Dr Benjamin Zaremski a Manhattan cardiologist Will Grope You For Free During Exam

 A Manhattan cardiologist previously accused of assaulting a patient in his office allegedly groped another woman’s genitals during an exam, according to court papers.

Benjamin Zaremski, 67, unbuckled the New Jersey woman’s pants and touched her vagina with “an ungloved hand” during the November 2019 visit in his East 80th Street office, according to the legal claim filed in Manhattan Federal Court by the accuser, identified only as “Jane Doe.”

It’s the second time Zaremski has been sued for allegedly inappropriately touching a patient: a 2012 Manhattan Supreme Court claim by a different woman accused the doctor of putting his finger in her rectum without cause and with “unnecessary force” over her objections, according to court papers. 

A lawyer for Jane Doe declined comment. Zaremski could not be immediately reached.

ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC all skip John Kerry controversy over alleged leaking of Israeli intel to Iran

While I was briefing Trump, Kerry was briefing Iran

 There's been a widespread blackout in media coverage of the growing controversy surrounding Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry over his alleged sharing of Israeli intel with Iran. 

There has been intense backlash after the New York Times reported that Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif alleged in audiotape that Kerry told him that Israel had struck around 200 Iranian targets in Syria.

The Iranian leader admitted he was shocked by the purported admission, as reported by The New York Times.

While Kerry has called the claims "unequivocally false" and such a conversation "never" occurred during or since his tenure as Secretary of State, GOP lawmakers are calling for investigations and for his resignation from the Biden administration if the allegations turn out to be true. 

Apparently, none of this was newsworthy to ABC, CBS, and NBC, which dedicated zero coverage to the controversy on Monday and Tuesday during their morning and evening news programs, according to Grabien transcripts. 

And despite being a 24-hour news network, MSNBC also skipped any mention of Kerry's alleged chat with Iran. 

NN only addressed the Kerry controversy twice on Tuesday, once during its "Early Start" program in the morning and a brief mention by Jake Tapper during his interview with Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

Neither CNN nor MSNBC made any mention of Kerry on their most-watched shows in primetime.

Now that Trump is Out The Washington Post Quits its Presidential Fact-Checking Database

 The Washington Post is calling it quits on its presidential fact-checking database, one hundred days into President Joe Biden’s administration.

“Glenn Kessler, editor and chief writer of the Fact Checker, tweeted late Monday that the team would continue to fact-check President Biden ‘rigorously’ but would no longer maintain the database started under former President Trump,” the Washington Times reported Tuesday.

Kessler shared a link to the database, writing, “Here’s the Biden database — which we do not plan to extend beyond 100 days. I have learned my lesson”

Kessler explained, “‘Learned my lesson’ means that who knows what the next four years will bring. We have fact-checked Biden rigorously and will continue to do so. Trump at 500 claims/100 days was manageable; 8,000+ was not.”

Breitbart News reported April 16 the Post continued giving former President Donald Trump “four Pinocchios” for challenging a partially discredited story from 2020 about Russia paying bounties to Taliban fighters to kill American soldiers in Afghanistan.

The story, first reported by the New York Times, became a staple of Democratic talking points against Trump. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris used it to argue throughout the campaign that Trump did not care about the welfare of the troops. 

However, the Biden administration admitted Thursday that U.S. intelligence only had “low to moderate” confidence that the story was true after all.

Following his announcement, Twitter users questioned Kessler’s decision and expressed their disagreement.

“Reporting lies by POTUS is one of journalism’s most important responsibilities. Are you saying you can’t maintain a simple database of lies? Too much bother?” one person replied.

“That lesson being: don’t even lightly criticize a Democrat. Just praise whatever they do. Don’t ask questions,” another said.

An Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps warship conducted “unsafe and unprofessional” manoeuvres near two US Coast Guard ships in the Persian Gulf earlier this month. A video released by the US Navy showed a tense encounter between a ship commanded by Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard and the Coast Guard patrol boat USCGC Monomoy on April 2. According to the Navy, during the encounter, the Iranian vessel cut in front of the Monomoy, forcing the ship to make “defensive” manoeuvres to avoid a collision.

Biden Trusts Iran When it Comes to Nuclear Arms but Not When They Claim That Kerry Gave them Classified Info

So which is it: Should we trust Iran or not? 

John Kerry is the biggest proponent of the nuclear deal with Iran. We can believe that country to abide by its provisions, he says. 

Yet when Iran Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said that Kerry had revealed to him the fact that Israel had conducted 200 airstrikes in Syria, the Biden official bristled. Zarif was lying. 

“I can tell you that this story and these allegations are unequivocally false,” Kerry said in a statement. “This never happened when I was secretary of state or since.” 

To be sure, the likeliest scenario remains that John Forbes Kerry is guilty of doing exactly what Zarif claims he did. But let’s engage in a little thought experiment: Let’s say Zarif made the whole thing up and the underlying leaked recording was part of a cynical Islamic Republic disinformation operation to create more “daylight” between two of Tehran’s greatest adversaries, the “Big Satan” of America and the “Little Satan” of Israel. 

