This over the top welcome scares me...The last time we witnessed such welcomes, were for Rex Tillerson and Jeff Sessions. They both turned out to be disasters, and unable to root out the rot in the state department and DOJ.
Rubio should be standing by the door, and welcoming those that he feels will work with him! These agencies and bureaucrats act as if they are graciously inviting the Sec. State into their space!?!
