Frum Parties & The Left Teamed Up To Give Jewish Owned Land To Arabs in East Jerusalem

I will get to the disturbing headline in a minute.....

First a brief background....

There are elections in Israel tomorrow and by in large the Heimishe Yeedin will quietly vote for the Likkud!

And that's why the Chareidie parties are in panic mode!

What??????????

Liar!! Not true!!!!! 

That is what you are probably screaming at your screen!!!!

Well I'll let you into an open secret ..... shhhhhhhhh! Quiet!!!

First of all Deri the crook in the above poster has publicly stated that he is for giving up land!

No..... not his house or the city in Bnei-Brak or wherever the hell he lives ......nooooooooooo!

He isn't for giving back his own property.....he is for giving back someone else's property!!!!

His reasoning is based on a a political decision of the late Rav Ovadia Yosef ....

Back in the days..... 

Rav Ovadia thought that for "peace" for saving a Jewish life it's important to give back land ....and to that end he supported the left and supported Peres ... who he became close friends with...

When Israel, in 2005 with the support of Rav Ovadia evacuated Gaza and Gush Katif, they ...meaning the then Prime Minister Sharon, and the Chareidie "gedoilim" thought that this would finally bring peace!!

Well.... every child now knows that this was one fatal mistake and the blood thirsty Arab savages have fired over 20,000 missiles from Gaza!......

So based on this flawed thinking that to appease the lion, Jews must sacrifice ..... land and lives ...

Deri decided to quote Rav Ovadia that Jews must give up the "shatachim" for peace ...and has even opened negotiations with Ganz and the Chareidie hater, Lapid, just in case they win...

Deri is prepared, for power, to give up all principles to lie in bed with someone who hates Torah and our G-d!

But what Deri doesn't say is that Rav Shach after he saw what happened in Gush Katif became very quiet and in fact withdrew from politics!

Getting back to our disturbing headline...

In many areas in east Jerusalem, no survey or registration of ownership was conducted after the 6 day war!

Instead, the dumb Israelis gave the authority for building permits to the local mukhatars ... the chiefs of the villages, to decide who the "legal" owners are ...... in effect reaffirming the Ottoman Empire's traditional method of circumventing the procedure that normally regulate land registry under Israeli law.

In practice, the "mukhatars" spawned a massive industry of wholesale land giveaways and illegal land deals, forgery of documents and deeds, under-the-table payments, false testimony, and more.

And it has created devastating results for the rightful owners of property, Arabs and Jew alike!

What, you might wonder, allowed this bizarre, backward system to override normal procedures of land registration?

The answer is as pathetic as it is predictable.

The State of Israel preferred to self-impose restrictions on its own sovereignty in Jerusalem, in the hope that undercutting its sovereignty would appease its critics!

But by failing to clearly assert and enforce Israeli sovereignty in Jerusalem, the government handed those seeking to deny Israeli sovereignty the perfect opportunity to do so.

Beyond the devastating practical results of the mukhtar rule of law, for property rights, and for Jerusalem's delicate demographic balance, the political implications are a self-fulfilling prophecy:

When sovereignty is not exercised, it is lost. A government that does not enforce the law does not govern, and the vacuum is filled immediately ----- and ofter irrevocably!

In the final days of Nir Barkat's term as mayor of Jerusalem, the "bear" woke up.... and he and others began to fight back to take back or "refresh" the authority of the "mukhatars"....

He, Ayelet Sheked, and MK Yoav Kish exposed the background of the "mukhatars" running the show ....

They found, that the overwhelming majority of these authorized mukhatars were a bunch of convicted serial violators of Israel's planning and construction laws....

To make matters worse, these mukhatars were paid a hefty fee, for their "expert" testimony.

In far too many cases, they testified that properties were owned by the residents of their village.....

when in fact the very same land parcels were legally registered to Israel's Land Registry as property of individual Jewish owners. 

Documents presented by these mukhtars to substantiate their "expert testimony" were proven to be forgeries!

Last week, B"H, the campaign to out them began to bear fruit.

For the first time, the Jerusalem Planning and Construction Committee rejected dozens of permit requests for projects in the eastern neighborhoods of Jerusalem that were based on the mukhtar protocol....

Now ...guys listen to this ....

hold on to your seats .....

Representatives of Likkud, Bayit Yehudi, Hitorerut and Arye King's United for Jerusalem Party cast their votes against the permit requests....

and voting in favor of the mukhtar-approved permits were none other than the Chareidie parties who teamed up with the Chareidie hating  left! 

Now you have a little taste of  why the "smart" Heimishe people will never vote for Chareidie parties ever again!
