Chutzpah!!!! U.S. Stae Dept Condemns Itamar Ben Gvir’s Visit To Meir Kahane’s Kever

Crazy! Meir Kahana didn't kill anyone and in fact, he and his son were murdered, but "he was a terrorist" in fact if the Israeli Government had taken his advice we would have never had October 7!

The U.S. State Department issued a strong condemnation of Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir following the publication of photos showing him visiting the kever of Rabbi Meir Kahane HY’D, a figure regarded as an extremist by the US.

In a statement, a State Department spokesperson said, “As we’ve said on previous and similar occasions, celebrating the legacy of a terrorist and a terrorist organization is abhorrent. We strongly condemn any attempt to whitewash acts of terrorism.”

The statement underscores ongoing tensions between the U.S. and Israel over the composition of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet, in which Ben Gvir serves as a controversial figure. The minister, leader of the ultranationalist Otzma Yehudit party, has faced criticism domestically and internationally for his hardline views and actions.

Extreme Leftists Media Publish Full Page Ads in Support of the Evil AG Baharav-Miara

Two months ago, the Chotam and Bochrim B’Mishpacha organizations submitted a petition to the Jerusalem District Court against Attorney-General Gali Baharav-Mirara and the Justice Ministry, demanding to reveal the number of times a government entity was forced to request alternative legal representation.

The goal of the petition is to reveal how often Baharav-Miara, who was hired to represent the government, presented a stance contrary to that of the government – forcing ministers to request private legal counsel.

The petition was filed after the organizations requested the data several times under the Freedom of Information Law but did not receive a response.

Michael Puah, the chairman of Bochrim B’Mishpacha, said: “Attorney-General Baharav-Miara behaves in a confrontational way, not only towards the Israeli government but also toward Am Yisrael. Her contempt for the law, as is evident from her conduct, is disgraceful. It is time to dismiss her and appoint an attorney-general who has the interests of the state of Israel and Am Yisrael in mind.”

In the wake of the recent outcry against Baharav-Miara after she was forced to appear in the Knesset per the law, including a huge banner slamming her lack of action against the constant incitement against Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and members of his government, some leftists paid for full-page ads in support of the attorney general. The ads, which appeared in Israel’s major newspapers on Wednesday morning, featured a photo of Baharav-Miara and stated: “Continue to preserve the rule of law for all of us.”

Chareidi businessman Yaakov Halperin heaped scorn on the leftists who paid for the ads but hid their identities by signing – “Israel’s Business Forum.”

Speaking on Army Radio on Wednesday, Halperin said: “The ‘Business Forum’ doesn’t exist. It’s a few individuals who decided to take a crown for themselves. What’s the problem? Because I also have a business and others have businesses – but they included us in [the ‘forum’]. What did they do in the newspaper ads? They established that the attorney-general represents the ‘Business Forum.’ By what authority do you crown yourselves as a ‘Business Forum’?

Army Radio: “Or they could just put their business logos on it.”

Halperin (laughing)“Of course, they won’t do that because they’re afraid. These are people who took a scepter that doesn’t belong to them and included all of us in it. There’s no such thing as the ‘Business Forum’ –  check the Companies Registrar, check the Nonprofits Registrar.”

Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana wrote: “I have news for the ‘Business Forum.’ She doesn’t guard the rule of law, nor for the sake of ‘all of us’ – rather, it guards the rule of the jurists, and those who have not yet come to terms with the idea of democracy.”

“The law is established by the legislative authority (the Knesset) through a decision made by the lawmakers’ (Knesset members) majority vote, who represent the sovereign (the people).

It is possible to object to laws or lawmakers, and if the public wishes to replace its representatives, whether it is disgusted by their legislation, their actions, their behavior, or the color of their eyes – it has the right and opportunity to do so periodically.

“The rule of the jurists, who have taken powers and authority that the legislator or the public has never granted them, cannot be replaced by the public.

“And therefore, democracy is:

Yes to the rule of law.

No to the rule of jurists.”

US Vetoes UN Resolution Demanding a Cease-Fire in Gaza

The United States vetoed a U.N. resolution demanding an immediate cease-fire in the war in Gaza on Wednesday because it is not linked to an immediate release of hostages taken captive by Hamas in Israel in October 2023.

The U.N. Security Council voted 14-1 in favor of the resolution sponsored by the 10 elected members on the 15-member council, but it was not adopted because of the U.S. veto.

