Biden's Close Friend Mahmoud Al-Habbash threatens Israel with more "October 7s

Palestinian Authority (PA) chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ Advisor on Religious Affairs and Islamic Relations, Mahmoud Al-Habbash, and a close Biden/Blinken confidante threatened Israel with more massacres.

“If the Palestinian cause will not be justly, comprehensively, and permanently resolved, at least on the basis of international legitimacy, at least on the basis of the UN resolutions, then October 7 can repeat itself 100 times, and perhaps even more seriously,” Habbash said in a video posted to his Facebook page on May 18, and translated by Palestinian Media Watch.

Habbash, like many PA officials, has a history of inciting statements against Israel.

In 2017, he blasted the security measures taken by Israel following a terror attack on the Temple Mount, saying they constitute a blatant violation of the conventions and decisions of international institutions regarding the status of Jerusalem and its holy sites.

Also that year, Habbash gave a sermon which was attended by Abbas himself, during which he warned the US against moving its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Doing so, Habbash said at the time, would be a “declaration of war”.

In 2018, he compared Israel’s restrictions on access to the Al-Aqsa Mosque to Nazi methods.

In 2022, after Abbas accused Israel of committing “50 holocausts” against Palestinian Arabs, Habbash defended the statement, claiming that that “all the leaders of the [Israeli] occupation joined together in attacking Abbas, because he is defending his people and he wants to remind the world of the massacres against them.”

Now that Gallant Was Also Included in "Warrant for Arrest" together with Sinwar, The Left Gantz, Lapid, Herzog & Katzare backing Netanyhu

I have to laugh! The left keeps screaming that Netanyahu is a criminal, in an attempt to overthrow the elections. But Hashem has other plans, He sends the ICC to issue an arrest warrant for Galant as well, a warrant lumped together with Netanyahu and Sinwar!

Ha Ha! So Galant the spokesperson for the left and who just last week threatened to leave the government (he has since rescinded) is called a person "that is starving the poor Gazan children"

Now, if the ICC had just issued a warrant for Netanyahu, they would have celebrated, but now that the ICC considers Gallant a criminal like Sinwar and Netanyahu, the left suddenly woke up and is slamming the ICC!

Who says that Hashem doesn't have a sense of humor!

Israeli politicians on Monday slammed the decision of the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, to issue arrest warrants for Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for “war crimes” along with the leaders of the murderous Hamas terror organization.

Minister Benny Gantz said: “The State of Israel is waging one of the most just wars after the massacre by the Hamas terrorist organization against its citizens and is fighting in the most moral manner in history while complying with international law and having its own strong and independent judiciary. Drawing a parallel between the leaders of a country that is defending its citizens with bloodthirsty terrorists is moral blindness and a violation of its duty and ability to protect its citizens. Accepting the prosecutor’s position will be a historic disgrace that will always be remembered.

Opposition leader Yair Lapid called the decision “unforgivable” and in a call to the Biden administration said: “I expect the administration to stand behind us and for Congress to convene and condemn the arrest warrants.”

Foreign Minister Yisrael Katz said: “The outrageous decision by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague is an unrestrained frontal assault on the victims of October 7th and our 128 hostages in Gaza. While Hamas murderers and rapists commit crimes against humanity against our brothers and sisters, the Prosecutor mentions in the same breath the Prime Minister and Defense Minister of Israel alongside the vile Nazi-like monsters of Hamas – a historical disgrace that will be remembered forever.

“I have instructed the immediate establishment of a special command center at the Foreign Ministry, with all professional entities, aimed at fighting against the decision intended primarily to shackle Israel’s hands and prevent it from exercising its right to self-defense. I intend to speak with foreign ministers of leading countries around the world to urge them to oppose the Prosecutor’s decision and declare that even if warrants are issued, they do not intend to enforce them against Israeli leaders. No power in the world will prevent us from bringing back all our hostages and toppling the Hamas terror regime.”

President Isaac Herzog said: “The announcement of the prosecutor at the ICC is beyond outrageous, and shows the extent to which the international judicial system is in danger of collapsing. Taken in bad faith, this one-sided move represents a unilateral political step that emboldens terrorists around the world and violates all the basic rules of the court according to the principle of complementarity and other legal norms.”

“Hamas’ leaders are oppressive dictators guilty of launching mass murder, mass rape, and mass kidnappings of men, women, children and babies. Any attempt to draw parallels between these atrocious terrorists and a democratically elected government of Israel – working to fulfill its duty to defend and protect its citizens entirely in adherence to the principles of international law – is outrageous and cannot be excepted by anyone.

Satmar Branch Called "Neturei Karta" Express “Shock And Sorrow” Over Iranian President’s Death

Neturei Karta published this message on their official Instagram account:

“With great shock and sorrow, our Jewish community true to the Torah from around the world received the sad news of the tragic passing of the honorable president of Iran, H.E. Ebrahim Raisi, and the foreign minister H.E. Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, and their accompanying delegation. Iran has lost great leaders.

