I don't know if you're completely right about all that. I think there's a few points we can all agree on.
1. Ivanka wasn't interested in becoming Jewish before she met Jared, and actually broke off from him for a short time after she was told she would need to convert.
2. She had a Halachic Gerus (Tevilla etc.), though at least one member of the Beis Din (Lookstein) is not known for his strict adherence to Halacha.
3. Rav Schachter being on the Beis Din would give it more of a stamp of approval - assuming he actually was one of the Dayanim. He may not be of "Yeshivish persuasion" but he's a Talmid Chacham who's one of the only sane leaders left in that world. It's unclear when you google the story who all the Dayanim were.
4. She is not Makpid on Tznius and there have been insatnces where Kashrus and Shabbos took a backseat to Halacha. Again, that would not necessarily invalidate her conversion. If she was not Mekabel all the Mitzvos/Halachos when she converted, that would invalidate it. We acn assume she accepted everything, but either didn't know enough or care enough to keep all the Mitvos/Halachos, in which case she would be punishable in Shamayim - not by us. That's her issue.
5. She identifies as Orthodox and does seem to keep many of its practices. That's far better than Conservative/Reform, so give credit where credit is due.
