It’s a total disgrace yet sadly not surprising that these rabbis are definitely covering up for someone, today the majority of rabbis are rotzchim, rodfim,
I think your comment is inaccurate as well as highly insulting to the hundreds of Rabbis who could have become doctor , lawyers, and owners of lucrative businesses, but chose to serve Am Yisrael. It is equally insulting to their wives who have sacrificed by not having jewelry, upscale vacations, and in some cases cleaning ladies because they are supporting their husbands in their decision to stay inRabanus and chinuch.Shame on both of you!! I have been active and vocal in speaking out against abusers of all kinds and yet I have been so fortunate to know so many wonderful Jewish leaders .They always acted above suspicion-no one ever had a bad word or thought about them, because they were very holy innocent people. May Hashem have rachmanus on Am Yisrael and May all the Jewish leaders you interact with be as wonderful as the ones I have interacted with in the four neighbors I have lived in these past seven decades.
The Kushner guy seems to suggest that enemies of the family may have done this horrible deed. But I wonder if it isn't a mystery guy like the Massapequa architect.
The rabbis have no interest, nothing to gain, by making any comments at this point. Remember the law professor's advice-- never ever speak to anyone in law enforcement even if you are innocent and want to assist-- without an attorney present. The father sued, so there is no good feelings there either. But Cooper surely knows something -- something happened in camp, something happened at that private meeting, and someone wanted the kid to be shut up. Cooper knows who the true suspects are.

Best rememberence is:
Learn for his Neshamah.
Say a KLaddish for his Neshamah.
To yentah around about a unsolved story is wasting your time.