“As Jews, we mourn the loss of men who had a special friendship and expressed exceptional warmth and respect to Jews, the worldwide Jewish community, Judaism, and of course to the flourishing Jewish community in Iran. We as religious Jewish Rabbis have had the privilege to meet both of these great men, and we witnessed firsthand their wisdom, friendship and hospitality.

“May the Almighty with his compassion bring condolences to their families and to the entire Iranian nation, and may their souls be blessed by the Almighty and rest in peace. May God protect and bless Iran and guide them in this complex and difficult period. May Iran continue to be led into a bright future by blessed and just leaders.

“Rest in peace, President Ebrahim Raisi. You were an amazing leader to your people and to the great nation of Iran. You were also a wonderful human being with a good heart who wanted what was best for humanity. May you rest in peace. The world won’t be the same without you.

Filmed Minutes Before the "Butchers" Death!

Shame on the USA ..US Stands in the UN for a Moment of Silence for the "Butcher" In the US Senate the Chaplain "Mourns the Death " SICK!!

 *SHAMEFUL*

The UN Security Council, including the US representative, Linda  Thomas-Greenfield, stood for a moment of silence to honor the deceased President of Iran Ebrahim Raisi AKA “The butcher of Tehran”.

US Senate Chaplain  Barry Black’s opening prayer:

“Lord, we pray for the Iranian people who mourn the death of their president."

Biden Admin Sends Iran Condolences After Death of Vicious Monster

The Biden administration sent “official condolences” to the Iranian regime following the death of the Butcher of Tehran.

Jewish Billionaire Bill Ackman tweeted, “This is crazy. What is going on? Did we send condolences to Germany when Hitler died?”

“The United States expresses its official condolences for the death of Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi, foreign minister [Hossein] Amir-Abdollahian, and other members of their delegation in a helicopter crash in northwest Iran,” State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said in a statement. “As Iran selects a new president, we reaffirm our support for the Iranian people and their struggle for human rights and fundamental freedoms.”

Raisi was known for leading chants of “death to America” during public events in Iran. In February, during a rally in which onlookers burned American and Israeli flags, he slammed the U.S. for supporting “the Zionist regime’s crimes against humanity in Gaza.”

“I say to the enemies; you want to hear the word of the people? These are the great people of Iran,” Raisi was quoted as saying, as the crowd chanted “death to America” and “death to Israel.”

Raisi, “the Butcher of Tehran”—was one of the main architects of a 1988 massacre in Iran that killed around 5,000 regime opponents. Raisi at the time served on the hardline government’s “death committee” that issued death sentences to scores of political dissidents.

Academy Award winner George Clooney,'s Wife Amal Clooney helped convince ICC prosecutors to issue arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu

Amal Clooney played an instrumental role in making the case for the International Criminal Court (ICC) to prosecute Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas leaders for suspected war crimes in Israel and Gaza.

Clooney announced on the Clooney Foundation for Justice website Monday that she was asked by the ICC to join a panel of international legal experts to evaluate evidence of suspected war crimes.

After an extensive legal review, the panel determined unanimously that the ICC has jurisdiction over crimes committed in the course of Israel’s war against Hamas, recommending both Hamas and Israeli leaders be held accountable.

“We unanimously conclude that there are reasonable grounds to believe that Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif and Ismail Haniyeh have committed war crimes and crimes against humanity, including hostage-taking, murder and crimes of sexual violence,” Clooney wrote of the panel’s determination.

Israeli leadership did not escape the recommendations of the panel, which singled out both Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and hardline Israel Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for crimes against humanity including “starvation as a method of warfare, murder, persecution and extermination.”

Clooney, 46, an accomplished Lebanese British human rights lawyer, co-founded the Clooney Foundation for Justice with her husband, Academy Award winner George Clooney.

Joining Clooney on the panel were a range of international legal experts and academic advisers in international law, including international humanitarian law and international criminal law. Two members were former judges at criminal tribunals at The Hague.

Clooney was a vocal proponent of prosecuting war crimes committed in Ukraine, even addressing a UN panel in April 2022 when she called the war-torn country “a slaughterhouse.”

However, she has up until now weathered scattered criticism online for a perceived reticence about speaking out on the Israel-Hamas war.

“As a human rights lawyer, I will never accept that one child’s life has less value than another’s. I do not accept that any conflict should be beyond the reach of the law, nor that any perpetrator should be above the law,” she wrote.

“So I support the historic step that the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court has taken to bring justice to victims of atrocities in Israel and Palestine.”

Rabbi Binyamin Eisenberg of Boro-Park Compares the closing of Miron on Lag Be'Omer to the Tragedies in the Whole Wide World

Truth be told I never heard of Rabbi Eisenberg before, and he seems like a humble "erlicaha yid" with a "hadras panim" and I'm impressed with the way he speaks and the way he explains and expresses himself, I wish I had rebbes like this.

Having said this, I'm perplexed! Am I the only one who doesn't get it?

I want you all to listen to his talk with an open mind. Do you see something very bizarre and upsetting with what he said?  I am not trying to be facetious, I'm very serious and I want to know if I'm the only one who finds his remarks upsetting, to say the least.

In a previous post we questioned whether Lag Be'omer was even the yurzeit of Reb Shimon Ben Yochai and we brought serious poiskim who state unequivocally that dancing in front of a fire could be worshipping Avoda Zara, one of the three cardinal sins that one must forfeit one's life!

