UNRWA inflamed Jew-hatred by keeping Gazans penned inside Gaza

The continuing failure of the United Nations and UNRWA, its refugee agency that serves only Palestinia Arabs, to remove Gaza’s children, women, the sick and the elderly from 8 refugee camps inside Gaza to the relative safety offered by 10 refugee camps located in Jordan and 12 refugee camps located in Syria - or anywhere else in the world - has been a monumental failure, dereliction of duty and lack of concern for the welfare of the 650356 refugees living in Gaza and already registered with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).

Keeping these registered refugees penned inside Gaza for the last year has seen the Israel-Gaza war prolonged and civilian casualties and damage to property substantially increased - as Israel was:

  • Slowed down in eliminating those Gazan terrorists responsible for invading Israel and murdering 1200 peopleraping and beheading, hospitalizing 14970 whilst internally displacing 150000 Israelis on 7 October 2023
  • Hampered in its efforts to release 252 hostages forcefully abducted in Israel and taken to Gaza
  • Required to confront Gaza’s civilians being used as human shields by the perpetrators of the 7 October 2023 atrocities seeking to escape being killed or captured
  • Prevented from speedily destroying the extensive underground network of attack tunnels containing weapons, manufacturing and storage facilities located under hospitals, mosques, schools, commercial and residential buildings

Unsuccessful attempts by the UN to procure a ceasefire – rather than demanding the unconditional surrender of Gaza’s Hamas Government – underscored the UN’s concern more with allowing Gaza to survive to fight another day rather than see these Gazan terrrorist monsters and their infrastructure wiped out and destroyed.

UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process - Tor Wennesland – declared in his statement published on 20 October:

“Nowhere is safe in Gaza.”

What a briliant conclusion in the midst of war!

Yet the UN and UNWRA continue to abdicate their mandate to provide humanitarian assistance and protection to registered Palestinian Arab refugees in Gaza by keeping them penned in Gaza in a war zone.

On 25 August the UN announced that nine staff working for UNRWA in Gaza would be sacked because they may have been involved in the 7 October 2023 Hamas-led attacks against Israel. This will surely just be the tip of the iceberg in outing many more of the 13000 UNRWA employees in Gaza.

Prolonging the conflict continues to inflame Jew-hatred worldwide as the United Nations Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People and the Division for Palestinian Rights of the United Nations detail in their monthly newsletter dated 24 October:

  • In the Middle East, in Africa, Asia and Europe and in North America: webinars, press releases, warnings, articles and events relating to the ongoing conflict in Gaza
  • At the United Nations: On 31 October, the UN Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People will organize the briefing “International legal responsibilities for preventing genocide, holding perpetrators of war crimes accountable, and for ending the unlawful occupation of Palestine”. The briefing will feature presentations by the UN Special Rapporteurs on the Situation of Human Rights in the Palestinian Territory Occupied Since 1967, Francesca Albanese; and on the Right to Health, Tlaleng Mofokeng; as well as a Commissioner of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel, Chris Sidoti.
  • On 21 October, UNRWA’s Commissioner-General, Philippe Lazzarini, accused the Israeli authorities of continuing to deny humanitarian missions access to the north of Gaza with critical supplies including medicine and food for people under siege.

The newsletter is entirely anti-Israel – omitting any mention of supportive pro-Israel meetings such as the Second International Pro-Israel Summit held in Budapest on 2 October organized by the Center for Fundamental Rights. And most significantly, not encouraging any efforts to send families and children out of Gaza.

The United Nations and its terrorist-ridden UNRWA have become hopelessly conflicted and compromised.

Message from Rabbi Goldberg's widow to Rabbi Amar

Rachel Goldberg, widow of the late Rabbi Avi Goldberg who fell in Lebanon, discussed the draft law with the Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem, Rabbi Shlomo Amar, who came to pay a shiva call.

"It's like on Friday, when all the children help tidy up and clean the house for Shabbat, everyone cleans. One person doesn’t sit at the table and pray that the house will be clean. Everyone has to clean. Everyone has to clean. And whoever doesn't, it's not educational to give him something in return. It's not educational, not Jewish and not moral," Goldberg told Rabbi Amar.

