Hey Huckabee, watch out for the real trap

This urgent article is NOT about the storm which rightly arose risen regarding the Ambassador Huckabee fiasco earlier this week. That fiasco is however the direct backdrop to the disaster waiting to happen which we report below. So, to recap:

Ambassador Huckabee, in a moment of oversight, agreed this week to a “town meeting" with “Palestinian-Americans" (i.e. Israel-bashing activists). It truly did not occur to the ambassador that a “town meeting" format would allow Pallywood con artists to say whatever they want - with zero fact-checking. Pro-Israel groups were properly astounded by the Ambassador’s naivete - especially since the ambassador even expressed delight that his event drew lots of media (“Large press group turned out to cover my trip to Turmusayya").

Of course the Israel-bashing media turned out en masse. But that does not mean the event is a success. To the contrary, it means the Ambassador was set up by the Arab bloc’s powerful propaganda machine.

Such events are used to undermine the Jewish state and the Jewish people on a grand scale. Such fests skew public opinion against the Jews, shape anti-Jewish policy, fuel anti-Semitic sentiment, and physically endanger Jewish communities and Jewish students. But none of this matters, because this fest, this “town meeting", already happened.

However -

Here is what does matter: Pallywood media fests do not happen randomly. They are deliberately planned and timed to impel some sort of anti-Jewish policy, under the radar. So the big question is: What does the anti-Israel (“pro-Palestinian") machine want to gain this time?

It’s this: that the USA should force Israel to vacate all civilians from Judea-Samaria’s Areas A and B - which the USA actually is trying to do, as reported by Ynetnews and Israel National News, among others. To understand what that means, you need to know that Iran’s armed forces in the Land of Israel (Hamas, among others) are headquartered mainly in Areas A and B. Yes of course Iran’s minions also hold Gaza. But Gaza is close to only a few small Jewish communities. In contrast, Judea-Samaria’s Areas A and B are strategic. They are close to entire cities. So Areas A and B count more - because Areas A and B are so much more dangerous to Israel.

For example, Area A is only 10 km from Tel Aviv. In contrast, Gaza is 70 km away from Tel Aviv.

What about Ben Gurion Airport? Area A is a mere 6 km from El Al’s runways. Gaza is, again, 70 km away.

How about Jerusalem, Israel’s capital? It’s 77 km away from Gaza. But it’s zero km away from Area A, which borders the municipal boundaries of Jerusalem essentially directly.

Ambassador Huckabee does not realize he is about to endanger Israel if he “just" forces Israel to remove outposts (small points of Jewish presence) from Area A (and B). He reasons that the Israeli army is still there, so all will be well. What he does not understand, is that the Israeli army’s operating in Areas A and B cannot be relied upon, certainly not when the (anti-Republican) Israeli left may be getting into power.

The Israeli left is notorious for being easily persuaded to withdraw the IDF from anywhere it has been pressured to. The “outposts" in Areas A and B, on the other hand, are civilian, not military. They are far more likely to withstand international pressure. They must stay in place. They are there for a reason.

Ambassador Huckabee forgets that the barbaric 7/10 massacre required less than 5,000 armed men to perpetrate - due to how small and crowded Israel is. 5,000 armed men can do the same from Areas A and B, even more easily - in closely adjacent Jerusalem and in Tel-Aviv.

Ambassador Huckabee also forgets that these 5,000 armed men are ready and waiting, today, in Areas A and B. In fact, more than 5,000 such terrorists are ready and waiting. Because Areas A and B, today, house an estimated 50,000 (!) armed anti-Israel Palestinian Arabs - 10 times as many as would be needed to massacre their way into Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem, as occurred in the Simchat Torah massacre, but ever so much more so.

And this would be on President Trump’s watch.

How many would be massacred, if this happened? A total of 1,195 victims were killed during the Simchat Torah massacre. That’s because the cities near Gaza have only about forty thousand residents apiece, so the total “victim pool" was about 85,000 people. In contrast, the total “victim pool" within the municipal boundaries of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv is 30 times as large - about one million five hundred thousand people.

That’s without the suburbs of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, which are extremely populous as well.

If your rabbi, local leader and Senator have not yet contacted you about this problem, and you are a responsible Jew, or a responsible friend of Israel - you should contact them.

Today would be the right time. Because President Trump, and Ambassador Huckabee, should not even consider turning Areas A and B back into Judenrein areas poised to attack Israel, like Gaza was - but much worse. This would be an appalling and irresponsible step even if Barack Hussein Obama were to do it. It would be far worse if the great Ambassador Huckabee does it - the very leader who, just yesterday, was properly termed “the greatest supporter of Israel ever" even by an ultra-progressive Israeli reporter who is a sworn Trump Administration foe.

Ambassador Huckabee, do not make this mistake. Do not compound your earlier mistake, which anyone could have made. This is very urgent, and very important.

Shortly after these areas become Judenrein, if Huckabee allows that to happen, they will turn into Gaza.

So reach out to your leaders.
