I get nauseous when Modern Chareidim(tm) talk about their "mesirus nefesh". Mesirus nefesh is walking to shul on a muddy street with goyim throwing garbage at you. It's sitting and learning even though you don't know where your dinner will come from or if at all. It's maintaining your Jewishness in a hostile environment that will reward you for abandoning it. And none of that applies today to them. They have all the benefits and none of the downsides, but they still want to act like they're being "moser nefesh". Sickening.

The topic of this movement is the draft, but its main thrust is an attempt to destroy the unity of the Jewish people.