In this hypothetical scenario, it is not Kerry who is the bald-faced liar — it is Zarif. But in that case, why in the world is Team Biden currently prostrating itself in Vienna before the world’s No. 1 state sponsor of terrorism, with Zarif himself as that No. 1 state sponsor of terrorism’s leading diplomat, in the quixotic hopes of securing a “longer and stronger” nuclear deal? 

As a matter of pure logic, that is sheer lunacy. The 2015 nuclear deal was a house of cards built on the myriad lies of the Iranian regime and its henchmen. Those lies were downplayed and willfully ignored by Team Obama’s zealous ideologues. And if Zarif is willing to lie as part of a crudely calculated disinformation operation, why in the world — other than genuinely malicious, fifth-column intentions — would American diplomats trust him with securing a new nuclear accord? 

President Biden, you have to choose. Either Iran officials are truthful, and Kerry is awful and needs to go. Or Iranian officials are liars, in which case, there should be no deal.

NYC Council expels Chaim Deutsch following his tax fraud plea

 

Convicted lawmaker Chaim Deutsch was expelled from the City Council Tuesday by Speaker Corey Johnson, just days after he pleaded guilty to federal charges of cheating on his taxes.

“Based on our review of the charging document and Mr. Chaim Deutsch’s plea agreement, the Council has concluded that the office of the 48th Council District has been vacated under the operation of law,” said Johnson, in a terse statement released in the evening. 

“Mr. Deutsch confessed to a crime and violated his oath of office,” Johnson continued. “He is no longer a member of the City Council.”

The conservative Democrat stunned the Council and City Hall last week when he confessed to evading more than $82,000 in property tax between 2013 and 2015 — and then declared he would not resign in spite of the plea deal. 

Johnson said Deutsch’s actions “betrayed the public trust” and demanded his resignation — a call that Mayor Bill de Blasio later joined. 

The charges originated from a joint probe by the city Department of Investigation, the federal IRS and federal prosecutors in Manhattan.

Deutsch would have been forced to leave office at the end of the year under the city’s term-limits law. 

His district covers a swath of southern Brooklyn, including portions of Gravesend, Homecrest, Brighton Beach and Manhattan Beach. 

A spokeswoman for the Council said the seat will remain empty until a replacement is elected in November.

Times are changing, and Lakewood population is changing....children need an outlet..the Lakewood Roshei Yeshiva will learn soon that if they don't change their attitude quickly they will lose more children  to the fast growing OTD communities......they seem to be out of touch to what's going on ... 

Three of the Lakewood Roshei Yeshiva have banned a separate seating concert in Lakewood scheduled for Friday, Lag Baomer. The event was to have singer Benny Friedman perform as well as a storyteller.

Interestingly, an event to be held on Lag Baomer night — scheduled to be held in the same exact location — was not banned.

That event was being hosted by “Minyan Shelanu” of Lakewood.

The letter reads in part: “our community has a longstanding policy that disallows concerts in the city of Lakewood, since it is a form of entertainment that runs contrary to the spirit of Torah scholars and greatly undermines the Torah atmosphere of our community….

“Running any event in the First Energy / Blue Claws Stadium is itself a serious breach of our community’s policies. Since the stadium’s opening, a stringent ‘fence’ has been established: not to enter or make use of the stadium for any purpose – whether for a sporting event or for a privately run program…

“a concert in Lakewood, and in particular in this stadium, is an unprecedented breach of our community’s policies, which is likely to initiate a far-reaching erosion of Lakewood’s unique Torah atmosphere. We therefore urge parents not to bring their children to this event, nor to support it or participate in any way.”

Use a False Entry Permit – and Be Banned from Israel for Five Years

 

Authorities in Israel said this morning that numerous fake entry permits have been confiscated on a daily basis, as unscrupulous individuals are taking advantage of those desperate to visit Israel by selling them fabricated paperwork for upwards of $3-500.

When those possessing these fake papers arrive at Ben Gurion Airport, they have no chance of being allowed entry into the country, as all names of those who have received legitimate entry permits are contained in an electronic database. Once one’s passport number is entered into the computer, the jig is up.

“It’s just not worth it,” said Rabbi Nechemia Malinowitz of the Igud hayeshivos  this morning. “You’ll be wasting your time and money, and you’ll be sent right back from where you came.”

Indeed, those with fraudulent permits are being sent right back to their country of origin on the next available flight – on their dime.

So besides for being rejected entry, they’ve wasted money on a round-trip flight to Israel.

To compound matters, anyone caught with a fake entry permit is being banned from entering Israel for a period of five years – no exceptions.

Unfortunately, it has become virtually impossible to track down the sources of the fake permits, because they are being sold in multiple cities and multiple locations in the Diaspora. So rather than focusing on those who are dispensing this fallacious papers, the focus right now is on informing unwitting travelers to be cautious and to ensure that their entry permits are authentic.

“It doesn’t take much to fake an entry permit,” . “It’s a question of taking an existing permit and changing the name and numbers. But upon entry to Israel, there’s no way to get by the security apparatus.”