She added, "What I'm saying is: people, you know the truth, remove this fake belief from your hearts, the walls we've built over fifty years. Remove it."

"I also call on people who are not religious, take responsibility for the fact that you are now distant. People who do not know and are evading their army service, take responsibility. Connect to our identity and it will be good for you, because your soul will hear the goodness of the Torah. Avi knew how to say good ideas, he knew how to talk about spirituality and that truth and honesty – that is the spirit of God," she concluded.

'Hezbollah down to just 20% of its rocket capabilities'

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant stated that the Hezbollah terrorist organization has lost an estimated 80 percent of the rocket-firing capabilities it had prior to the beginning of Operation Northern Arrows.

“I estimate the remaining capacity of the missiles and rockets to be around 20 percent, and in addition, it is not organized in the way that it used to be organized, in a way that Hezbollah could fire larger volleys,” Gallant said during a visit to the IDF Northern Command base in Tzfat (Safed) Tuesday evening.

“There is a deep connection between our strike in Iran and what is happening to Hezbollah. Iran understands that Hezbollah does not have the ability to respond, and Hezbollah understands that it cannot rely on Iran," Gallant added.

Before the current conflict, Hezbollah had amassed an arsenal of an estimated 150,000 rockets and attack drones. Hezbollah fired over 8,000 rockets at northern Israel in the eleven months following the October 7, 2023 massacre committed by the Hamas terrorist organization, which Hezbollah launched its attacks in support of. Hezbollah's near-daily rocket attacks caused the evacuation of tens of thousands of Israelis from their homes and communities for over a year, and killed dozens of people, including 12 Druze children who were killed in a rocket strike on a playground in Majdal Shams in July.

In September, Israel launched Operation Northern Arrows to remove the Hezbollah threat and allow the residents of northern Israel to return to their homes in safety and security.

US airlines have to automatically refund travelers for canceled, 'significantly changed' flights: What to know

Under the new policy, passengers will receive a refund if their flight is canceled or significantly changed, and they do not accept alternative transportation or travel credits offered.

According to the DOT, a "significant change" is defined as a situation where a flight's departure or arrival time is altered by more than three hours domestically and six hours internationally.

This definition also includes changes in departure or arrival airports, an increase in the number of connections or connections at different airports.

It also applies in cases when a passenger is downgraded to a lower class of service or if flights are switched to planes that are less accessible or accommodating to a person with a disability, according to the rules.

Passengers that file a mishandled baggage report can get a refund of their checked bag fee if it is not delivered within 12 hours of their domestic flight arriving at the gate.

For international flights, passengers will be refunded if the bag doesn't arrive between 15 and 30 hours of their international flight arriving at the gate, depending on the length of the flight.

Passengers can be refunded if they paid for a service, such as Wi-Fi, seat selection or inflight entertainment that the airline failed to provide.

Hezbollah Murders Muhammad!

Israel sends chilling warning to Hezbollah's new leader

Israel has issued a chilling warning that it will assassinate Hezbollah's new leader, just hours after he was named as Hassan Nasrallah's successor.

Deputy secretary general Naim Qassem (pictured) was today elected and named the leader of the terror group, one month after the former chief was killed in an Israeli airstrike. But Israeli defense minister Yoav Gallant, in charge of the IDF, today said as he shared a photo of Qassem: 'Temporary appointment. Not for long.' It comes just weeks after the Shia cleric delivered a ranting 19-minute speech in the wake of Nasrallah's assassination, vowing that Hezbollah would continue fighting a 'long battle' with Israel.

Qassem's accession marks the first time Hezbollah has had a new leader since February 1992 when Shia cleric Nasrallah took power and oversaw the group in its transition from a militant force into a political party and regional powerhouse.

Hashem Safieddine, the head of Hezbollah's executive council, was initially tipped to succeed Nasrallah. But he too was killed in an Israeli strike on Beirut's southern suburbs shortly after Nasrallah's assassination.