But putting all this aside let's go back to Rabbi Eisenberg's polemic. I find it very disturbing that he finds the closing of Meron on Lag Be'Omer comparable to what is going on in the world!

Let's focus on Israel, after all this is where Meron is situated.

Is Rabbi Eisenberg comparing the tragedy of the rape, mutilation, babies thrown into ovens alive, chopping off the heads of babies, chopping off the limbs of Jewish women while still alive, and kidnapping of innocent Jewish civilians, to the "tragedy" of the closing of Meron?? Is he comparing October 7 to the closing of Meron? I'm not going to talk about all the other tragedies that are going on in the world right now, I am focusing on ONE single event. An event that changed the lives of every single Jew that has a heart!

Is that what he is saying? If he is not saying this, someone out there let me know.

It wasn't too long ago, in the year 2020 when the borders of Israel were closed to Jews who weren't citizens. I searched to see if Rabbi Eisenberg found that tragic, but predictably not a word! The IDF closed the site because of safety reasons, but Rabbi Eisenberg is hinting that the Zionists closed it to stop frum people from davening at Meron! How pathetic? Rabbis like Rabbi Eisenberg are on Social Media spreading these awful blood libels! Meron has been hit by missiles every single day for two weeks straight, in fact, one of the roads leading to Meron was destroyed by a missile!

You know what I find tragic is that hundreds of thousands of Jews go up to Meron on Lag Be'omer and leave Yerusahlayim and the Kosel like a widow that just lost her husband. I cry for the Shechinah.

Are we monitoring what the melamdim of our children are teaching them? Are they telling them that Meron is now a place to be "oleh regel?" Is he comparing Yerushalayim to Meron?

As I said many times, the leaders of Klall Yisrael are disconnected! Here is a well-spoken articulate rabbi who seems to really believe what he is saying, and is preaching to naive sheep and embedding his anti-Israel message with a Sfas Emes no less!

The closing of Meron on Lag Be'omer when hundreds of thousands of Jews converge in one small place with no shelter to run to, is the most prudent thing to do, saying that this is a tragedy and lumping this non-tragedy with what is going on the world, is asinine and unbecoming from a seemingly distinguished Boro-Park.

If we don't call these rabbis out, we are doomed! What are we to expect from the regular Joe Shmo, when the rabbis are brainwashing them with "farkrunta" sevorois" crooked ideas

What should we hope for from the goyim, from Colombia, UCLA and Harvard students when our very own leaders minimize the October 7 tragedy?

ICC warrants an attempt to destroy Israel dressed as intl. law

Professor Anne Bayefsky, the Director of the Touro Institute on Human Rights and the Holocaust and President of Human Rights Voices, spoke to Arutz Sheva - Israel National News about International Criminal Court Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan's announcement that he is seeking arrest warrants for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on charges of "war crimes and crimes against humanity" over the October 7 attacks on Israel and the subsequent war in Gaza.

"The move by the ICC Prosecutor is a political attempt to destroy the state of Israel dressed up as law," Prof. Bayefsky said.

"It isn't law to equate the self-defense of the democratic Jewish state - dutifully conducted by its Prime Minister and Defense Minister - with the genocidal ambitions of Palestinian terrorists. It isn't law to charge the leaders of the Jewish state with "extermination" and the behavior of Nazi Germany. Criminalizing the self-determination of the Jewish people is itself criminal," she said.

According to Bayefsky, "The Biden Administration bears direct responsibility for encouraging this move by repeatedly questioning the legality of Israel's self-defense. Those who think that Americans can avoid this obscene international power-grab under the guise of alleged international "law" are terribly mistaken. Now is the time for the American Congress to make good on its legal obligations to sanction all those responsible for this outrage and anyone who attempts to implement it."

In an interview with Christiane Amanpour on CNN today (Monday), ICC Chief Prosecutor Khan said that in addition to Sinwar and Netanyahu, he is seeking warrants against Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as two top Hamas leaders: leader of the Al Qassem Brigades Mohammed Deif, and Ismail Haniyeh, Hamas’ political leader.

Khan told CNN that the charges against Sinwar, Haniyeh, and al-Masri include “extermination, murder, taking of hostages, rape and sexual assault in detention.”

He added: “The world was shocked on the 7th of October when people were ripped from their bedrooms, from their homes, from the different kibbutzim in Israel. People have suffered enormously.”

As for the Israeli officials, Khan said the charges include: “Causing extermination, causing starvation as a method of war, including the denial of humanitarian relief supplies, deliberately targeting civilians in conflict."

ICC Prosecutor seeking arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Sinwar ...

The International Criminal Court's Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan is seeking arrest warrants for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on charges of "war crimes and crimes against humanity" over the October 7 attacks on Israel and the subsequent war in Gaza, he told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour on Monday.

Khan also said the court is seeking warrants for Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as two other top Hamas leaders: leader of the Al Qassem Brigades Mohammed Deif, and Ismail Haniyeh, Hamas’ political leader.

A panel of ICC judges will now consider Khan’s application for the arrest warrants.
