The Germans Are Back ....16 Jews Rounded Up and Detained For Over 10 Hours In Germany Without Charge

Sixteen Chassidim, including a group of five from New York en route to Vienna, were detained in the airport in Frankfurt on their way to Vienna last week for no apparent reason and were held for over 10 hours.

The incident was publicized by the Jewish rights group Americans Against Antisemitism (AAA), founded by former state Assemblyman Dov Hikind.

“As soon as I gave my papers over to the officer, he looks at me, he says to me, ‘Are you all five together?’” one of the detained men said. “And I said, ‘Yes.’ And he said, ‘You need to step aside.’”

“Two more people who are on our flight arrive there,” he said. “They went over with their papers and immediately were told to stand next to us as well. So, we immediately saw that this is a Jewish thing.

“Nobody [else] was stopped for more than a minute,” he said. “Looked at the document, ‘Next.’ Seven Jews, Chasidic Jews, were told to stand aside.”

The Chassidim were offered no explanation on why they were detained. Their passports were confiscated and they were subjected to interrogation.

One of the men eventually called the U.S. Embassy and was told that the German authorities were investigating their paperwork as it may be fraudulent.

Calling the embassy seems to have done the trick and after over ten hours of harassment, the Chassidim were allowed to continue on their travels without any explanation for their detention. However, they were first forced to first sign disclaimers clearing the German authorities of any wrongdoing. Some of the Chassidim refused to do but were nevertheless eventually let go.

“Some of the Chassidim were pulled aside and harshly interrogated,” Hikind said in a statement.

“It’s unconscionable for something like this to happen to innocent people anywhere, but even more so to identifiable Jews in Germany, of all places.”

“They reached out to share their story with me,” he continued. “I can tell you the trauma and pain they suffered is scarring and traumatic, so we are calling on the German government to investigate this appalling treatment of [these] innocent people immediately.”

Chareidie From Kiryat Gat Stabs his 14 year-old Son to Death

According to neighbours, the father seemed like a normal guy and had no previous history of violence.

A man was arrested late Wednesday on suspicion of stabbing and killing his 14-year-old son in the southern city of Kiryat Gat, police said.

Magen David Adom medics who arrived at the family home found the boy in a critical condition and took him to the Barzilai hospital in Ashkelon, while trying to resuscitate him. However, he later died of his wounds.

The boy’s mother told police that the father, 37, had stabbed him and fled the home. After a brief manhunt, officers found and arrested the man in a nearby wooded area, police said.

According to the Ynet website, the mother told police that the father “had a psychotic attack,” picked up a knife and stabbed the boy without any reason.

Local social services workers were at the scene trying to assist the mother and several other children.

Magen David Adom medics called the incident “very difficult,” and said they found the boy lying unconscious, without a pulse and with several wounds to the body.

R’ Meir Fein, 23, Who Collapsed After Purim, Passes Away

A terrible tragedy occurred in Israel on Wednesday with the news of the passing of Reb Meir Fein, z’l, at Shaarei Tzedek Hospital in Jerusalem at the age of 23, less than a year after his wedding.

The niftar is the great-grandson of Rosh Yeshivas Torah V’Daas in New York, HaRav Reuven Fein, z’t, and HaRav Shlomo Zalman Sonnenfeld, z’tl.

The niftar was hospitalized in critical condition after being found unconscious on Friday night hours after drinking alcohol earlier in the day on Purim and a few weeks after recovering from the coronavirus.

However, according to a B’Chadrei Chareidim report, Meir drank only a moderate amount of alcohol on Purim 12 hours before he collapsed.

According to doctors, he may have suffered a post-coronavirus heart attack, exacerbated by his drinking. He had celebrated Purim on Friday in Bnei Brak, where he resided, and then traveled to his parents’ home in Ramot before Shabbos, where the incident occurred.

R’ Meir, z’l, was born and grew up in Ramot. His father, Rav Mordechai Fein, is a Mashgiach in Yeshivas Ziv Yisrael in Nachlaot, and his grandfather, Rav Shabtai Fein is a Rosh Mesivta in Yeshivas Tiferes HaTalmud.

Miraculously, all eight people who were injured are in light condition.

Zaks Family.. Grandchildren of the Chofetz Chaim Fighting Like Cats & Dogs in Secular Courts

Before you know it, the Jewish people will be celebrating "kabolas ha'Torah" on Shevuois...
and we learned that every single Jew born or that was yet to be born was standing at Mount Sinai to accept the Torah ...

It is interesting to note that the very next Parsha after "kabolas ha"torah" is Parshas Mishpatim..which deals with laws that pertain to "Bein Adom Le'chaveiro" laws between people, laws between family members.

The very first Rashi asks:
Why does it state "ואלה" with a vov "ו"? It should have been written "אלה"?
Rashi answers: "מה הראשונים מסיני אף אלו מסיני"
the extra letter "vov" comes to connect the two Parshas...
"just like we all know that the laws of the previous parsha, parshes Yisro was given at Sinai, so too these laws in Parshas Mishpatim were given at Sinai"

So far so good? Understood?

Let's move on to the third Rashi that discusses going to a Jewish Bais Din for any grievances between Jews and see what he says.

" ..... לפניהם:
....ולא לפני גויים
"שהמביא דיני ישראל לפני גוים מחלל את השם ומייקר שם ע"ז להחשיבה"
"Before them..... but not before non-Jews, for one who brings legal matters of Israel before non-Jews, desecrates the Name of God, and accords esteem to the name of the idols, by attributing importance to it ...

I am not going to go into the case itself ( choc -full of lying testimony and outright thievery, having their minor sons do their dirty work, this Judge no one's fool saw thru their shenanigans ) ...
you can read the Judge's decision on my next page and judge for yourself ...The Judge is a gentile... You don't have to wonder what he is thinking, just read the decision..but before you do bring a barf bag!

Question: What is it with children and grandchildren of our most respected and revered rabbis that they  have no compunction of taking their grievances against their very own brothers and sisters to secular court? Have they missed this Rashi? Did they take a nap when the Torah was given?
How do these people still have a following? How does anyone have any respect for these guys? How does anyone go to these guys for Torah advice, when they themselves are openly desecrating the Torah?
Why would any "pushitir yid" your regular "Joe Shmo" want to go to Bais Din when the leaders themselves go to secular court? When the leaders themselves don't trust Bais Din to come up with a fair decision. When the leaders themselves believe that Bais Din is corrupt? And what does this say about how the Bais Din system works?
Go to the next page .. read and weep!