Another Shia cleric, 71-year-old Qassem has been a fixture in the upper echelon of the political and militant group for more than 30 years. But his accession to the position of secretary general sees him inherit a sorry state of affairs, with Hezbollah engaged in bitter fighting with IDF troops in southern Lebanon while Israel's Air Force (IAF) continues to batter the capital Beirut with incessant bombing raids. Qassem, a member of the Hezbollah's governing Shura Council, had long operated in the shadow of Nasrallah, a towering leader who was one of the most enigmatic and influential figures in the Middle East.

Hezbollah said Qassem was elected by the Shura Council as it pledged to keep 'the flame of resistance burning' until victory is achieved against Israel.

He was born in Beirut in 1953 to a family from the village of Kfar Fila on the border with Israel and taught chemistry in Lebanon before turning to politics.

His political career began with the Amal Movement but left that group in 1979 on the heels of the Islamic revolution in Iran which was a precursor to the formation of Hezbollah. He was among the group's founding members in 1982, and was a appointed deputy chief in 1991 by the group's then-secretary general, Abbas al-Musawi. Qassem retained the position when al-Musawi was killed in an Israeli helicopter attack months later and became one of Hezbollah's leading spokesmen after Nasrallah replaced al-Musawi as secretary general.

Chabad Joins the Crazed Peleg and Orders their Followers Not To Register for the Draft

I have explained to my readers time and again that Chabad is far more extreme vis-a-vis the State of Israel than Satmar! Yes you heard it here first!
Chabad has never recognized the State of Israel as a State! The previous Lubavitcher Rebbe z"l who I personally met many times, never recognized the Zionist State!

Yes, of course he met with the Zionist leaders, I was there myself when the Lubavitcher Rebbe met with the President of Israel, Zalman Shazar. And he met with Menachim Begin and Bibi Netanyahu, but because the Rebbe loved every Jew, he did not distinguish between Jews and their affiliations. The Rebbe was also against giving up even an inch of Israel, but refused to recognize the Zionist State as a State!

Up till about last year, many Israeli Chabadznikers joined the army, not because it was a policy, it wasn't and in fact Chabad was against their followers from enlisting, but many felt that they would have a better chance of being "mekareiv" Jews if they joined than being outside the system!
But all would register for the draft as per national law!'

But now Chabad Rabbis have joined Peleg and the Briskers whose policy is to not to even register ! Even Satmar or the Ahrelich  register!

Harav Kook Calls Principal of Chareidie School a "Murderer" Because a Girl Killed Herself After Not Being Admitted to School

Following the tragic passing of the young woman in the Nof Kinneret Poriya neighborhood of Tiberias, Maran Hagoen Kook Shlita issued a harsh letter against the heads of the institutions [kindergartens, PBC and school] of Minyan Avrachim and Iggud Amalei Torah of Rabbi Zafarani Shlita.

The letter came out after Harav Kook  had already expressed his opinion against the  "selection process" Charediie institutions make in the city of Tiberias, causing sinas chinum and tears of those who fear G-d and are wonderful Avrachim and Baalei Teshuvah

We are all aware of the opinion of Harav Shteinman who chastised a well known Rosh Yeshiva and screamed at him  "Gaaveh, Gaaveh, Gaaveh when the Rosh Yeshivah refused to accept a child in his Yeshivah!

The following are the words of Harav Kook Shlita in the letter pictured above, addressed especially to the mehalim of institutions in Israel and in Teveryeh

Loose Translation!

With the Help of Hashem

.(This notice is )  "Against the minyan of Avrachim" that  are basically a quorum of wicked people who have Gaaveh

In honor of the holy public
STOP making selections,

I am putting you all in cherem

"You sow" with all your strength sinas chinum and are delaying the Messiah,
This hatred has no place in the city of Tiberias

You are arguing with Rabbi Akiva who is buried here

Get out of here NOW!

