As we await the results of court challenges to a presidential election that has been stolen in whole or in part, we were witness on Tuesday, November 19, 2020, to a remarkable revelation about the four years of the first Trump presidential term.

The election that ended on November 3 is over. The Democrats’ dead voters have returned to their gravesites. Even Democrats acknowledge that the time now is passed for them to continue mailing in more unsolicited ballots without postmarks, to be shielded from viewing by Republican poll watchers. Thus, there no longer is any cynical point or reason for a politician to pursue actions aimed at winning votes; the voting is over.

Through four years of unremitting, unending defamation, the Left mainstream media, the Democrats, and the rest of their enforcers perpetrated the lie that President Donald Trump is a bigot, a hater, a racist, a xenophobe, a misogynist, a homophobe, and an anti-Semite. 

For me, a Jew who lives his Judaism straightforwardly and without apologies — and who despises the phoniness of a JINO Schumer or Schiff or Communist Sanders — I always have seen the “Trump is an Anti-Semite” lie as the Rosetta Stone to all the other anti-Trump lies.

Before Trump even got elected, the Media-Democrat-Left Alliance busily propagated the horrible lie that Trump hates Jews. CNN put on the air a Nobody — an absolutely non-entity whose claim to fame is that he was a homosexual leftist activist in New Jersey — and this character presented as a “Jewish leader” qualified to brand Trump an anti-Semite. Kayleigh McEnany then was a CNN contributor who sat on the panel with Erin Burnett, alongside this phony, and really lacked the inside information to realize that she was debating a Nobody as to whether Trump hates Jews.

Jonathan Pollard Free

Attorneys for Jonathan Pollard said on Friday that the US Parole Commission has issued a certificate terminating parole and the restrictions that were imposed on him.

A such, Pollard “is free to travel anywhere, including Israel, for temporary or permanent residence, as he wishes,” said attorneys Eliot Lauer and Jacques Semmelman.

Pollard expressed “appreciation and gratitude” to Israel’s Ambassador to the US, Ron Dermer, for his help in bringing about the end to his parole.

When Pollard was released from prison in 2015 after serving 30 years of his life sentence for transmitting classified information to Israel, his parole commission imposed strict parole guidelines for a period of five years.

As part of those restrictions, Pollard was not allowed to leave his home between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., was monitored by a GPS device and was not permitted to leave the US. Friday marked the end of that five-year period.

It has been speculated that Pollard will move to Israel once the restrictions are lifted, though Rabbi Pesach Lerner, who has been Pollard's rabbi for the past 25 years, said on Friday that no one really knows what will happen to Pollard in the future.

"He wants to come to Israel, but his wife is currently undergoing chemotherapy so even if he were permitted, he wouldn't be able to leave right away. It's going to take time," Rabbi Lerner told Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) in an interview.

Emmanuel Macron issues ultimatum to French Muslims

 

French President Emmanuel Macron has issued an ultimatum to French Muslim leaders, as part of his bid to clamp down on radical Islam following a string of terrorist attacks.

On Wednesday, Macron issued a “charter of republican values”, giving the French Council of the Muslim Faith 15 days to sign on to the document.

The charter establishes a national council of imams, which would be empowered to accredit religious Muslim leaders, or, conversely to strip leaders of accreditation.

In addition, the charter defines Islam in France as a religion and not a political movement, and bars “foreign interference” in Muslim groups.

Macron has promoted French secularism, following a string of terrorist attacks by Islamists in France, including the beheading of a teacher over cartoons of Muhammad shown to a class last month.

In addition to the charter on Islam, Macron proposed a number of policy changes Wednesday aimed at curbing religious radicalization.

Among the new steps are tightened restrictions on home-schooling and stricter enforcement of anti-truancy regulations. Under the plan, children would be given a unique identification number to help schools ensure their attendance, with parents being subject to up to six months in jail for their children’s truancy.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's visit to an Israeli winery in Samaria Thursday was a “historical” movement for Israel, one of the winery’s owners said, hailing US recognition of Israeli businesses in Judea and Samaria.

Jana Falic, a businesswoman and philanthropist who is co-owner of the Psagot Winery north of Jerusalem, spoke with Arutz Sheva about the implications of Pompeo’s visit Thursday and the decision by the US to recognize products made in Israeli towns in Judea and Samaria as being “Made in Israel”.

