Trump Celebrates Resignation of Rep. Marjorie Traitor Greene from Congress

President Trump hailed Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s surprising resignation announcement Friday as “great news” for America.

“I think it’s great news for the country,” Trump told ABC News during a brief phone call.

“It’s great,” he added.

The president indicated that Greene (R-Ga.) did not share her plans with him ahead of her social media post announcing her intention to leave office on Jan. 5, 2026, and said he had no plans to speak with her.

“Nah, it doesn’t matter, you know? But I think it’s great,” Trump said. “I think she should be happy

The president offered further reaction early Saturday in a Truth Social post in which he slammed the Georgia congresswoman.

“Marjorie ‘Traitor’ Brown, because of PLUMMETING Poll Numbers, and not wanting to face a Primary Challenger with a strong Trump Endorsement (where she would have no chance of winning!), has decided to call it ‘quits,’ ” Trump wrote in a 6:45 a.m. post.

“Her relationship with the WORST Republican Congressman in decades, Tom Massie of Kentucky, also known as Rand Paul Jr. because he votes against the Republican Party (and really good legislation!), did not help her,” he continued.

“For some reason, primarily that I refused to return her never-ending barrage of phone calls, Marjorie went BAD,” Trump wrote, before adding, “Nevertheless, I will always appreciate Marjorie, and thank her for her service to our Country!”

Greene, who had been one of Trump’s staunchest supporters, caught the president’s ire after criticizing his administration’s handling of documents related to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and breaking with the commander in chief on several policy issues.

Last week, Trump withdrew his endorsement of Greene and called for the congresswoman to face a primary challenge ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

The president signaled that he would endorse Greene’s challenger.

“I have too much self-respect and dignity, love my family way too much, and do not want my sweet district to have to endure a hurtful and hateful primary against me by the President we all fought for, only to fight and win my election while Republicans will likely lose the midterms,” Greene said in her resignation letter.

“It’s all so absurd and completely unserious,” she continued. “I refuse to be a ‘battered wife’ hoping it all goes away and gets better.”

Greene’s departure will narrow the GOP’s slim majority in the House, where 219 Republicans and 213 Democrats are currently seated.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), whom Greene tried oust last year, did not have advanced knowledge of Greene’s resignation announcement, a source told NBC News.

A House GOP aide described Greene’s plans to resign to The Post as a “vindictive” move to deliberately “f—k” over the majority.

The White House and Johnson’s office did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

Trump remains silent as Mamdani accuses Israel of genocide

The New York City mayor-elect, Zohran Mamdani, met on Friday with U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House, after several weeks of tensions between the two.

After the meeting, Mamdani repeated his claims that the government of Israel is carrying out "genocide in Gaza," and said that the U.S. government is funding those actions.

"“I shared with the president in our meeting about the concern that many New Yorkers have about wanting their tax dollars to go toward the benefit of New Yorkers and their ability to afford basic dignity. There’s a desperate need not only for the following of human rights but also the following through on the promises we’ve made New Yorkers. We've spoken about the Israeli government committing genocide and I’ve spoken about our government funding it."

President Trump did not respond to those remarks during the meeting with reporters. When Mamdani was asked about the president's efforts to advance agreements in the Middle East, he replied "I appreciate all efforts toward peace. We’re tired of seeing our tax dollars fund endless wars, and I also believe that we have to follow through on the international human rights, and I know that still today those are being violated, and that continues to be work that has to be done, no matter where we’re speaking of.”

Later, Trump was asked about Mamdani's threat to detain Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he comes to New York, and he briefly answered, "We did not discuss that."

In addition, Mamdani's spokeswoman Dora Pekec, referenced his recent objections to the Nefesh B'Nefesh event held ina New York synagogue: "The Mayor-elect has discouraged the language used at last night’s protest and will continue to do so. He believes every New Yorker should be free to enter a house of worship without intimidation, and that these sacred spaces should not be used to promote activities in violation of international law."

Trump made light of reporters asking Mamdani if Trump was a fascist, telling Mamdani "Just say yes, it's easier."