You can die tomorrow like  Bracha Bas Siglit a'h who died because of you

You murdered her

CNN bans conservative guest for telling Muslim journalist 'I hope your beeper doesn't go off'

CNN has banned a conservative commentator from appearing on the network again after he told a Muslim journalist "I hope your beeper doesn't go off," an apparent reference to the spate of exploding pagers in Lebanon that killed members of the Hezbollah militant group last month.

Ryan Girdusky made the comment during a heated debate with Mehdi Hasan, a prominent British-American broadcaster and an outspoken critic of Israel's war in Gaza, on "CNN Newsnight" with host Abby Phillip.

The guests were discussing the racist jokes made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, which overshadowed former President Donald Trump's rally at New York's Madison Square Garden on Sunday and continue to make headlines two days later.

As the debate turned fractious, Girdusky and Hasan sparred over whether the latter had been labeled an anti-Semite. "I'm a supporter of the Palestinians, I'm used to it," Hasan said.

Girdusky replied: "Well I hope your beeper doesn't go off."

Hasan responded: "Did you just say I should die? You just said I should be killed."

When Phillip called out the comment, Girdusky apologized, claiming he heard Hasan say he supported Hamas. After a commercial break both Girdusky and Hasan had left the roundtable discussion.

"There is zero room for racism or bigotry at CNN or on our air," the network said in a statement shared by Phillip on social media. "We aim to foster thoughtful conversations and debate between people who profoundly disagree with each other in order to explore important issues and promote mutual understanding," it said.

"But we will not allow guests to be demeaned or for the line of civility to be crossed. Ryan Girdusky will not be welcomed back at our network."

Phillip added in her own video that the network had not asked Hasan to leave the debate and that he was welcome to return in future.

Girdusky appeared indignant on social media in the hours afterwards and said in a tweet "apparently you can't go on CNN if you make a joke."

NBC News has contacted both Hasan and Girdusky overnight for comment.

Rabbi Goldstein's "Fatwa" Against MBD Concert in Beit Shemesh Cause Massive Riots

Mayor Greenberg

Chareidim riot in front of the Beit Shemesh Mayor's house and cause damage to his front gate

A group of about 200 Chareidim came to the Mayor's house to riot against the huge Simchas Beis HaShoeva event that he orchestrated at the Amphi.

The Mayor isn't even in the city right now, yet they chose to come specially by bus,  causing damage to his property.

Neighbors called the police, who came 10 minutes later, and the rioters then got back on the bus and left the area.

Iran executes California man after abducting him during international flight layover, convicting him of terror charges

Sharmahd at a hearing in Tehran on Feb. 6, 2022.

Iran has executed a California resident after Iranian agents abducted him during a flight layover in Dubai four years ago, officials said.

Jamshid Sharmahd, 69, a German-Iranian dissident who lived in Glendora with his family, was accused by the Islamic Republic of planning a 2008 attack on a mosque that killed 14 people and wounded over 200 others.

His family disputes the terror charges, claiming Sharmahd is among the many Iranian dissidents who have been kidnapped or tricked into returning to Iran in recent years.

The German government and the US State Department did not immediately provide a statement on the execution.

The Iranian judiciary’s Mizan news agency reported Sharmahd’s execution, accusing him of being “under orders from masters in Western intelligence agencies, the United States and the child-killing Zionist regime.”

“Without a doubt, the divine promise regarding the supporters of terrorism will be fulfilled, and this is a definite promise,” the judiciary said in announcing his execution.

While the agency did not specify the details of Sharmahd’s execution, Iran typically hangs its condemned prisoners at sunrise.

Along with the terror charges, Tehran accused the longtime US resident of plotting several other assaults through the little-known Kingdom Assembly of Iran and its Tondar militant wing.

The Islamic Republic also accused him of “disclosing classified information” on Iran’s missile sites during a television program in 2017.

Iran began cracking down on dissidents abroad following the collapse of the 2015 nuclear deal, with Sharmahd abducted in 2020 while traveling for business involving his software company.

Sharmahd had a layover in Dubai — a major international transit hub — during a trip to India due to the coronavirus disrupting global travel.

His family last received a message from him on July 28, 2022, with tracking data showing that he had crossed the border into Oman the following day.

