Levy Steinberg pleaded guilty today to one count of forcible touching in his sexual abuse case.
Steinberg had been charged with rape in the third degree, forcible touching, and sexual misconduct after being accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Williamsburg.
In exchange for his plea, Steinberg was ordered to attend a 26 week program and was ordered to comply with a 5 year order of protection in favor of his victim.
If he fails to comply with the program and order of protection he faces a year in jail.

Your headline is not supported by what follows it. All it says is that he pleaded guilty to forcible touching, not rape. Please correct.

It is of utmost importance to know this fact, because women who are sick are very vulnerable and the DA is looking for more of his victims to come forth!
Most of the victims are afraid so it doesn't become public, they are afraid of Shidduchim for their children, as people will likely stay away from doing a shiddich of a married lady that was raped! Why? Only G-d knows!

He was accused by his ex wife of forcibly touching her while she was asleep. I’m glad the judge saw through her lies and he didn’t get jail time.

There is now a campaign by this shvantz who raped women to say that it was his ex-wife!
Even if it was, he should be in prison; who gives anyone the right to rape a woman, even if she is his wife?
