Satmar Yiddish Newspaper Headlines Blame Zionists for Forbidding them to Beat their Chickens!

Dear readers,
 I'm getting loads of emails complaining about the fact  that I keep knocking the Satmar Yiddish Weeklies and that I'm spreading Loshon Hara  .....

Read the headlines yourself, and if you can't read yiddish, get someone that can. The ones spreading "Loshan Hara" are the Satmar newspapers themselves, I'm just translating and reporting back to you.
Instead of writing about the upcoming Yomim Toivim, they are busy with "pista maasis" bashing the holy State of Israel on every single opportunity!
They are upset that the Chilonie Government is concerned about "Tzaar Baalei Chayim" and they, with the long beards, who chap sherayim from the Rebbe's soup, don't care that chickens are being tortured by their little children and don't give a hoot, that the live chickens are broiling in the sun!

 The above headline reads: 
"The Evil (dark) Decree from the Heretic Government stop Jewish residents of Eretz Yisroel from carrying out their custom of beating chickens!

Dee Zeitung

 The above Headline reads:
The State of Israel prohibits the custom of Kapporis with the excuse that they (the government) are concerned for the health and pain (of the chickens)

Der Yid

The above Headline reads: 
Zionist Government attempts to stop the Chareidim from carrying out the minhag of "Kapporis" on Eseres Yemei Teshuvah

Now, in great contrast, see the Headlines of the Yated and The Jewish Press! 
So tell me, who are the ones lying, spreading Loshon Hara, and spewing hate on Erev Yom Kippur??? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm?

"Der Blatt" A Satmar Paper, Smudges the picture of Netanyahu!

This week as I do every week, I bought the Satmar Newspaper, Der Blatt.

 Every single week, all Satmar Newspapers, Dee Zeitung, Der Yid, and Der Blatt bombard their readers with hate against the State of Israel. Those who read Yiddish, will find their editorials and articles filled with vile & hateful stories against their fellow brothers and sisters. Their opinions are no different than what you read  in Al Jazirah, or what we read in the German Newspaper "Der Sturmer" during the Nazi era.

My dear readers, when we read this in the Arab Media we all shout Anti- Semitisim, so why is it that we allow these Jewish gangsters to fill their pages with Loshon Horah on a weekly basis? Why do we continue to fund their institutions when they pray for the downfall and the disappearance of the Jewish State, which would inevitably cause the annihilation of the Jewish People as we know it, G-D forbid? We all know that their schools breed generations of haters .

But this week, Der Blatt, took it to another level . They actually blotted out the picture of the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, but left in the picture of President Barak, a President  that wants Israel to commit suicide. Failedmessiah  reported it today and its imperative to let the Jewish People know what they are up against.

Here is a loose translation from a paragraph gleaned from their filthy newspaper, from page 57

"Professor" Netanyahu lectures Obama

Since Obama became the President and brought in his Liberal leanings in American politics, the State of Israel moved in the opposite direction leaning sharply to the right. Most Israeli citizens believe the false claims that Obama is a hidden Muslim , and nearly all of them believe the theory that whether Obama is a Muslim or not, he is ready to sell the State of Israel for a pot of lentils."

President Obama is convinced that the Arab World is ready for democracy, but that the State of Israel with its instigation against the Palestinians would rather be prepared for new war then a new peace."

Dus is Neis: This disgusting article continues to spew lies and hate against Netanyahu , while praising the President whose record so far with Israel is the worst since the creation of the State. In these few lines that I gleaned, there are no less than 3 blatant lies.

