גדולי ישראל שיצאו נגד מנהג ההילולא בל"ג בעומר

לחדש מועד שלא מוזכר בש"ס ובפוסקים? | ההילולא היא לרשב"י לא לנו | "לא ידעתי אם רשאים לעשות כן"...  כתב מרן החתם סופר | וכיצד נהגו האר"י וגוריו לדעתו של בעל השאול ומשיב? | הלכה ומנהג (יהדות)

יום ל"ג בעומר וחגיגות ההילולא בציון הקודש הוא מנהג עתיק יומין שהחל עוד מימות האר"י הקודש ועד לימינו אנו. בספרות הקבלה, הראשונים והאחרונים וכמובן בספרי החסידות, יום 'ל"ג בעומר" מקבל חשיבות מיוחדת. אך לצד כל זאת שניים מגדולי ישראל שדווקא ראו את מנהגי יום ל"ג בעומר בחדשנות יתירה.

המפורסם שבהם הוא מרן החתם סופר זצ"ל שכתב בשו"ת שלו (ח"ב יו"ד ס' רלג):

"אמנם ידעתי כי שמעתי שעכשיו אכשיר דרי וממרחק יבואו ידרושו את ה' בעה"ק צפת ביום ל"ג בעומר בהלולא דרשב"י ז"ל ואם כי כל כוונתם לש"ש שכרם רב בלי ספק ע"ד ודיגולו ודליקו נרות עלי אהבה

"אבל מטעם זה בעצמו הייתי אני מן הפרושים כבן דרותאי שלא אצטרך להיות יושב שם ומשנה מנהגם בפניהם ושלא ארצה להתחבר עמהם בזה כי כבר כמה כרכורי כרכר בפר"ח... בקונטרס מנהגי איסור שלו על המקומות שעושים י"ט ביום שנעשה להם נס ..אבל לקבוע מועד שלא נעשה בו נס ולא הוזכר בש"ס ופוסקים בשום מקום ורמז ... וטעמי' גופא לא ידענא ... מ"מ לעשותו יום שמחה והדלקה ובמקום ידוע דוקא שיהי' תל תלפיות שהכל נפנים לשם לא ידעתי אם רשאים לעשות כן...

"וכבר עלה בלבי לומר לפמ"ש רמב"ן באגרת הנפלא שלו שכל מקום המקודש יותר מחברו חרוב ושמם יותר מחברו ע"כ הואיל ובעו"ה עדיין לא הגיע עד עתה זמן בנינו ע"כ הי' זאת כדי שלא יתישב ירושלים ביתר עז כי לא זכינו לכך מי יתן ויזכני הי"ת להיות ממישבים של ירושלים ועכ"פ לא ממהרסים וממחריבים ח"ו להאריך גלות ישרא"ל.

גם רבה של למברג רבי יוסף שאול הלוי נתנזון בעל שו"ת שואל ומשיב מגדולי המשיבי ההלכה הנודעים כתב בסגנון חריף עוד יותר נגד הנעשה בהילולת הרשב"י וקובל על כך שההילולא פשטה צורה ולבשה צורה שונה מזמנו של האר"י והבית יוסף.  

כאן המקום לציין שבעל השואל ומשיב למרות שלא היה חסיד אך עמד בקשרי ידידות עם האדמו"רים שבתקופתו ונתן הסכמות לספרי חסידות כמו  לספר "שער היחוד והאמונה" של רבי אהרן מסטרשלה  או כמו כן בהסכמה נלהבת נגד החרם בירושלים על הרבי מצאנז בעל הדברי חיים אותו הוא מכנה:" מאור הגולה צדיק יסוד עולם אשר אמרנו בצלו נחיה מו"ה חיים הלברשטאם נ"י ואבד"ק צאנז אשר עד עולם לא יכבה שמו".

ובכל זאת ביומא דהילולא לשיטתו יש להתענות ואין המקום והזמן לשמוח וכך כתב (שואל ומשיב מ"ה סי' ל״ט):

"יו"ט של כל ישראל שכלם שמחים בהלולא דרשב"י אבל באמת גם שם תמהתי דהרי אדרבא במות צדיק וחכם יש להתענות ואנו מתענין על מיתת צדיקים ואיך נעשה יו"ט במות רבינו הגדול רשב"י ז"ל ובמות מבחר היצורים משה רבינו ע"ה אנו עושין ז' אדר בכל שנה ואם הזוהר קרא הלולא דרשב"י היינו לו שבודאי שמחה לו שהלך למנוחה אבל אותנו עזב לאנחה...

