 While organizers officially announced a protest near Prison 10, the real plan was to block major highways — Route 6, Route 2, and Route 4. 

Police forces had already been reinforced around the prison, unaware of the diversion.

The Jerusalem faction declared:

 “Roads will be shut down for the coming hours.”