1. Netanyahu never lectured the President, he was actually very respectful, he pointed out that Israel cannot go back to the 67' borders because that would be indefensible. He also explained that Israel can never allow all the Arabs to return because that would in effect destroy the Jewish State as we know it. (This is something that both the Arabs and Satmar would agree would be a good thing) 
2. The Blatt wrote that "most Israeli citizens believe the false claims that Obama is a hidden Muslim, the truth is that only 39% of Israelis believe he is a Muslim : politico.com   By the way 24% of Americans believe that Barack Hussein Obama is a Muslim Foxnews poll
3. The lying Blatt writes "State of Israel with its instigation against the Palestinians would rather be prepared for new war then a new peace." When did the State instigate anything against the Palestinians?  Which country would tolerate thousands of missiles flying in their heartlands? Which country would not want to protect their citizens from such an onslaught. How long would Satmar tolerate missiles flying into Williamsburg from Crown Heights? Years ago when the Lubavitchers sent Sheluchim into Williamsburg on Yom Tov, the Satmars beat the hell out of them.

As I have written may times before, how many Jews will become frum because of this article? So why are they backing Obama over Netanyahu?

Some bloggers have suggested that the reason Der Blatt smudged out the face of Netanyahu is because one should never look at the face of an Evil person, and since Netanyahu is "evil" they blotted his face out. But that is not true, because Der Blatt, and Dee Zeitung have published pictures of Hitler and Eichman and other evil pictures in the past.

My theory is very simple.... they must back Obama because he will keep them on the  programs, even at the expense of the Jewish People.

The Yiddish caption underneath the picture reads:

"The Media points out how Netanyahu turned his face away from President Obama, as one of the most undiplomatic photos in the history of diplomacy"

But these are the facts:

Netanyahu did not turn his face away from the President but was actually turning to face a reporter that was asking him a question, it was Obama who turned his face away showing his disinterest in the whole process. Der Blatt quotes from the Anti-Semitic Media, and makes it look like it was a fact.. What Chutzpah!

President Obama’s speech on the Middle East at the State Department last week, his icy glares at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the Oval Office last Friday, his address before the AIPAC conference on Sunday, and his subsequent press briefings have all made clear that he is not sympathetically inclined toward Israel, nor does he consider Israel an ally worth defending.

Why on earth did the ADL feel it necessary to defend the indefensible? Why, in the midst of an open fight between Obama and the Israeli government, did the ADL feel it necessary to side with Obama against the government of Israel?

In his speech before AIPAC on Sunday, Obama did not repudiate his attachment to the Palestinians’ negotiating position. He did not mention any objection to the Palestinian demand to overrun Israel with millions of foreign Arabs. He did not announce any steps the U.S. will take to end its support for the Hamas-controlled Palestinian Authority, despite the fact that continued funding is outlawed by U.S. terror finance laws.

Moreover, Obama’s speech to AIPAC included a barely-veiled threat against Israel when he asserted, “There is a reason why the Palestinians are pursuing their interests at the United Nations. They recognize that there is an impatience with the peace process – or the absence of one. Not just in the Arab world, but in Latin America, in Europe, and in Asia. That impatience is growing, and is already manifesting itself in capitols around the world.”

"De Zeitung" & "Der Blatt" Continue With Lies and Propaganda Supporting The Rapist Weingarten!

In an unsigned "Guest Editorial," the Yiddish Newspaper, DEE ZEITUNG, in their February 11, 2011 edition, continued to repeat the lie that Weingarten convicted in a Bais Din and in Federal Court, of molesting his child, was totally innocent!

Yes, its true, that Jews are doing him a favor; that they mention his name (in prayors) and they send a couple of dollars and hope for the best.

But the "Gedolei Yisroel" who are familiar with the case closeup, request from the community something totally different. They are of the opinion that every Jew must feel the hurt deep in the recesses of their soul, the terrible situation, of the  "Sefer Torah" being in pain, and every Jew is required to be "Moiser Nefesh" to redeem him.

"Gedolei Yisroel, that are "familiar with the case closeup?" Excuse me ,which "Gadol" of yours knows the case closeup? None of your "Gedolim" questioned any of the witnesses. Did Rav Moshe Green who went to Virginia to visit "Harav HaGoen Rosh Yeshivah, Rav" Yisroel Weingarten, ask him directly "did you sleep with any of your daughters?" I doubt it! I know for a fact that he did not question one single witness....so which "Gedolim" are familiar with the case closeup?
"Every Jew is required to be "Moiser Nefesh" to redeem him." 
Rabbi Shlesinger ... were you "Moiser Nefesh" for Fruma Leah when she was crying out for help? Are we required to be "Moiser Nefesh" only for Rapists? We just want clarity about your psak!