The signal disappeared on July 30, with Iran revealing two days later that it had captured Sharmahd in a “complex operation.”

Iran’s Intelligence Ministry then published a photograph of him blindfolded and in custody.

Amnesty International, a global human rights group, slammed Sharmahd trial as “grossly unfair,” noting that he was denied the right to defend himself in court.

In a 2021 phone call, Sharmahd told Western officials that he had lost more than 44 pounds in prison and only had two teeth left in his mouth.

Sharmahd, a father of two, was born in Tehran and grew up in Germany, traveling between the countries in the 80s and 90s before settling in California with his family in 2003.

The same year, Sharmahd allegedly helped found Tondar for Kingdom Assembly of Iran, an opposition group seeking to restore the monarchy that was overthrown by the Islamic revolution in 1979.

Sharmahd had previously been the victim of an assassination attempt in 2009, which was foiled by the US government and saw an Iranian agent arrested and convicted for the planned murder.

Sharmahd’s daughter, Gazelle, had spent years advocating for her father’s freedom, repeatedly calling on the Biden administration to help her family.

My dad chose the United States as his home, worked hard, followed all the rules, belongs to a family of four generations around him of U.S. citizenship, lived here for 20 years as a tax-paying, law-abiding resident,” Sharmahd told Fox News Digital last year.

IDF Issues 800 Arrest Warrants To Bnei Yeshivos; Will Soon Issue Another 5,000 Draft Orders

The IDF has issued 800 arrest warrants to bnei yeshivos who did not show up to the summons issued to them in the summer.

Those who received warrants will not be arrested immediately but will be arrested if caught at Ben Gurion Airport trying to leave the country and will also be prevented from obtaining a driver’s license.

Senior Chareidi political officials admitted to Kikar H’Shabbat on Monday evening that they have not managed to find a solution to the issuance of arrest warrants and the criminalization of bnei yeshivos.

It should be noted that Charedim are being drafted on the orders of Attorney-General Gali Baharav-Miara and and the Supreme Court and not the current government.

Earlier on Monday, it was reported that the UTJ party retracted its threats to withhold its support for the state budget until a draft law is passed [due to the low likelihood that it will be approved] and instead is insisting on continuing to provide daycare subsidies for the children of bnei yeshivos who are eligible for the draft, a move that Baharav-Miara has deemed illegal [based on her personal opinion.]

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu held a special meeting at his office in the Knesset on Monday evening in an attempt to find a solution for advancing the law that would allow continued subsidization of daycare for avreichim of draft age or a way to bypass Baharav-Miara’s decision.

Channel 12 News reported on Monday that the IDF will soon issue draft orders to another 5,000 Chareidim.

Out of the 3,000 draft orders previously sent to Chareidim in the summer, only 230 Chareidim obeyed the summons and showed up at draft centers.

Bereaved Father outraged While Saying Kaddish In Shul With Anti-Draft Notices

Hagai Luber, a religious actor and the father of Yehonatan Luber HYD who fell in battle in Gaza, expressed his shock and pain after seeing an anti-draft notice in a charedi shul in Netivot.

In a Facebook post, Luber wrote that :”You must not mistreat any widow or orphan (or bereaved father).”

“Yesterday I finished a show in the south and went to the Sephardic Shtiblach in Netivot to say the Maariv prayers. Near the entrance I saw a notice, which took away my breath and left me paralyzed to the ground.

“A war of religious zeal,” the notice thundered. “Whoever receives a draft notice should tear it up. Even a loafer who isn’t learning shouldn’t go there, there are terrible things there etc. etc.

“I debated whether this was the proper place to say kaddish for my son Yehonatan HYD who was a Talmid Chacham, a fearer of G-d and an IDF soldier, as in this shul they believe that they should have fought my righteous son with a holy war. In this shul they believe that my son who was meticulous in performing mitzvos was a “compromiser” and rotten. In this shul they believe that my courageous son should have gone to jail and not saved his comrades in his last heroic battle. My son Yehonatan who studied Torah daily should have called 02-579-5252 and asked for help in dealing with the awful and terrible army.

