Sen. Markwayne Mullin a strong supporter of Israel nominated as Kristi Noem's Replacement

The nominee by President Donald Trump to replace Kristi Noem is a strong supporter of Israel. 

Republican Sen. Markwayne Mullin of Oklahoma, an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation, has been a vocal advocate for robust U.S.-Israel ties. 

Mullin introduced the “Stand with Israel Act” to cut U.S. funding to U.N. agencies that limit Israel’s participation and has pushed for strong military aid while opposing calls for a ceasefire in Israel’s conflicts.