Translation of 2nd- 8th Paragraph

Here, is a Yiddish translation what the Renowned Gaon and Tzadik, from the Elders of the Jewish Scholars, Rebi Eliyakim Shlesinger Shitah wrote to the Community Organizers in Monsey, about his feelings and his observations after he visited the Rav and Gaon Rebi Yisroel Moshe Shlitah, with "Mesiras Nefesh"in such a far away place.

I would like to report what it looked like when I went visiting this great Scholar. I am still astounded and when I think about it, I shiver, I still cannot believe what I saw.

They took him into a room, where big burly guys dragged Harav the Gaon Rebi Yisroel Moshe by his hands. His hands and feet were bound in heavy iron chains, he could hardly walk, and he was suffering. Reb Yisroel Moshe sat in a tiny room, like an animal in a cage, and they closed the room with a  large iron door where he was trapped. Harav the Gaon Rebi Yisroel Moshe looked horrible, scary. When I saw him I had to keep strong with all my strength so that I shouldn't faint from witnessing this painful and scary scene. "Woe to those who see a Sefer Torah in such pain."

I saw that his soul and body were in danger every second. He told me just abit about his struggles..frightening!

He hardly sees the light of the day, they prohibit him from opening the little window of his room, he eats nothing but a little fruit, and this is also very skimpy. It is clear that they want to break and destroy him.

Notice that he doesn't mention the pain or the struggles of Weingarten's victims! You did a great job describing the travails of YMW ... can you please describe in detail the horrors that a little girl must feel when getting sexually abused, by her own father, who is supposed to protect her?

Translation of 9th - 12th  Paragraph

How sad and frightening, that on the other hand I saw the great strength of this great Scholar, though he is very scrawny, weak and sick, his words are  measured, his thoughts are very organized, with knowledge and wisdom, with faith and belief with prayers and requests.

He made a special impression on me when he told me that he suffered all his life so that his children should grow in Torah and fear of Heaven, without any evil influences, and this he accomplished by most of his children, and this is his comfort.

I physically came apart when I heard words from this broken vessel, words of Torah and wisdom, Halacha, and aggada with strength of his soul.

Believe me with truth, my dear friends, that after this visit I would wake up on many nights crying, after  seeing the great pain and the contempt of Torah. Till this very day I cannot free myself from this scary sight.

Rabbi Shlesinger, did you shed ONE tear for Leah and the other children that were raped and abused by this monster? I think not! How many nights were you up crying when his innocent child was being raped? I suspect ..you were sleeping peacefully!!

Translation of 13th - 14th  Paragraph

I am so far away from there, what can I do besides praying and to  notify other Jews about his great pain.

I am very close with Harav Weingarten, always in touch with him, and I had a discussion about his situation with the Gaon Rebbi Chaim Kreisworth Z"L when he was still alive. He made clear that According to the Torah he is innocent, all complaints against him are all fantasies and Libels, and unfortunately his blood was shed by a couple of "Moisrim"

Rabbi Shlesinger ... please enlighten us....who else was there when this discussion took place? What was discussed? On what basis did R' Kreisworth Z"L say he was innocent? Did he speak to any of the people or children who claimed that they were abused? Did he convene a Bais Din? No! We now know that he didn't ... so what information did you and him have to make such an outrageous statement?
If you were so close to  Rav Kreisworth Z"L, why  didn't you sign the typed letter stating that Weingarten was innocent?
And can you please tell us who the "Moisrim" were? What was their motive?
Rav Kreisworth Z"l was niftar in the year 2001... are you sure that R' Kreisworth would still have believed him innocent after a legitimate Bais Din convicted him of Rape? 
What would Rav Kreisworth have said if he knew about the following FBI report when the Gaon & Tzaddik Weingarten  was arrested:

The defendant was arrested by Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) agents in his home. Six of his children, including Chayeh and Chaneh Weingarten, were present. At the time of his arrest, and without having been asked any question by the agents, both Chayeh and Chaneh stated to the agents that it is acceptable for them to sleep in the same bed with their father.(Source: Pre-trial US motion In limine . . ., Docket number 18, page 24)

At the time, Chayeh Surah was 22 years old, and Chaneh Goldeh was 19 years old!

