| Chardeidim Examining a downed missile to see if they can kill more bus drivers |
Chareidim hold that a "minhag" is even stronger than a Halacha!
That could very well be, but the Litvishe Bnei-Torah take that dictum quite literally and decided that their mantra of wanting to "die and not enlist" can be reversed with the concept of "Ve'nehapuch Hu" so on Purim instead of being ready to die, they want to kill others!
What is interesting to note is that Haman himself never killed a Jew and in fact never managed to injure a single Jew, yet here in the year of תשפ"ו we have "emesdika" Bnei-Torah who have a minhag to beating up bus drivers and then vandalizing the buses, just like the "chalyeres in Harlem"
Now I know, that I am going to get a ton of comments (I will delete them all) that I hate Charedim.
Which is ironic, because I am a proud Chardeie and value learning and give many shiurim in Beit Shemesh!
I am not the one beating the crap out of Bus Drivers and I am not the one smashing all the bus windows, nor do I stop illegally any traffic , but these sickos commenting, say that I am the hater, for posting what they do.
I posted awhile ago that one of their gedoilim paskened that a local Mayoral election in Beit Shemesh was a "Milchemes Mitzvah" , this just 5 months after October 7 but said that October 7 did not fit into the criteria of a "milchemes mitzvah" and all I did was post it and I am called the hater!
What sheer insanity??
Update from the Israel Police Control Room at 7:00 PM - Shock from a brutal attack on a bus driver in the Beit Vegan neighborhood in Jerusalem.
The neighborhood council wrote and warned the residents, the young men and the heads of the yeshivas, as if in the name of the rabbis, but they mocked the rabbis, and as every year on Purim, they get drunk and beat drivers and vandalize the buses.
It should be noted that this was done in other neighborhoods as well, with some o rabbis publishing warning letters, but it did not help everywhere
The driver who was injured is an Arab, the bus was sabotaged in the name of 'Purim' in the Lithuanian style from ancient times
It should be noted that this is the reason why Maran Rabbi Gaon Edelstein enacted a regulation that students should study on Purim in the yeshiva to prevent these plays, but not every yeshiva accepted the custom, some prefer that the young men go collect money for the yeshivas