The resolution that was put to a vote “demands an immediate, unconditional and permanent cease-fire to be respected by all parties, and further reiterates its demand for the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages.”

Multiple DOJ, FBI Officials Weigh Lawyering Up in Fear of Being ‘Criminally Investigated’

Multiple former and current DOJ and FBI officials are considering hiring lawyers “in anticipation of being criminally investigated” by the incoming Trump administration, three people with knowledge of their deliberations told NBC News.

The preemptive initiative underscores a serious belief that President-elect Donald Trump will make good on his promise to purge the federal government of rogue and corrupt actors within the administrative state.

Last week, Trump transition adviser Mark Paoletta warned DOJ career attorneys that subverting, undermining, or sabotaging Trump’s incoming agenda will be cause for termination.

Paoletta cited examples of potential policies the DOJ might have to implement, such as deporting illegal aliens, securing the southern border, banning race-based affirmative action, investigating antisemitism, halting big tech censorship, and granting pardons and commutations to January 6 defendants.

“Everything we did was aboveboard,” a former senior FBI official  alleged on NBC News. “But this is a different world.”

Some career Justice Department officials cried after Trump won the election, according to the report, due to the realization that Trump would likely try to rid the administrative state of a cesspool of corruption.

The term “administrative state” describes the phenomenon of unaccountable and unelected administrative agencies, including the national security  apparatus, exercising power to create and enforce their own rules. The administrative state uses its rule-making ability to essentially usurp the separation of powers between the three branches of government by creating a so-called fourth branch of government not formed by the Constitution.

In October 2021 Trump signed an executive order (EO) to reclassify federal government employees into Schedule F, which would have allowed the president to enhance accountability, including job performance accountability, within the bureaucratic agencies. “You have some people that are protected that shouldn’t be protected,” Trump said in April about Schedule F.

President Joe Biden canceled the order in 2021, but with Trump’s victory, he could reimplement the executive order and purge the unelected technocrats artificially running the federal government. “It would effectively upend the modern civil service, triggering a shock wave across the bureaucracy,” Axios concluded in 2022 about the EO’s potential impact.

Many unelected bureaucrats within the administrative state use their position to inflict their own agenda on citizens. For instance, before the “laptop from hell” story broke in 2020, 51 intel officials signed a letter that insinuated Hunter’s laptop was Russian disinformation. Politico peddled the letter under the title “Hunter Biden story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former intel officials say.” The 51 signatories, however, seemingly knew the Politico story was false at the time because the FBI had the laptop that Hunter had abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop. President Joe Biden cited the story during a 2020 presidential debate with Trump to discredit the laptop’s contents. The story was reportedly planted by now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken for Biden to use during the event.

Top CIA, National Intelligence Watchdogs Resign Before Trump Takes Office

Inspectors general for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) are heading for the exit before the new Trump administration takes power, the Project on Government Oversight (POGO) reported Monday.

The departure of the agency watchdogs represents some of the first officials to remove themselves from the administrative state before President-elect Donald Trump takes office. Trump has vowed rid the federal bureaucracy of rogue and corrupt actors.

To carry out those reforms, Trump nominated John Ratcliffe, the former director of national intelligence from 2020 to 2021, to lead the CIA. He also nominated Tulsi Gabbard, a former Democrat congresswoman from Hawaii, to be Director of National Intelligence.

POGO reported on the departures of ODNI Inspector General Thomas Monheim and his counterpart at the CIA, Robin Ashton:

One of the departing inspectors general, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s Thomas Monheim, first took his watchdog role after Trump fired his predecessor Michael Atkinson in the spring of 2020. Atkinson had transmitted a whistleblower complaint to Congress that sparked Trump’s first impeachment in 2019.

Monheim and his counterpart at the CIA, Robin Ashton, were both nominated by Biden and confirmed by the Senate in 2021 (Monheim began serving as acting inspector general the year before, during the first Trump administration).

Appointed by the president and housed within executive agencies, inspectors general investigate waste, fraud, and abuse of power and are responsible for reporting wrongdoing both to agency directors and to Congress. Oversight by inspectors general has long been considered to be more important when both the executive branch and Congress are under control of the same political party.

The term “administrative state” specifically describes the phenomenon of unaccountable and unelected administrative agencies, including the national security apparatus, exercising power to create and enforce their own rules. The administrative state uses its rule-making ability to essentially usurp the separation of powers between the three branches of government by creating a so-called fourth branch of government not formed by the Constitution.

