מי כעמך ישראל
Satmar "Shmendriks" Start their own Shulchan Aruch!
We all know that this past Thursday, the State of Israel celebrated Yom Hatzmeot.....
The actual anniversary of the date when Ben Gurion established the State as an independent nation was ה' אייר the 5th day in Iyar!
This year ה' אייר fell on Friday, so the Medinah wanting to avoid Chillul Shabbas moved it back a day.....
Now.... this decision to move the celebrations a day earlier to avoid Chillul Shabbas was not a decision by Chareidim ..... they actually mourn on that day ....
this decision was made by Zionists .....
Be that as it may, Satmar issued a Kol Korah that Tachnun, (a tefilah that is omitted should their be a bris, or a Chassan attending shul during Sheva Berachos or any Jewish holiday,) must be said on Friday ה' אייר .... even though there were no celebrations in the entire Israel on Friday!
But the Satmar "shmendriks" went an additional step ....
totally defying the Shulchan Aruch which states that when a bris is performed in a shul, no Tachnun should be said in the entire building.....
they went ahead and issued a "FATWA" that states ...that should there be a bris .... Tachnun will nevertheless be said because of ה' אייר ...
By the way, I find it interesting that only the Satmar gypsies know when ה' אייר is ... ask any yeshiva guy anywhere in the States what the Hebrew date is on any given day ... and they will stare at you with a blank look......
It should be noted that Satmar Shuls never say Tachnun on any Friday ... a minhag that they made up and which has no halachic foundation!
I was attacked… by my own people in Bet Shemesh b'
by Laura Ben-David
Did you ever imagine yourself being attacked?
Then think of all the plausible and implausible things you’d do to protect yourself. What if you’re attacked while in your car? I can’t be the only one who thinks of these things. I’ve even done some training to protect myself from such a frightening albeit unlikely scenario. I never thought it would actually occur.
And I never imagined my car being ambushed by my fellow Jews…

Kashrus Agency Demands Lakewood Restaurant Remove Israeli Flag Or Lose Hashgacha
Yosef Mutterperl the proprietor of the establishment simply wanted to show his appreciation towards the State of Israel, and hung an Israeli flag outside his store in honor of Yom Ha’atzmaut.
He was shocked when he received a warning from Rabbi Weisner of KCL, the Kashrus agency certifying his store demanding that he remove the flags.
He was told that if he does not remove the “Zionist” flag, he should remove the Kashrus certification off his wall.
Meanwhile, texts immediately began circulating on social media asking everyone to come support the store tonight.
and according to Yosef, he never sold more sandwiches in one day in his life, as hundreds of people are streaming to his store to support him.
