people were shot around 11:10 p.m. in Bronzeville. All of the people are expected to be okay.

Trump called the governor “weak and pathetic” for dismissing the need for a National Guard presence in the Windy City in the social media post.

The president further warned “we’re coming” — suggesting some sort of federal action on crime in Chicago — if Pritzker doesn’t “straighten it out, FAST.”

“National Guard troops or any kind of troops on the streets of an American city don’t belong unless there is an insurrection, unless there is truly an emergency – and there is not,” Pritzker said of the situation in Chicago.

He also vowed to sue the Trump administration if troops are indeed deployed.

“It’s an invasion with US troops, if they in fact do that,” Pritzker argued.  “They’ll be in court pretty quickly,” he added.

Mayor Brandon Johnson also ended his speech at a “Workers Over Billionaires” march on Monday with a rallying cry of “No troops in Chicago. Invest in Chicago.”

Chicago had 573 murders in 2024, compared to 377 for New York City and 268 for Los Angeles. Chicago’s murder rate was about 22 killings per 100,000 people — compared with seven for LA and less than five for NYC.

Redemption Can Be Attained through the merits of the non-observant

Rabbi Chaim Drukman (1932-2022)

We discuss the question of how redemption and the rebuilding of Israel can take place through actions of non mitzva-observant Jews. Based on Rabbi Teichtal, Rav Kook, and the Rambam, we see that that God’s providence transcends human judgment. Even non-observant pioneers may serve as divine messengers, with their sacrifice for Israel holding profound spiritual significance.

This article is an extract from Rabbi Chaim Drukman’s book, “Step by Step,” an enlightening discussion of the process of redemption that is taking place in our generation. (Adapted and translated by Moshe Goldberg)

“We Sinned Against You with a Questioning Heart”

One of the main objections that some people have against the State of Israel is that from the very beginning the country’s main leadership were not part of the “faithful” community, but were what is termed “irreligious” or “non-observant.”

During the Holocaust, Rabbi Yissachar Teichtal changed his mind about God’s attitude towards the people living in Eretz Yisrael and while he was hiding from the Nazis he wrote his conclusions in the book Eim HaBanim Semeichah. Rabbi Teichtal writes:

I know, my son, I know, that you will challenge my position with a strong argument. If it is true that the rebuilding of our Holy Land is a sign of the imminent end of days and the beginning of the Redemption, how could most of the builders, unfortunately, desecrate Shabbat and commit other sins? They are almost like gentiles, due to our numerous sins. How could the Creator of the Universe bring the beginning of Redemption through them? Do we not maintain that "good things are brought about by good people (Shabbat 32a)"? Eim HaBanim Semeichah, pp. 183-184.

Indeed, how can it be that the Redemption we anticipated for 2,000 years; which past generations dreamed and prayed for - an expression of the hopes of Yisrael for the fulfillment of the prophecy, For the Torah will emanate from Zion and the word of God from Jerusalem (Yishayahu 2:3) - how can it be that this will be fulfilled by people who live in a way that contradicts the prophesy? These people are far removed from sanctity and purity, and some of them explicitly fight against the Torah and its mitzvot!

Here is Rabbi Teichtal’s answer:

My beloved son, although your refutation seems formidable, take heed and hear my words (see Devarim 27:9). Know, my son, that no one can fathom the deeds of He Who is Perfect in Knowledge (see Iyov 37:16). He is the God of the Universe, the Creator of All. Everything that happens in the world comes from Him. His thoughts are profound and He generates causes and effects, tying one strand to another until His decrees are fulfilled down on earth. He knows why he specifically chose these people to bring about the beginning of Redemption. (Ibid., p. 184)
