One thing I've noticed with stuff the Rebbe, z"l said, is that either it's blindindly obvious but people nod their heads and murmur "Ah, the Rebbe said it" or he repeats something someone else said and people, not knowing the original source, murmer "Ah, the Rebbe said it."
Anyway, a day later the 23 Sivan will be remembered for Soroka getting blown up. Not a good thing.

For example, at COLLive, a prominent site of the Habad, it states the following (https://collive.com/chof-gimmel-sivan-a-most-powerful-day-4/): “Every Yid is a Baal Habayis of the entire world on this day and can decree whatever he wants and everything is done according to his will,” the Rebbe said.
(There is no such guarantee in the siddur).
But the Chabadskers say, and I quote, “Every Yid is a Baal Habayis of the entire world on this day and can decree whatever he wants and everything is done according to his will,” the Rebbe said.
