The father must be a Bal Teshuvah. I as a former Yeshiva Bochur would have no idea how to dance like that.
Seems clear that it is a Chabad Lubavitch event, by the dress of the chosson, etc. This shows how low Habad has descended, איש הישר בעיניו יעשה. Ironically, normative Lubavitch doesn't have a "mitzvah tantz" like most other Hasidim.