“This is a historical day. We are very, very happy, because we had Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and his wife, wonderful people, friendly to Israel. They understand the historical value of Judea and Samaria.”

“For 2,000 years we were expatriates, and finally we’re in our country.”

“Today, they said that everything that is produced in Judea and Samaria is considered made in Israel. For us, that is very important because we always felt that we were legal, but it is very important for the US to accept this. It doesn’t matter what Europe says; the truth is, Europe was very bad to us.”

“Israel considers the US our friend, and we thank our friend.”

After networks projected that Joe Biden would win the presidential election, he pledged to the American public: “I promise you this: 

I will be a president for all Americans—whether you voted for me or not.” Biden made the same promise as his central election campaign theme; he reiterated this promise in town halls, debates and social media. Keeping this promise will be essential for America’s well-being.

In order to fulfill his sacred pledge to the country, Biden must appoint administration officials who are amenable to all Americans. Personnel is policy. It was thus deeply concerning to read reports that George Soros-supporting, radical, cancel-culture promoter Karine Jean-Pierre has emerged as the leading contender to serve as Biden’s press secretary. Appointing former Soros’s MoveOn.org spokesperson Jean-Pierre would violate Biden’s repeated key promise to the American people.

When Biden appointed her to serve as chief of staff for California Sen. Kamala Harris’s vice-presidential campaign in August, ZOA described how she advances the “dangerous, Orwellian ‘cancel destruction culture’ ” that falsely condemns and seeks to ostracize pro-Israel groups, even left-leaning ones, as “Islamophobic,” “against human rights” and unfit to meet with.

• Not true, all those pictures you saw of the cages were taken in 2014 during his time in office.

Joe Biden has repeatedly said he was arrested with Nelson Mandela on the streets of Soweto during a trip to South Africa in the 1970s, when South Africa was under apartheid.

• There is absolutely no truth to this, as Biden was later forced to confess

Biden said on May 22, 2020 in an interview on The Breakfast Club radio show: “The NAACP has endorsed me every time I've run.”

• Not true. The NAACP has never endorsed any candidate

On September 3, 2019 in an NPR interview, referring to the Iraq War, "immediately, the moment it started, I came out against the war at that moment."

• Not true. Biden fully supported the Iraq war and voted for the resolution to go to war

On August 7, 2019 – Joe Biden claimed that Donald Trump "asserted that immigrants would quote, ‘carve you up with a knife’." 

• He never said that about immigrants. He said that MS-13 Gang members were doing that

He was caught cheating in school exams, got caught cheating and plagiarizing in Law School and in his political career there was this huge plagiarism scandal:

One of his greatest lies is that on Charlottesville, President Trump said there were good people on the Nazis/White Nationalists side. He said just the opposite. Here are the actual quotes:

"you had some very bad people in that group. But you also had people that were very fine people on both sides. You had people in that group that were there to protest the taking down of, them, a very, very important statue and the renaming of a park from Robert E. Lee to another name.....I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and white nationalists because they should be condemned totally.

Another quote from PresidentTrump's Charlottesville press conference:

“Racism is evil, and those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans.”

Animal rights group urges court to recognize Bronx Zoo elephant as a person

DIN is endorsing the idea that Elephants are humans ...

Happy the elephant was the center of attention in court Thursday when five state appellate judges debated whether the beloved Bronx Zoo mammal should be recognized as a person.

Steven Wise, president of the Nonhuman Rights Project, asked the New York State Appellate Division of the Supreme Court to grant Happy’s release to a sanctuary in Tennessee as the cold winter months approaches.

However, the judges were skeptical in granting “personhood” to the 49-year-old female Asian elephant.

“Isn’t all this better suited for the legislature to act on?” Justice Jeffrey Oing pointed out. “I’m not so sure we’re equipped to handle these kind of matters.”

Wise argued that if Happy was granted freedom by habeas corpus, then that would automatically make her a legal person.

The group compared Happy’s living condition in the Bronx Zoo to “solitary confinement.” She’s lived alone in the zoo for 14 years.

The elephant is being relocated to an “elephant barn” without windows until May 2021, according to United Press International.
