Rabbi Breitowitz's declaration that it is permitted to ascend the Har Habayis on the designated areas with toivling in a mikva will open a floodgate of other rabbanim to allow it ! They are looking at the maps and they now all know exactly where one can be permitted to go. The Tzaddik of Tzfas Rav Dov Kook has said many times that it is "a mitzvah bizman hazeh to ascend the Har Habayis with "teharah! "
Alot are still on the fence, because they either don't know anything about the recent archeological evidence to the precise area where the Kodshei Kodshim stood.
As I wrote many times, The Rambam ascended and even celebrated every year after that, on the anniversary of that holy day that he ascended.

What about the rambam that tevilah doesn't work if you are tamei mes?
11:28
If everyone is "tamei mes" then no one is "tamei mes" when the The Rambam said that " tevilah doesn't work if you are tamei" is when the Bais Hamikdash stood, proof, is, that he himself went up!
You can go in certain areas even if tamei mes but not if tamei keri or zav
I would think something this earth shattering would be signed by the Rebbe if true. And who is the son? Ausgehalten? Or another Yankel Kanievsky type?
Factual
I'm skeptical of those Rabbis that say you cannot go up? Are they saying that from a halachic point of view, or out of fear? I know that they say that because of fear, because they all say after saying that it's a "possible Kares" that there is another reason of "Arab incitement."
If they really believe that it is Kares why give the incitement reason?
Arabs are incited when they see a Jew period!
Also you may be skeptical, but the entire Israel Medea is now reporting on this!
You don't know where he went
So Amshinov came out with a statement of repudiation bursting DIN's fantasy bubble. And Breitowitz, 'big Charedi metziah' there, LOL!