I now believe that the above article printed exactly alike in all Yiddish Papers, more than likely was an ad paid by the Organizers to release the "pervert" from Jail. Its interesting that they all know that it will never happen, I believe that this campaign was organized to line the pockets of the Organizers.... 
In "Der Blatt" the Guest Editorial" appeared on page 24, under a paid advertisement which notified the readers that the three organizations that work to free Jewish Inmates have now joined together under one banner. The three oranizations are: 
"Min Hameitzar," its logo are two hands in cuffs with the byline "A Hand For Jewish Inmates In Correctional Facilities," the second one is "Shalom Ateriech," also has a logo with hands in cuffs, and finally "Dror" with a picture of adults and children behind bars.

It now becomes crystal clear  why the "clown" Handler on the  Zev Brenner Show  February 6, 2011 kept comparing the Weingarten case to the Rubashkin Case, to try to get the Rubashkin donors to contribute to the above organizations so that all funds go to one big pot, and then all of those "Community Organizers" fighting for the release of the pervert Weingarten can get rich! Nobody losses, Weingarten stays in Jail for 30 years, and the "Organizers" have parnassah for the next 30 years!

First let me translate the lying headline:

The Legal World still totally shocked from  positive signs in the case of Rabbi and Gaon (torah prodigy) Rebi Yisroel Moshe Weingarten Shlitah

Now let me translate the byline:

Legal experts: This shows that the verdict was too quick, and not logical.

I would like to analyze the distortion of truth in the headline.

 The lying "Zeitung" is in fact telling its naive audience that there was some positive aspect in the decision of the appeals court to throw out one of the charges and that the "legal world" was in shock because of it.

The truth is that the charge that was thrown out was the charge that Weingarten committed abuse during his travels between Belgium and Israel, and that charge was thrown out not because he didn't do it but solely because citizens cannot be found guilty in America for crimes committed oversees unless there's  "territorial nexus" to the United States.

The three-judge panel upheld other convictions covering abuse that took place during travel from Brooklyn to Belgium, and from Israel to Brooklyn.

The "Legal World" was not and  is not shocked by this, and this is not a positive sign because he will probably not get off any years from his sentence because of this development.

Because of space restraint I have decided to translate only some of the content of this article, but if my readers want I have no problem translating the entire article.

Translation of the first and part of the second paragraph of the article..

"The general media which follows legal happenings, and the legal journals in particular, prominently reported  the break in the case of Rabbi and Gaon Rebbi Yisroel Moshe Weingarten Shlitah. The report that the  New York State Appellate Court found him innocent from a third of the charges that he was found guilty years ago.

The legal media, for example the "Law Journal" reported with astonishment that the Appeals Court threw out a third of the charges, which shows that the verdict was not legally correct , and it also showed that the case had many holes and was not based on facts."

My analysis:

1.  The general media and the "Law Journal" didn't report this development with astonishment but reported this as it would any news that applies to the legal "world", that you cannot charge someone for crimes committed oversees unless there is "territorial nexus to the US."
2. The Appellate Court didn't find him innocent of that charge, they threw it out because of a technical law issue, and not because he didn't do it..

Loose Translation of the Third Paragraph of the Lying "Dee Zeiting"

"As was already reported, The New York State Appellate Court with a panel of three judges, Livingston, Wesley, and Cobrens, partially accepted the clear proof and the logic from the defense lawyers who submitted papers appealing the disgusting verdict, which sentenced Rebbi YM Weingarten Shlitah  to 30 years in a terrible jail. The court understood that the lower court was quick to sentence him to such a stringent sentence, they therefore threw out a part of that verdict, and took off 10 years jail time and reduced a third of his sentence ."


