New Footage Emerges from London Terror Attack

 

Moments before stabbing two Jews, the attacker — knife in hand — is seen chasing an ultra-Orthodox man down the street as  the victim screams for police in a harrowing scene.

Initial reports claim the attacker in the London stabbing incident was able to move freely  for several minutes before being stopped.
