Worked Perfectly... Get Refuser Markowitz Grants His Wife A Get .... Rabbi Katz Free to Leave the Holy Zionist State and Go to Tumadik Chutz Le'Aaartz

Rav Katz on the right

The Chief Rabbinate lifted the stay of departure order from Rabbi Avraham Katz after Mrs. Markavitch received the divorce this morning.

But now Rabbi Katz must end his problem with the authorities because he tried to flee the country using someone else's passport.

It should be noted that one of the topics in the discussion about the get was, that the order from the Rabbanute to stop Rabbi Katz from leaving Israel should first be removed.
The husband's side wanted it to be removed before the get and the wife's side did not agree, she wanted the get in her hand! Once she would receive the get she would have the "Stop Order" removed!

Indeed, the court responded affirmative to this logical argument that this was a ploy to deceive, and once they would allow the Tzaddik from Tosh to leave they would renege and not give the get!
 כדרכו בקודש

Immediately after the woman received the get, Rabbi Shapira of the Rabbinate in Israel ordered the cancellation of the stay of exit order!

Rabbinate Katy Clara Ayash, who represented the woman before the Jerusalem Regional Court, believes that this case sets a precedent that can help resolve difficult Aguna cases that were classified as "unresolved."

According to Rabbinate Katy Ayash, who specializes in Aguna cases, this case will have implications for many other cases opening the possibility of taking action against relatives, friends and rabbis who are working to strengthen the Aguna's husband; several different cases are already being examined.

The fact that the proceedings taken in Israel against a rabbi who willingly assisted the husband in a cruel way allowing and even participating in his wedding to second wife without pressuring him  to give a get to the first, gives an opening of hope for many other agunot.

  2. There is a lot more to this whole unfortunate story that you may not be aware of.
Start with the wife's father and issues of visitation

  3. All of the American Botei Dinim were not able to produce the get for 11 years, the Rabanut did it in a few weeks. Use only the Rabanut Bais Din or the pre-nup from the RCA Bais Din.

  5. That there are so called rabonim who give fraudulent "heter means" in exchange for gelt is a real chilul Hashem and bizayon to to the name of all rabonim. I truly feel the corruption surrounding gittin is being mevazeh the whole mitzvah of kidushin. May Hashem bring us the geulah shoeimah bkarov mamash, when all bnos and nshei yisroel are treated with the dignity and respect they truly deserve.

  7. I am very sorry you are righting like a real apikorus/flatbush girl, the torah does not give right for somebody to steal kids from his father, and a man has 100% right to withold a geht from his wife because of this, the tumehne rabanut has no right to mix themselves in a halachic issue and arrest a rav, just because they are against what the torah writes that the husband has the full control upon giving a geht, lets hope that this insanity and democracy sham that happened in the tumehne state of israel, (which is unfortunately located in the place of our holy land) will never repeat, lets hope that these reshaim of the rabanut will pay a high price here on this world so they should be able to do teshuvah

Listen Mr Smartypants! Markoshi_t seems not to give a crap about his kids. He was married to a women for 11 years and refused to give her a Get! Rav Katz went to the wedding knowing full well that he never gave his wife a get violating a Rabbeinu Gershom! He also had signed the Heter! The Rabbanute, may Hashem bless them, got the get!
You "Ploider" like an am haaretz and say
" the tumehne rabanut has no right to mix themselves in a halachic issue and arrest a rav"
    welll hellllowwwww!
The Rabbanute ONLY DEALS IN HALACHIC ISSUES!
All they did was stop him from leaving, they didn't arrest him, he got arrested because like a ganiv the Tosher Rav thinking that the Zionists are naive and wouldn't know the Tosher shmatchshicks, wouldnt notice him using someone else's passport!
And you see that it worked perfectly.
Next week I'll be writing the background of this Rasha who calls himself Markocrap!

  9. Shame on you!! the tumehne rabanut has the torah burried they hate the torah let me see galach shlomime shapiro yimach shemo, write an halachic birur that the torah does not let a man marry if his wife went away from him, and took away from him something he wants, see aruch hashilchon even ezer siman alef, that if a women asks money for a geht, then the man is permitted to remarry without giving a get for is first wife, so if this rasha says igros moshe I say him back aruch hashilchun. I thought you are a shoigeg, you are a meizid, hashem should help you should do teshuva before you die.

Markowitz is a Rasha Me'Rusha, period! I know the story very well! You can bring me the Even Ezer, Aruch Hashilchon all you want! I don't need the Aruch Hashilchon or the Ever Ezer to know that Markowitz is an evil wicked Rasha! Leaving another human being with "Tzelim Olokim" to be an Agunah for 11 years!
The Holy Rabbanut is aware of the Aruch Hashilchon and the Even Ezer just like you and Rav Katz ! They smelled a stinky rat and did the right thing by prohibiting him from leaving the "medina" .... It worked perfectly!
    Kol Hakovoid!
