Chassidishe guy beaten at a Monsey Wedding because he filmed with his Smartphone

Some unlucky guy has been beaten to a pulp because he had the audacity to take a photo at a wedding in Ateres Chaya Surah in Spring Valley with his smartphone.
The Rasha that beat him was arrested for assault ..

  1. The criminal who assaulted that unfortunate victim is a product of Chareidi hashkafa. The victim is also. Between the criminal's crazy hashkafic mindset and the victim's feeble English and grammar, both need a refuah shelaima in more ways than one.
I hope the victim takes a little time to heal his body as well as his English and the criminal to quickly go off the derech because his derech has transformed him into a real meshuganner.

  2. Abe, not true. You're trying to make it out like Chareidi Hashkafa causes evil. Chas V'Chalillah!! Rather, unfortunately, there are just some Chareidim who do not act like Chareidim - or Fruma Yidden for that matter.

But to say that Chareidim facilitate evil is complete sheker.

  5. Abe, what the heck does the victems grammer have to to qirh anything? If you don't speak a certain language, is it ok to beat you up?

From your comment we see that you're the same rotten product of the same chareidi crap. Badmouthing the victem, typical

    1. Anonymous 8:18 PM,

Firstly, I'm not Chareidi. Far, far from it.
You're right that the victims grammar has no connection to the vicious attack on him. I doubt he was speaking broken English when he was videoing the wedding on his smartphone.
I simply used the occasion to note the lousy English education that many chareidim are saddled with.

    2. Abe, you need to be careful before attacking people, especially a victim. How dare you make fun of his grammar!!! The guy grew up in Israel, not sure how long he has been living in this country. Again your bias is pathetic, you attacked charedi education and he never even got an American education. So ask me how do I know? I've met this guy a few times, therfore I know.

    3. You are correct. I should have considered that he may have been Israeli born.
But that grammar read like it was translated from yiddish, the language spoken by many chareidim.
So, I regret the possible error on my part.

  6. Absolutely CRAZY
these so called Frum morons should be admitted to a mental asylum.
They can continue to live in the horse and buggy age, and soak in the communal cesspool. These creatures are not religious they are fanatics. What a disgrace to humanity.
Live and let live, you can shave your wife's head use a sheet with a hole in it and other insane customs.
Let me live my life the way I see it and we'll get along just fine.
Don't force your archaic stupidity on others

  9. Obviously, resorting to violence is very wrong. But at the same time, the lack of civility by the young man should be noted as well. Live streaming a private event on facebook isn't right either. Neither is getting in someone's face and uprooting community norms, whether they are correct or not.
Ultimately they are both wrong, just one is much more wrong than the other.

  11. Abe, I happen to know the victim very well. His English is bad because he was born into the level tahor cult and had the guts to leave his whole family and freinds and run away from this cult. You should applued him for being so courageous, I doubt you'd have the guts to do what he did. And maybe perhaps hire a tutor for him to teach him English which he did not have the opportunity in the place where he grew up

    Read this story and weep.

the gangsters at YESHIVA WORLD carry ads for these criminals
knowing full well that this co. is nothing but outright fraud.
DIN.please look into this and expose these yesivishe gangsters

  14. 9:33, What do you mean 'Yeshivishe gansters'? This is the same outlook that ruins Achdus of Klal Yisroel, etc.

The main point that I would like to say to everyone here who is bad-mouthing Chareidim is that each person has control over their actions - it is not the sect that they belong to that should take the blame if they, Chas V'Shalom, and R"L, do an aveirah.

The problem is, unfortunately, a lot of people are too blinded by their hate for Chareidism, Yeshivishism, Chassidism, etc. to see the truth.

  15. AISH KODESH

Do you have a problem reading and comprehending the English language?,did anyone say or insinuate that all chareidim are gangsters.it is only a web site that takes ads from known gangsters and criminals who are out to rob and fleece unsuspecting people that they themselves are criminals and gangsters and if they happen to be FRUM and CHAREIDI so be it.
    CHAIM

  16. Aish Kodesh, I have to disagree with you. I am am ultra chareidi, so I have the right to speak. There are many mainstream chareidi hashkafos which are outright wrong and corrupt. It really really doesn't say anywhere in The Torah about smartphones, and we don't have rabbis today who have the greatness needed to see the big picture enough to be able to issue an issur derabanan. So truly, people must be educated to keep clean in connection to technology, but smartphones can't be assured. If smartphones are assured that's the same as saying that a majority of chareidi Jews are shkatzim. When you assur what's mutar, you and up doing true avairos. They teach young children to disrespect their own parents who have smartphones. They hit someone, which is a de'oraissa, because they have been taught that you can be mevaze someone, which is also a de'oraissa, all in the name of the unjustified wrong issur of that which is not assur, smartphones.

  18. CHAIM, my error. You are correct.

And, Harry, sort of. There are just some gezeiros that they have made. In and of themselves, they are not bad - however, when kept over Torah Law, R"L, (there are some unfortunate happenings of that) are not good. But they don't have to conflict with Torah.

    ReplyDelete
  19. The gezairos are bad IMHO. They are not presented as gezairos, because the rabbonim don't claim to be empowered to make gezairos. But they are presented as established halacha. That is a false presentation. They should say the truth, which is, that one should do one's best to guard themselves and be magdir themselves.

    ReplyDelete
  20. The second part is true, yes. Good point. But, of course (I know you're not, but) I wouldn't criticize the Rabbonim for acting such.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Aishkodesh, you say that people are blinded by to chareidim, yeshivish and chassidim to see the truth, what you don't want to admit is that many members of these groups engage in violence, in cursing other Jews, in denigrating them and not consider them as full frum Jews. Look at the violence in Meah Sheorim, Bet Shemesh, Bnei Brak whether it's the IDF or kashrut or intra Chassidic or intra yeshivish or whatever , and here in the New York NJ area.
When was the last time you saw regular Jews, Zionist rabbis, modern orthodoxes engage in this behaviour? It's not hate, it's calling them out on it. They don't respect Jews who aren't like them.Hold up a mirror to them aishkodesh and stop pretending and playing dumb when you know the truth. .

    ReplyDelete
  22. Aish Kodesh, I actually am criticizing the rabbonim.

Anonymous, There's plenty of it coming from non chareidi. Each has their own form.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Harry, we really can't as we're not in their position - so we don't know what they feel they need to do or not.

And Anonymous, what Harry said is true. But the thing is that I don't want to call anyone out on it.

  25. jancsibacsi, they have an "honest living". Remember - there are Yissachar's and Zevulun's! Some are indeed just supposed to sit and learn, etc.!

    Gut Shabbos all!

  26. All boils down to the fact that few, if any, are given a good, and wide secular education, and one where they can actually enhance or learn good practical skills, or improve on their innate aptitudes whether this be eg excelling in sport, art, music, science, technology etc. Then they probably wouldn't feel the need or have the time only to speak and practice violence in all it's guises. They would instead be too busy occupied in something that improved their minds, physical health, etc.

  27. First of all the perp is a pyc job who has been in and out of pyc hospitals for his entire life.
Second the victim is a publicty seeking rebel wanna be, yes his english is laughable and he seems uneducated, but there is something to be said about respecting your host and not flaunting the rules.
The perp needs to take his meds and the victim needs to GROW UP