My analysis:
 It wasn't  the "New York State Appellate Court," it was  the United States Appellate Court based in New York State..

1. The reason the court threw out the charge was not because "they understood that the lower court was too quick to reach a verdict" but as we mentioned before, the Appellate Court ruled that the lower court had no jurisdiction to charge him with the crime of transporting his daughter from Belgium to Israel. They actually upheld the other charges!
2. The court did not as of February 1, 2011 reduce his sentence....
3. The Zeitung is lying when they report to their naive readers that the court already reduced the sentence.

Loose Translation of the rest of the article on the second scan above.
"Legal experts say that this proves that with a good legal defense and with the right lawyers, Rabbi Weingarten would have never received such a verdict. The whole unheard and bitter trial happened only because the defendant didn't have the right defense.. This gave way to those who want to take his life to have him incarcerated in the worst possible way.
It is now easier to find great lawyers, since we can now prove that we have a better chance and that G-D will make sure that we are successful.
It was clear for a very long time to those close to him, his children, his close students, and those advocating for the Respected Torah Scholar and Righteous One, that all the allegations are totally false and one cannot comprehend this at all. But now, we see that even by the courts it is possible to prove and to overturn this verdict.
The Appellate Court actually removed 10 years from his sentence, but it still hurts since it is like a "Torah Scroll in Pain," that such a Torah Scholar and G-D fearing person and a innocent person that was only a sacrifice to bitter factions, sits in such a bitter circumstance and the courts still didn't totally free him.


The new developments gives renewed strength, hope and spirit to the great Rabbis that are busy to redeem him "Pidyan Shevuiyim." The leader of these Rabbis is the Gaon and Righteous Rebbi Yitzchok Tuviah Weiss from Jerusalem, and the Gaon and Righteous Rabbi Moshe Green Shlitah, Rosh Yeshivah of Monsey.
Rosh Yeshivah who is in a terrible situation in a bitter jail in the far away Virginia.


In the last few days, Community Organizers and the Rabbis had meetings. The ones attending was Rabbi Gaon Rabbi Moshe Green Shlitah, and the Rabbis Goanim and Righteous Ones, Rabbi Yisroel Shorr Rosh Yeshivah Ohr Samaich, Rabbi the Goan Menachim Meir Weismandel Shlitah Chief Beis Din of Nitra, Rabbi the Gaon Rabbi Yisroel Duvid Schlesinger Shlitah, Rabbi the Gaon Rebbi Chaim Yehoshuah Halberstam, Bais Din Satmar Monsey, Rabbi Avraham Shorr Shlitah Bais Din Tiferes Yaakov, Rabbi the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Fival Schnaybalg Chief of the Bais Din Avrachim, Monsey, Rabbi the Gaon Rebbi Efraim Stein Shlitah chief Baid Din Politchin,
 and more Rabbis to give advise and to start working on this case.
The Community Organizers and the Rabbis and students of the Rosh Yeshivah are working very hard, and are appealing with heart to the community at large for help. We should pray for Moshe the son of Liba, and should help with donations to pay for the huge legal costs.

My analysis:

1. I found a great Irony: Rabbi Moshe Green is on the Vaad Hazniyas in Monsey, he has been seen on many occasions sitting  in a van driven by Mendy Greenwald  outside the 7 Eleven (a hangout) on College Road looking to see who enters the shop...and then having Mendy harrass them afterwards. He is now defending a convicted child molester!! 
2. Rabbi C.F. Schnaybalg is also on the Vaad... but he finds no problem defending Weingarten.
3. Again, the Appellate Court did not remove 10 years from his sentence, the sentencing was sent back to the Judge and it more than likely that he will keep the 30 years.
4. I would also pray for Weingarten, Yisroel Moshe ben Liba, that he comes to his senses and apologise for the hurt he  caused and  ask his daughter forgiveness..so they all can have closure.
5. I would especially pray for his daughter Fruma Leah Bas Feigah whose youth was robbed, and her future destroyed!
6. The Yiddish newspaper Dee Zeitung is deliberately misleading and lying to its readers .