"ומה אעשה כי בעו"ה לא ישמעו בזה לקול המורים וכבר אמרו כשם שמצוה לומר דבר הנשמע וכו' ובפרט בדבר שנהגו וחושבין ההמון שמצוה הם עושין שקשה לפרוש וישראל קדושי' ורוצים לזכות במצוה ופשיטא שבימי האר"י ושאר קדושים אשר בארץ לא היו עושים רק לימוד על קברו ותפלות ותחנונים שבמותו וביום זה יתעורר רחמים על ישראל ופשיטא שהב"י וסייעתו לא היו מניחים לעשות כזאת ורק אח"כ נתפשט המנהג ואח"כ חשבו למנהג קדום ומתייראים שלא יענשו ח"ו ואני ערב להם שאם היו לוקחים אותו ממון והיו מפרנסים עניי א"י בזה שיותר הי' ניחא לרשב"י והנאה לו והנאה לעולם". ע"כ.

אך כמובן ש'מנהג ישראל תורה הוא' והנוהגים לשמוח ולחוגג ביום ל"ג בעומר יש להם על מי שסימכו.

Father-son Hamas terrorists casually describe taking turns raping Israeli woman, then executing her, in bone-chilling video

 

Bone-chilling new footage shows a Hamas terrorist and his teenage son casually telling Israeli interrogators how they took turns raping a woman, then executed her during the Oct. 7 terror rampage.

Jamal Hussein Ahmad Radi, 47, and his 18-year-old son, Abdallah, were seized by the Israel Defense Forces in the Gaza Strip this spring and subsequently questioned about the terror attack, the Daily Mail revealed.

Jamal described finding a woman who was “screaming” and “crying” in a house at Kibbutz Nir Oz, a community near the Israel-Gaza border,

“I did what I did, I raped her,” he said nonchalantly.

“I threatened her with my gun to take her clothes off, I remember she was wearing jean shorts, that’s about it,” he added.

Jamal claimed that he did not know what happened to the woman after the rape, but his teen son told the interrogator that his father killed the desperate victim.

“My father raped her, then I did and then my cousin did and then we left but my father killed the woman after we finished raping her,” Abdallah said in his own interview tape.

In the footage, Jamal was handcuffed and dressed in a gray tracksuit while sitting in front of an Israeli flag.

“In each house where we found someone, we either killed them or kidnapped them,” he said.

Of the 400 residents of Kibbutz Nir Oz, at least 20 were killed on Oct. 7 and 80 were kidnapped.

Jamal appeared unfazed as he explained in horrifying detail how he entered one home and killed the couple who were hiding inside.

“In the first house, I found a woman and her husband, and we hit them with fire and killed them … they were in their late 40s,” he recalled.

The chilling videos of Jamal and Abdallah’s interviews quickly went around on social media, where disgusted viewers noted how casually both men discussed the atrocities.

Heidi Bachram — whose in-laws were killed and abducted in the Oct. 7 attack — wrote on X that Jamal was a “sociopath.”

The father and son’s interviews was released shortly after the Hostages and Missing Families Forum shared the sickening body camera footage of Hamas terrorists gloating over the blood-spattered faces of five female Israeli soldiers.

In the video, the terrorists could be heard making plans to sexually assault the women.

“Here are the girls who can get pregnant,” one of the gunmen said.

The bloodied soldiers were identified as Liri Albag, Karina Ariev, Agam Berger, Daniella Gilboa and Naama Levy.

All five are still being held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip, the Hostages and Missing Families forum said.

Moshe Tur-Paz, of Israel’s centrist Yesh Atid party, said the body camera video should galvanize the government to bring the remaining hostages home after over seven months of war.

 A former Charedi who left his community at a young age and gave up his religion, has written a book about a year he spent living in Mea Shearim.

Tuvia Tenenbom is the son and grandson of Charedi rabbis. He says that before moving into perhaps the most Charedi neighborhood in the world, he was warned by many that the locals would treat him harshly and even “throw stones”.

His new book, “Careful, Beauties Ahead! My Year with the Ultra-Orthodox”, is the story of life in Mea Shearim. It offers a captivating look into the life, traditions, and humanity of the Charedi community.

The acclaimed author is the son and grandson of multiple Rebbes of a large Hasidic dynasty back in Poland. Tuvia and his wife immersed themselves in the community, and what they discovered was surprising and enlightening, challenging many of their preconceptions.

Watch the amazing interview below, in which Tuvia says that contrary to what many warned him would happen, the Charedi community warmly embraced him and gave him an extremely positive experience.