התחננתי לפניך, אל תמות לפניי - לא הסכמת": סמ"ר במיל' אלישע יהונתן לובר הובא למנוחות | ישראל היום

Yehonatan Luber HYD

“As I debated, the prayers began and I prayed with them and when Kaddish came and there was nobody besides me saying Kaddish, I started: Yisgadal Veyiskadash Shemei Rabo.

“My tongue was dry, my eyes became cloudy and the words came out broken and stuttering, and youths in white shirts, the age of my son Yehonatan, looked at me perplexed and impatient. They didn’t know that my heart was tinged with humiliation, that the notice had stabbed me like a knife, that my prayer was that Hashem wouldn’t exact my humiliation from them, as I was so humilated and bereaved and Hashem loves those oppressed and stands up for them.

“They didn’t know that I prayed that Hashem light up their eyes and they would expound their views in a soft way as is the wont of the Talmidei Chachamim in the land of Israel who are pleasant to one another, and not in a harsh and insulting manner which humiliates and pains a bereaved father like me who lost his son fighting to save them and to save Am Yisrael.

“And I finished Kaddish with the words “He who Makes peace in his spheres, may he make peace for us and for all of his nation of Israel and they answered Amen, and I returned to my car and sat there for a long time in pain, and went back to my hilltop home.”

Hagai Luber

A bereaved father whose pain just increased.

Luber requested that any responses should not include criticism towards any rabbi or community in Israel as he would have to erase them.

North Korea Sent 10,000 Troops to Russia to Fight in Ukraine

North Korea has sent about 10,000 troops to Russia to train and fight in Ukraine within “the next several weeks,” Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh said Monday.

Singh said some of those soldiers have already moved closer to Ukraine.

“We are increasingly concerned that Russia intends to use these soldiers in combat or to support combat operations against Ukrainian forces in Russia’s Kursk” region, she told reporters.

Singh said Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has already publicly cautioned that should North Korea’s soldiers be used on the battlefield, they would be considered belligerents and legitimate targets but that their use would have serious implications for security in the Indo-Pacific as well.

NATO said some of the North Korean troops have already been deployed in Russia’s Kursk border region, where Russia has been struggling to push back a Ukrainian incursion.

6000 Shells Per Minute: IDF Offers Effective Solution for Hezbollah’s Drones

Since the start of Operation Iron Swords, Hezbollah has launched more than 2,500 drones at Israel. Most have been taken down but at an excruciating cost of an estimated $30,000 per downing. Now the IDF is exploring a new way to deal with the drones, which may prove useful to Iran and Russia’s other enemy, Ukraine.

In recent days, the IDF has placed the first Vulcan cannon on the northern border, to intercept drones launched from Lebanon. The latest version of this cannon was created by the Israeli company Tamar, and the IDF will examine its operational effectiveness.

The M61 Vulcan is a hydraulically, electrically, or pneumatically driven, six-barrel, air-cooled, electrically fired Gatling-style rotary machinegun that fires 20 mm × 102 mm rounds at an extremely high rate (6,000 rounds per minute). The M61 and its family of derivatives have been the principal cannon armament of United States military fixed-wing aircraft for at least sixty years.

Each of the cannon’s six barrels fires once in turn during each revolution of the barrel cluster. The multiple barrels provide both a very high rate of fire—around 100 rounds per second—and contribute to prolonged weapon life by minimizing barrel erosion and heat generation. The average time between jams or failures is more than 10,000 rounds, making it an extremely reliable weapon.

According to the IDF, the M61’s economics speak for themselves: according to the Alma Research Institute, since the outbreak of the Iron Swords War, while the cost of intercepting 2,500 drones by Iron Dome missiles is frightening: $75,000,000, the use of the Vulcan may reduce costs to $10 per round, depending on factors such as season, supply and demand, country of production, the manufacturer, and the nature of the procurement contract.

The IDF says it will require about 400 rounds to take down one drone – that’s $4,000 tops. Or, to down 2,500 drones – $10,000,000, less than a seventh of the Iron Dome cost.
