Most relevant is their belief that ALL Yidden are part of Clal Yisroel and their openness to socialization with them, that they don't believe in kollel for the masses, go out to work, engage with modern media, including internet and TV, etc.
According the video, they're Chabad, not charedim. (I wish there WOULD be lots of charedim, but this video does not indicate that.
