So yeah, there's a boy with peyos in the video. Chances are his sister has them too. Chances are this woman faithfully and properly goes to the mikveh on schedule, along with her husband.

It's one of those Open Orthodox synagogues.
Doesn't seem like a Haredi Shul to me.

Of course this was at a Hacnosas Sefer torah, she most probably donated it.
Obviously a hachnossas sefer Torah as the speaker in the corner is visible.
