Poor guy. Once he gives a get people will start suggesting shidduchim and then it will become public that he isn't really interested in women and was never really committed to living without a little m"z action on the side (or in the back). That's the cause of many of these drawn out get cases. The husband has nothing to gain and much to lose by being available again. Just one heteroguy's opinion.
Gay guys know how to deal with suggestions/ resumes. They respond that they are “seeing someone.” After almost a year, they just broke up with someone and they need to take a break from dating. The next year they date one woman once. This is their attempt to show you they are interested in getting married. Etc. Etc.
Those excuses don't work forever or even for very long. It's well known that the loud activist anti-get "mens rights" meshuga'im are either m"znikkirs or just emasculacted sissies one egg short of a set of two. In this case my money would be on him being gay. Not that I have any private info on him or that I think being called a fag is big damage to a guy's reputation these days. It is legal and alleging it happens between two consenting adults probablt can't even get one in civil legal trouble anymore.
So yeah, he's probably gay or dead from the waist down.
Nobody is gay in our frum community MOST FRUM MOMMAS AND BUBBIES WILL NEVER admit that there are gays in our community lol but yeah I say the same thing , since nobody can officialy come out as gay so gay guys forced to date and waste time money and nebech sometimes they date a girl for 30 times and its perfect bec no touching and then he cant comitt bec guess what HES GAY. but there is help a frum gay guy can marry a frum gay girl and they can do IVF and live happily ever after in the heart of frum communities, I think its being done.