‘Antisemitic’ activist Linda Sarsour: Mamdani mayoral win shows hating Israel can ‘send you to City Hall’

Zohran Mamdani’s Election Day victory is proof that hating the Jewish State is actually a plus with NYC voters, radical pro-Palestine activist Linda Sarsour declared this week.

“Being unequivocally in solidarity with the Palestinian people, being able to look at what’s happening in Palestine, and calling it genocide, supporting nonviolent, resistance to apartheid in the form of the [anti-Israel] Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions [movement], for example, is in fact not a political liability,” Sarsour said Wednesday to 240 predominately like-minded haters during a webinar hosted by her Muslim advocacy group MPower Change.

“It actually sends you to City Hall.”

Satmar Joins Pro-Hamas Demonstration against Nefesh Be'Nefesh Event screaming "Death to the IDF"

Death to the IDF’: Pro-Ham*sActivists Rally Outside NYC Synagogue Event*

That’s what a mob of pro-Ham*s activists screamed outside a Nefesh B’Nefesh event at Park East Synagogue in NYC last night.

They chanted “Resistance is glorious,” “Intifada revolution,” and “Take another settler out.”
This is exactly the kind of chaos New Yorkers can expect in a Mamdani-run NYC.

Rabbi Elchanon Poupko told JBN:
“The war in Gaza is over. This is not about Gaza — this is a war on the Jewish people. How did the NYPD permit this horror?”

Mamzarani says that Nefesh Be"Nefesh Event Violates International Law!

Zohran Mamdani, distanced himself from a widely criticized demonstration outside a prominent synagogue in Manhattan on Wednesday night, where anti-Israel protesters were heard chanting “Death to the IDF” and “Globalize the intifada,” among other slogans, even as he suggested that the event, which provided information on immigrating to Israel, violated international law.

“The mayor-elect has discouraged the language used at last night’s protest and will continue to do so,” a spokesperson for Mamdani, Dora Pekec, said in a statement to Jewish Insider on Thursday. “He believes every New Yorker should be free to enter a house of worship without intimidation, and that these sacred spaces should not be used to promote activities in violation of international law.”

The protest, organized by an anti-Zionist group, took place outside Park East Synagogue, a historic Modern Orthodox congregation, at which an event was being held by Nefesh B’nefesh, a nonprofit that assists in Jewish immigration to Israel from North America.

Asked to clarify the concluding caveat from Pekec’s statement, Mamdani’s team said it “was specifically in reference to the organization’s promotion of settlement activity beyond the Green Line,” which “violates international law.”

Curios how Jews ever Worshipped Idols??? Come to Meron and Watch Satmar Rebbe & His Chassidim Openly Violate a Torah Prohibition

Thousands of people are expected to gather in Meron on Saturday night for a large bonfire event led by Rabbi Aharon Teitelbaum, the Satmar Rebbe of Kiryas Joel, New York, as part of his two-week visit to Israel.

The gathering is anticipated to be one of the largest ultra-Orthodox assemblies in Israel this year, drawing Satmar followers from across the country and abroad, including sizable groups traveling from the United States.

THE DARKEI EMORI FIRE DANCE

EMAILIM BATORAH

Dancing in front of a fire would be an איסור דאורייתא
of ובחקתיהם לא תלכו.

Some might claim that dancing in front of a fire in Miron
is an accepted מנהג בישראל, and they will argue that it can’t
be wrong when you have thousands of Yidden & Rebbes
dancing around the fire.

The same argument was probably also used when there
were thousands of Yidden worshipping the עגל הזהב.

Perhaps, those planning to dance in front of the fire
should consult their מורה הוראה if this איסור דאורייתא is no
longer applicable today, and why not?

Chareidim protest Satmar Visit in Beit Shemesh

הפגנת קיצונים כעת ברח' נחל קישון המשקיף על שכונת רמת אברהם כנגד ביקורו של האדמו"ר מסאטמר שם היום
It seems that the Beit Shemesh Chareidim don't think that R' Aron Teitelbaum is extreme enough after all he married a Zionist, the Viznitzer Rebbe's daughter!

Mamdani isn’t even mayor yet, and angry leftist mobs are already gathering outside New York City synagogues. This is going to get much worse.