Time to expose Israel's Deep State

Ehud Barak the Traitor

The news cycle here in Israel is moving fast, in a turbo-speed crusade to try to take down Netanyahu.

Basically, the ongoing Deep State agenda to take down Netanyahu is similar to the ongoing Deep State agenda in the US to take down Trump, and probably also motivated by an effort to stop Netanyahu from being in power at the same time as President Trump, to prevent the work they would be able to do to together to strengthen Israel's position in the region and the world.

No matter how bad things seem, remember this: a deep state exposed is a deep state that is losing its power and influence because its success is in being deep and hidden. Once it is no longer hidden, it is on the path to oblivion.

I'm sure we will still have many challenges ahead, both in Israel and the US, in overcoming Israel's Deep State, but hold on to your faith in Hashem. We will overcome it.

While we’re facing enemies like Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran on the battlefield, we’re also up against a powerful enemy at home—a Deep State within Israel that’s undermining our war effort and targeting Prime Minister Netanyahu and his government. This is more than just politics. *It’s a battle over the very future of Israel.*

Breakthrough in disappearance of Yoram Fliter 31 near Beit Shemesh

A year after the disappearance of Yoram Fliter, aged 31, his prepaid bus card (Rav Kav) has been located in a forest near Beit Shemesh.

The Israel Dog Unit, a nonprofit specializing in working dogs, along with members of his family, located the card on Sunday during a special day of searching to mark one year since his disappearance. Fliter has been considered missing since his vehicle was discovered a year ago in the parking lot of a national park near Beit Shemesh.

Following the discovery of the card, the search was extended into a second day, during which additional evidence was located and sent for forensic examination.

Israel Dog Unit director Yekutiel Ben-Yaakov commented “This was a miracle, there is no other way to describe it. On the anniversary of his disappearance, his brother discovered his bus card, despite dense vegetation along the trail where we were searching. This represents a significant breakthrough. In the coming days we will be expanding our search in this area in the hopes of reaching Yoram, and there is a chance we will soon know what became of him.”

Ben-Gvir Reveals Disturbing Story About The Attorney-General

National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir spoke at the start of an Otzma Yehudit party meeting on Monday and revealed that Attorney-General Gali Baharav-Miara tried to fabricate a criminal case against him.

“This story,” Ben-Gvir began, “should shake the foundations. It also shows the working methods of the attorney-general. Unfortunately, the picture I get is that she does what she wants, with no limits or checks, and what I’m about to tell you illustrates this.”

“A few months ago, one of the attorney-general’s deputies visited the police’s Lahav 443 crime unit. I am aware of this story, not from the police, but from a source in the prosecution who came to me and said, ‘Listen, Minister, my conscience is bothering me, and I want to tell you what happened there.'”

“The deputy had requested to launch a criminal investigation against me regarding the distribution of weapons, which by the way, is a reform I’m proud of and which has proven time and again – on the streets, in results, in preventing attacks, and in thwarting massacres – how right I was.” [Following October 7, Ben-Gvir led an initiative to loosen the strict criteria required for civilians to receive gun licenses. In some cases, civilians who received guns under the new criteria used them to neutralize terrorists.]

“The Lahav staff responded to the prosecutor, saying, ‘There is nothing, there is nothing at all, everything is clean, we have nothing to base an investigation on.'”

“The deputy returned to the attorney-general, told her these things and was berated for being too lenient. The attorney-general then sent another deputy of hers, someone who’s stubborn. This time the attorney-general didn’t ask, she gave an order, ‘Investigate, find me something against the minister.'”

Ben Gvir continued: “I don’t know what happened since that investigation, several months have passed. I assume it was closed, and if it wasn’t closed, it will be closed. After all, I say this again, I am proud of the weapons distribution reform. But that is not what is important. What is important here is the behavior of the attorney general, who simply…seeks to open investigations against politicians and engage in targeted actions against them.”

“I decided to expose this story because we are currently in the midst of very, very difficult events. The attorney-general, it should be said, wants to carry out a coup against democracy, to oust a sitting prime minister, to oust a minister, without even having any… foundational legal basis for this. And her people are operating in an extraordinarily egregious manner, unlike anything seen since the founding of the state.”

“The investigation of the prime minister’s advisor, the leaks, the story of the people surrounding the prime minister, reveal her work methods. She has refrained from investigating dozens, if not hundreds of leaks, against me, against the prime minister, and within the cabinet, but she chooses to investigate what she wants, how she wants, and where she wants.”
