Keep in mind that appearance is very importance to some of these Open Orthodox. Even as they reqrite ritual to make it "egalitarian" they insist that everything "look tradition". So yeah, there's a boy with peyos in the video. Chances are his sister has them too. Chances are this woman faithfully and properly goes to the mikveh on schedule, along with her husband.
So what's the story behind the story?
